CFA is my favorite fast food option. Everything from the sandwiches, chicken chunks, salads, and milkshakes are all done well. I particularly love the spicy chicken and the cookies & cream milkshake. So good. This location in particular is one of our go to refuges during the winter, when we just have to get the kids out of the house. They have a nice little indoor playground area, and the food and service has consistently been very good. Thank you. read more

Really great food and the service is amazing at this location. This is one of the few fast food restaurants that has a consistently good salad. You can actually eat relatively healthy if you order a grilled chicken sandwich and a side salad with no dressing with a diet coke. Stopped from out of town to use the bathroom and buy lunch for my family of 12. First off, the staff was rude. Ordered a #7 (grilled chicken) and the employee read back a #2, so I corrected him and he then read back a #7. Got my order and say down and it was a #2! Took it back and the guy brought me out a cold grilled chicken sandwich. Oh well, not very impressed with this particular store, but I like Chick-fil-A in general. Chick-fil-A has always been one of my favorite restaurants but the last 3 times I went there they got my order wrong whether it's forgetting the sauce or a food item. The last time I went there I ordered a salad and grilled nuggets and my boyfriend ordered chicken strips and they didn't give us any sauce and instead of my salad they gave me a chicken wrap. Another time I went they also forgot the sauce and a 8 count nugget. Their food is amazing but they are always seeming to mess up the order. read more

I heard nothing but what supposed to be "Good things about chick-Fil-a but definitely not my experience! I ordered to go food for me and my co-workers on 6/24/21. The order was wrong and missing items. I got it back to work, an not only were items missing but two of my coworkers didn't get to eat! I Immediately contacted Chick-fil-A that day with no response. I followed up the very next day with again...no response! Nothin Saturday so on Monday I went to the benchwood location to be told I was going "to get a call later that day"! But from the first representative I spoke with I was told I should have gotten a call by end of business on 6/24! Highly disappointed when told I wouldn't be refunded for the items that we did not receive and they would give me vouchers for the items that were missing! Unfortunately that doesn't make a difference from the 24th and two people not getting their food that day! Not to mention I asked for extra sauces and on a $46.00 dollar purchase I got 2 sauces. The drive thru system needs to be more like other CFAs where there are two lanes, and that don't hinder the sit down customers from leaving their parking spots after they're done eating. If you're in line for the drive thru you block about five parked cars in. The line for the drive thru today was super slow and was all the way out the the main road and it took almost 15 minutes to even get to the window. Just left a short while ago. Service is terrible. The two at the window were too busy having a conversation with each other that I was not greeted which I could overlook, but I had to reach out of my window to get my food because the guy barely held it through the window, and I had to ask for mayo and ketchup because I wasn't asked if I needed any. I wasn't engaged with at all. I hope I'm not coming across as ungrateful but some interaction between the two people at the window would have been nice. A greeting and have a nice day would've been nice. But I got nothing because they were talking to each other the entire time. There were also numerous people standing within sight of the window as well. I'm not sure why they're hiring if so many people can stand around. I get it's the end of the day but that doesn't mean you should start to neglect your customers. read more

Our waffles fries were cold, there was not even a handful of lettuce in the container for the salad. 2 vanilla iced coffees were so strong with not even a hint of vanilla in them! I truly do not understand the hype this place gets for their food because it was unacceptable for the amount of money spent on this lunch. read more

I just witnessed an accessible lane to go to the cash register at this store. I understand the need to put in I directed lane when the store stay so busy, however when I disabled veteran in his wheelchair is unable to maneuver through and no one in the store acknowledges his difficulties, it becomes a very shameful event. Stuff seems friendly enough with the registers and the food of course is Chick Fil-A quality, but to see the discouragement of a disabled veteran today is very disappointing while he sits in the middle of an aisle waiting on his caregiver to bring him his food. This Chick-fil-a is a great spot been here several times. It's not the fastest location. The resturant is nice and clean it has a nice indoor play area for the kids. I've never had any issues with the food here and it's always been a good example of Chick-fil-a food. The service is not consistently friendly. The only reason I point this out is because of the standard that other Chick-fil-a's have set, usually you heart things like "My Pleasure", "Thank You" etc. I appreciate that the Chick-fil-a company goes above and beyond to provide friendly service. That being said it's still a great place to stop for breakfast or lunch. read more

Every Chick-fil-A I've eaten at has been a 5-star except this one. The food is still good, but the cleanliness is not up to par--no fresh flowers at tables either. The service is hit or miss, which is unusual for this restaurant chain. Employees are friendly and appear to be working hard, but this is the first time at Chick-Fil-A that I was unable to receive a refill after waiting almost 10 minutes for one--perhaps just under staffed. This Chick-Fil-A is great. The food has always been fast and hot. The employees care about the customer and are very friendly. I've never had an order that wasn't 100% accurate, hot and fresh. Make sure to get on their text message alert. A few times a year they do Customer Appreciation Days where you can get BOGO deals that even work on their platters!! read more

