This Chick-fil-A is the worst one I've ever been to, and it's giving me Popeyes vibes. Everybody there has a bad attitude, and i don't even think I've ever heard them say "my pleasure". Almost every time i order food, my order is wrong, and when i tell them, they don't seem to think it's that big of a problem. I don't even know why i keep coming back to this location expecting anybody other than a 15-year old with a bad attitude to be helping me. Terrible. First of all, you can tell it's a very run down place by the outside and lack of space. Second, we ordered two #1 meals with 2 sodas and the drinks were literally just carbonated water with no soda flavoring at all. DISGUSTING. I am hesitant to write this review you see I am a raving fan of Chick-fil-A I love everything about them we model our business after Chick-fil-A their service their commitment to other people everything but today Order number 497-4196 missed the mark and I believe it was all because of the lady that took my order at the drive-through must be having a bad day I get a biscuit and small coffee with three French vanilla creamer's every day. before I could even get my order completed she had me pulling around $4.04 she said there were no cars behind me I get to the window the next girl who greeted me and took my money was as sweet as could be. Though feeling rushed I repeated the order it was correct but I always request that my three French vanilla creamer to be put in. But at this particular Chick-fil-A told me they do not do that I was disappointed I'm now sitting in the parking lot writing this review and putting in my own creamer wiping my console where I have spilled it. Enough about the creamer when my order was initially taken I did not feel that Chick-fil-A service that I so much enjoy and I'm willing to pay a premium for . it just felt like McDonald's. Let's start with the fact that the app wasn't working and the employees were all over the place from the inside to the out. Once I placed my order I STILL was unable to redeem my free treat ( medium fry ) with the addition of the attitude from the manager on duty at the time ( Nov 28 , between 8:05 - 8:15 ) who was standing outside of the drive through window . Now ON THE APP you have the choice to get a maximum of 3 condiments per item . Once I got to the window the employee ( not the manager ) asked me if 6 condiments was correct ? I said yes . The manager without even consulting myself ( THE CUSTOMER ) chose to tell the young lady to only give me two . I in return told her no that I asked for 4-6 . This is the worst of the Chic fillas in the Atl. Area. You can expect a jammed up parking lot because of slow service. They need addtional hiring or a manager make over. Really Sad Updating my review of one star from 2013 & my 2015 visit was some how worse. Yelp please add a negative star system for this place. Went through the drive thru everything seem good, until I checked my bag and there was no sauce so me and my Stepmom had to eat some dry nuggets and a dry chicken sandwhich. Not only did my boyfriend wait in line for 20min ..which ok we get it it's busy but he ordered a grilled chicken sandwhich with a Gluten free bun - he knew to check the order bc they have messed up the order before .. and he saw it was a regular bun and regular sandwhich ... he told them the mistake that was made .. he proceeded to wait for the fix for 15 +min only to be told they didn't have gluten free buns ..... this isn't the first time they have messed up our orders . I love supporting black businesses, especially on the east side of Atlanta. The Chick-fil-A on Wesley Chapel has got to be condemned. Their service matches that of a McDonalds and I love McDonald's. You'll be waiting 40 minutes for one meal. They don't prioritize online orders as they should and they don't care about wait times. read more

All my years dining at chick fil a I never experienced rude customer service until earlier this week at the Wesley Chapel location. Went thru drive thru and the lady seemed annoyed because maybe she called me by the wrong name and I didn't respond quickly enough because its not my name. Then she handed me food and when I asked for codiments she didn't respond to me. She continued to speak to her coworker. So I blew horn to get her attention since she was not facing me and I thought she didn't hear me didn't reply when I asked twice. Once I hit horn she turned around rolled eyes, and told me she was getting the condiments. She basically scorned me like I was a child. I didn't say anything else I just left. I never understand why people get customer service jobs but hate serving people. I refuse to spend my money at establishments that hire rude employees. read more

This location has the WORST system as it pertains to how the line flows. The drive thru line ends up being twice wrapped around the building, just because the employees won't move with the line as they take orders. They will also walk out to your car to give you your order while still in the gridlocked drive thru line. It is ridiculous to have received my food and still have to spend an additional 15-20 minutes just trying to get off of the premises. Do better. read more

