This is one of my favorite spots. For breakfast especially before I start work and many times for lunch. All their products are delicious their service is impeccable. There are time the lines get tiny bit long here especially during some dinner hours and some lunch hours but they're very fast and efficient. They do their best to get you service with a smile and the owner Todd and his wife see to it that everything is seamless to the operation with their one goal to make you happy and give you a great meal. I hope to increase my 3 star to a 5 star but as of right now, this location can take a pointer from the Vernon hills location. The wait is very long, even if there isn't many cars in front. I have been here twice since its opened, used the drive thru both times and I waited about 10minutes for my food. The second time they told me to go park (I hate that, because you watch all the other cars behind you get there food and drive off, and you're stuck waiting extra long like a chump) I did indeed receive super hot and fresh chicken strips, but considering it was 11am and they just opened, they really should be ready to handle a few cars in the drive thru. Im assuming its a learning curve and hopefully they will work out the new kinks. The prices are higher here then Vernon Hills prob because of the cook county taxes. Politics aside, I hope this restaurant does well. I love there food. The spicy southwest salad with a spicy fillet on top is killer with the Creamy salsa dressing (you have to order it this way to get it, its not on the menu) I will def come back and hope that they will expedite food faster. read more

It's crazy how an online order preordered 15 minutes before pick up I am missing food items and for compensation I have to go back to the restaurant and pick up my cold and definitely tampered with sandwich. Great food with excellent service! The employees were also very polite and helpful! Chick-fil-A never disappoints with their amazing service. Our food was hot and fresh. The spicy chicken sandwich has just enough kick to it and lemonade is my absolute favorite thing to get and of course the waffle fries! Our order was fresh and served to us at the table. Always a great experience at this chic fil a! Went for dinner with my wife tonight. Ordered on app and picked up curbside. My wife had a gluten allergy and they were so considerate about it. They bagged my items that contained gluten separate from my wife's and even came out before they brought the food out to confirm the allergy! Very quick as well with the food prep! I went out on a limb because I noticed the new brioche multigrain bun...they served the sandwich on the regular bun and gave me a separate perfectly factory wrapped brioche multigrain bun. Wow. I've been to this location a few times, but this was my first time actually dining in. The service was wonderful. The employees were all polite and friendly, and quick to get my order out. The food was delicious. The chicken minis, and chicken, egg & cheese bagel are my favorite! I wish I could order them all day, but unfortunately they are just a breakfast item. The entire restaurant was constantly cleaned by its employees to ensure everyone had a clean table to sit at. Chick-fil-A is my go-to fast food stop when I am hungry and am on the go. I ate here with my parents just after this location and I really enjoyed the food here. I am not sure if I had ever eaten at a Chick-Fil-A before so I wasn't sure if I was going to like it but I really enjoyed the food and service. The line was long but things moved relatively quickly. Tony C makes a fine spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles and pepper jack cheese on it. I can eat that same sandwich every day, but only if Tony C makes it. He used to work in the front of the house and give me the perfect amount of Chick-Fila sauce. His customer service is some of the best I have ever seen, he talks to people in such a nice manner, while giving people a smile with his friendly service. Tables were dirty, a/c was high so had to eat with my coat on, waffle fries were soggy, everything just seemed off. I will not visit this location again until they workout the kinks. Moms also use as a daycare and just let their kids run around and teens use it as a hangout, but can't blame the restaurant for that one. read more

Likewise on customer service. I ordered thru the app. I made my pickup method carry out. When I got there the woman tried to explain to me how I'm supposed to go thru the drive thru for app orders. Even though I checked carry out which is definitely an option. She then told me I would need to wait as they would have to make it still. No apologies, just a botched attempt to try to incorrectly explain the process to me. While I stood there I heard her yell the two biscuits I ordered and put them in other orders. Just drove in at 10:35 unfortunately missed there breakfast cut off and too early for lunch. They had maybe 1 other customer at the restaurant. Ended up going elsewhere unfortunately. Every time I think about going here something other then the food stops me Sunday/breakfast cutoff. Disappointing is all for this one. This is my first time ever to a Chic fil A. I won't be back. I ordered the chicken breakfast burrito. The tortilla was not hot and it was dried out. Most places have a steamer for tortillas to keep them moist. For the $6 or $7 I paid for a number 4, I'll just grab Taco Bell breakfast burritos for $1 each if I need breakfast on the go. The front counter gal was friendly. The restaurant was clean. I have no idea why this chain has a cult following. It was just basic low end fast food. read more