The drive-through is designed so several parking spaces are blocked most of the time. This presents many problems with people trying to get in or out of those spaces. Today, when I allowed room in the drive-through line for a parked car to get out of the space, cars kept cutting in line, screwing over everyone waiting and further keeping the parked car from leaving. Eventually, a customer came out and stood in the parking lot, blocking a space until there was room for the car to back out. This is, of course, mostly the sociopathic customers' fault for doing the wrong thing, but Chick-fil-a designed their store this way. This causes problems ... Every ... Single ... Day ... at this location. Other drive-through designs do not have this problem. Chick-fil-a needs to either fix their lot or have a parking lot attendant directing traffic. read more

I stopped here visiting from VA with a coworker. We both got salads with grilled chicken. The salads were not fresh, had brown apples, mushy blueberries, and chicken that was clearly not fresh. There was about a teaspoon of blue cheese. In VA I have never had this issue at any of the various locations I frequent. Also the parfait was very sad and just had 4 slices of a strawberry on it, but in VA a parfait comes at least with plenty of blueberries and strawberries in it. Just sad. Oh, and the floors were extremely greasy (I felt like you could easily fall)- they need to stop mopping with a cold dirty mop!! read more

The restaurant itself is super clean and well-kept, and the food is always consistently good. I come here for breakfast sometimes and the service is always lacking. I'm not sure why. Sometimes it's unfriendly cashiers, and other times it's my food taking 15 minutes to be served when it's 10am and I'm the only one in the restaurant. read more

If every tree has a bad apple then this location is the rotten fruit. Service is fine by fast food standards but we are talking about Chik-fil-A . I have received the wrong carry out order twice and bad service once . I tried to call & complain you cannot get through- ever. Voice mail says leave a message and someone will get back to you, that was months ago . I am still waiting. I did get through the a 3rd time , instead of immediate compensation (they gave me fried nugget meal , I asked for grilled) they said they would mail me out gift cards. Not only do I love all Chick Fila restaurants, I especially love this location. Extremely fast service. The drive thru will be wrapped around the building every single day during lunch and every Saturday, all day/night, without fail- I always make it through the 15 car line in less than 10-12 minutes. Chick Fila is always worth a little wait. The customer service is excellent, all employees are extremely polite and nice. I've never had my order come out incorrect, I always get the 8 piece nugget and the sauces I ask for are always included at first request. This is a great location! Normally this chain and restaurant in particular are good.... not anymore it would seem. Drive thru time and accuracy continue to get worse. Thursday was the last time for me. I waited in the drive thru line for 25 minutes only to have them get my order wrong. I could tell it was going to be wrong right from the point of order just based on how the order was taken.... and I was absolutely correct in my assumption. I went in and stood behind two others who were also waiting to have their orders fixed. Finally, got up there to have them redo my order. And waited another 10 min for the order to be remade. During that time, a manager came out and asked "is everything ok?" I told him. "My order is being redone. And what is going on here lately." He looked puzzled. I said "this chain of restaurants is noted as one of the best for customer service but lately it hasn't been acceptable at all. And now this." He said "Sorry." And that was all I got just a simple "sorry" 35 min is enough time for to have a nice sit down breakfast somewhere. I'll be changing my routine and no longer going to this restaurant. Today I had a pickup on Miller Lane at Chick-fil-A and I am new to this whole situation so I'm not a hundred percent sure how every restaurant works for pickups through doordash all the different driving companies that there are ants so I went to the drive-thru and they had told me chihuahua come to the door and I'll bring my order out for me so I went to the door and it was clearly locked due to the distancing in the hope and Amex is going on right now so I knocked on the window and the manager comes out you could just tell he was flustered he was upset and snaps at me so in defense I Snapback and needless to say the whole situation it was just it was awful and it's been awful every time I ever went to Chick-fil-A I just I don't recommend eating there that the staff at least the ones that I've dealt with aren't very nice and it's a shame because it's a christian-based company and that's one of the things that's really the only thing I like about him but they don't act very christian-like I don't know guys I just I don't recommend eating there just because of that unfortunately I've never had a good situation tell him good luck to you read more

Good food and great service. The only down fall about the place is who designed the parking lot / drive thru did not really think much of it lol if the drive thru is lined up then your blocking people who are parked and need to get out. The drive thru is always busy so chances of your car getting blocked in is pretty high. We always park far back away from the drive thru so we don't have to deal with being stuck while waiting for the drive thru cars to go by. But this place is good to eat and well worth the visit. read more