I honestly wish I could give them a negative 10! I never dreamed that a Chick-fil-a would be this disgusting! I ordered a chicken burrito meal and received what looked like it had been prepared a couple of days before and thrown in the microwave. The tortilla was so greasy and rubbery that it was almost transparent. It was falling apart in the middle. The hash browns had no potato in them. The chicken and eggs were old and rubbery too! I tried calling the location 5 times and they would never answer the phone. After reading other reviews on here it seems as if they are used to operating this way. The Wesley Chapel restaurant is tarnishing the brand!! Oh, and the little box of hash browns that comes with the meal only had about 5 of them in there....they should be ashamed of themselves! read more

Taking way longer than necessary to say hello, take an order and take payment. It's just that simple, in and out. But this location doesn't seem to have that down. Used to always go to this Chick-fil-a, and like another reviewer stated, if you've been to one, nothing is going to surprise you. The poor rating is due to the bad design at this location and the ridiculous wait times! On any given day this place looks like a grocery store on Christmas eve, yet the parking lot is small and very obtuse. The drive-thru strip is designed to wrap every customer car around the restaurant continuously with a narrow, cement medium that commits you to the line WAY TOO EARLY. My car has ran hot on separate occasions because the wait time was so long, but I couldn't pull out of line because of the annoying medium. It's a shame; most of the staff are polite as are most chik-fil-a employees and the food is on point. Unfortunately, the design of this restaurant gives it a failing grade. The builders were apparently unaware of chik-fil-a's popularity and didn't expect even the slightest influx of traffic. read more

This is the worst Chick-Fil-A location that I have visited in my 22 years living in Atlanta. The staff here have been trained to all yell out, "welcome to Chick-fil-A" when someone walks in. But they're missing the real valuable and meaningful service they could be providing. And that is getting their drive thru and curbside delivery systems to operate optimally, not allow patrons to spend more than ten minutes waiting for their food at their curbside delivery area and actually being sincere with what they claim to want to provide a happy experience for their customers. Sometimes I just have no choice but to order food here because it would take me too far out of my way to go to another location. The past four times I've visited, I ordered curbside delivery. Each of those times, I waited in my car for...minimum....20 minutes. I finally walked in to the restaurant and they looked at me not understanding why I was standing there asking to change to pick up from the counter. The lady handed me the bag containing my meal, again, 25 minutes after I arrived, and didn't even bother to look at me, speak to me, thank me, or...dare I suggest, say that she was sorry that I had to wait 25 minutes and finally just come inside to pick up the order. This was not the only time this happened. Far from it. I hope that the management will read this and consider for a moment that having six to seven workers behind the counter trained to all yell, "welcome to Chick-fil-," has no meaning if the customer service is entirely absent and we have to wait all day for food. By the time i get the food, it's been sitting on their counter for a long time and it's cold. They often pour the wrong beverage for me and they ignore the request i select on the app for light ice. The drive thru here is a nightmare. The cars barely move. I've been to other locations where they have it down like a Swiss watch. Like the Northlake location. They get you in and out in four or five minutes and it's a pleasure to order from them there. Wesley Chapel, again, is a nightmare. I do everything in my power to avoid having to eat here. read more

I travel a lot and eat the same meal everywhere and this is NOT a typical Chick-fi-la. The nuggets are very strange--cut in rectangles and have a strange texture. I placed a mobile order at this location. I pulled into the designated curbside parking spot. I waited 15 minutes which is a very long time to wait compared to other chick-fil-a locations. I finally went inside and asked for my milkshake. The young lady handed me the milkshake and walked away. A had to ask another young lady for a straw! My peach milkshake tasted like a plain vanilla milkshake with a few pieces of watered down peaches. The peach milkshake is my favorite summer item I was very disappointed. I went tonight and I ordered a deluxe sandwich and I ended getting a regular! I basically paid extra for no reason and on top of that the fries were too salty. I experienced an issue with the Wesley Chapel Road location and sent an email to corporate office with questions. Corporate responded within a day and the owner/operator (Mr. Wilson) responded a day later. That in itself speaks highly that Mr. Wilson values his customers. My concerns were promptly addressed. Yes, the restaurant has a lot of customers, parking can be a nightmare and there is a longer wait but they seem to want to get you in and out as fast as possible. Based on my experience at this restaurant and Mr. Wilson's efforts, I will continue to visit this restaurant. read more
