I can understand why they have a 2 star rating, and I think that's being generous. Worst CFA experience I've ever had. Was told the woman at the drive through window couldn't possibly hand me my bag of food (which was sitting 3 feet from her) and instead I would need to park car, unload all the kids, bring them inside to get my bag, and then take them all back outside and get everyone back in car seats, etc. Oh, or I could submit another $45 order (without being refunded for the first one). I occasionally visit this Chick-fil-A when I forget my lunch. This time however I did a no no. I redeemed my Chick-fil-A coupon for iced coffee. I'm not normally a coffee drinker but I thought why not try something new, and my day was ruined. I'm not sure the amount of sweetener and milk that was used in this drink, but it took me over the edge. Overall this restaurant deserves a B. The service is amazing, I get in and out with easy, and the food is consistent. Pitfalls, the iced coffee had too much caffeine, sweetened, and dairy. I'm not a fan. read more

I went to Chick-fil-A today. I ordered a yogurt cup a medium fry and a medium Arnold Palmer and when I got my drink I don't know if I'm living in the real world or they were out of ice. Every time I go to this Chick-fil-A my drink never has ice in it, they give me 10 little cubes of ice. I am always so unhappy when I get my drinks from Chick-fil-A I don't know about y'all but I need ice in my drink. Everybody is not the same. Christ...so we did a Mobil order and had to circle the building to pick up the order. When we get to window, they were not able to locate the order, but that was amusing to the two young ladies at the window who laughed in our faces about not being able to find the order. After sitting in the parking lot, a young lady brought out half the order, but forgot the drinks. I absolutely love this brand, even though I'm vegan with limited options. There's a few options to making your purchases.. mobile, drive-thru, walk in-take out, and walk in-dine in. They even have young people on the drive thru to take orders on tablets. Parking is easy enough and they have special parking for mobile order pick ups.. here they bring your order to your car. The food is always fresh, delicious and visually aesthetically appealing. My favorites are the Kale Salad, Waffle Fries and Lemonade. A few of their entrees may be "veganized" by holding the meat/dairy. Chick Fil A also has outstanding customer service. Staff are usually polite, accommodating and friendly. On this occasion I was slightly annoyed when I drove up to the window to pick up my order and the young lady said, "are you Pat?" I said, "yes"... and she replied, "just a minute Pat". Then I said, "I wished staff would address older guest with a Miss, Mr, Sir or M'am". The young lady hear me, but gave me my order with a "here you go Pat!" Finally! I got to try this. We always want what we can't have, and what we don't have is Chick-Fil-A in New York, that's why I want it! I've heard people rave about their chicken sandwiches and I'm joining the bandwagon! My chicken sandwich never looked so sexy. and it taste so darn good. It had a buttery fresh goodness taste, crisp green lettuce and nice thick waffle cut fries to compliment every bite. Upon entering this location I notice how clean the establishment was. The workers looked genuinely happy to take my order. What I also appreciate about Chic-Fil-A is that all their condiments are laid out for you to take and not held hostage behind the cash register, without needing to ask for extra this or that. read more

Okay. This location is problematic for a number of reasons. You have to drive around the entire store in order to get in the drive through line. Yes, you heard it right. You have to drive in a make shift circle and the lanes are narrow. It only makes sense that the engineers who constructed this space did not give this any thought. I was tempted to go in to save time and fuel but my six year old nephew was taking his car nap and the purchase was for him. He has an appreciation for chicken nuggets like most kids. Service was quick and condiments were offered but the cashier either can not count or dropped some of my money. This is not my favorite Chick-fil-A. Parking lot was dirty, lobby area was dirty, bathroom was dirty, and the people behind the counter took forever to acknowledge me. Don't get me wrong, it was the middle of February (close to Valentine's Day) and I understand it was busy at the time, but at least say something like "be with you in a moment" or at least a "hello...just a second". I ordered though the chick-fil-a app and it directed me through the door dash app to place my order for delivery. They forgot my salad dressing so I had to race back before they closed. The lobby was closed due to covid 19 so I went through the drive through. Needless to say the drive through personnel wasn't helpful. Dine in, and they have waiters to bring your food to your table, and get your condiments, and refills. Food is always hot and well prepared. Concerning the drive thru... This store serves a lot of customers, and believe me (because I work in the area), driving around the building to get in the drive thru line is a excellent solution to the PROBLEM they were having with the line extending out the parking lot, because the drive thru menu is to close to the parking lot entrance. The drive through line is always long and always takes forever to get through and even when you come inside it takes a while to give your order and to receive your food. It always smells like old mop water in here. The workers always seem irritated. I asked for the corporate contact information which was given to me, and the manager made sure I knew that there was nothing corporate would do(which is probably why I got such an attitude from her).She stated corporate would refer it back to their top person.
