This is THE WORST Chick-fil-A I have EVER been to. I'm a local to this location ever since it has opened and I cannot tell you how many times they have messed up my order. Sometimes I catch it while I'm there and other times is when I get all the way home and then I realize I'm missing something, they prepared an item incorrectly or I have a whole other person's entire order and nothing of what I ordered at all. Today was the last straw for me. I went home, got settled and started to take out my food from the bag and realized they forgot my fries. I went all the way back (I'm at least a 10 minute drive away) and told the girl at the drive through taking orders outside about my missing fries and asked for my entire order to be made fresh so I can I have it hot - I think when you pay for a hot meal - it should be just that. I pulled up to the window and the girl that was there waiting for me (Jennifer, who's badge said she is a "Lead") said that she would be able to give me the fries that are missing but it was against their policy to replace my entire meal as she gave me a condescending smirk - it was like she couldn't wait for me to go up there and tell me that. So that was a complete lie because they have done it for me before. I asked to speak to the manager so she claimed she was the manager (complete lie again, she is a Lead!) so I said okay I will never recommend this location to anyone being that I always have issues with that location and then I asked for a refund. She processed the refund and had to ask someone what to do at the end, which is funny considering that she claimed she was the manager- and yes I told her that - then she claimed that she and the other girl are both managers - yeah okay! I also asked to speak to the owner, but of course they said they weren't there. The way this was handled was far from what Chick-fil-A stands for - "Genuine Hospitality." I think I deserved a fresh hot meal made correctly the first time I ordered it and the way I was treated AFTER I drove all the way back there and asked for just that is not up to the Chick-fil-A standard. I also feel bad for all the employees outside taking orders in inclement weather - scorching heat, pouring rain and today was freezing cold. I wish they would stop worrying about being the fastest Chick-Fil-A and just pay attention to what they're doing. I'll just leave Chick-Fil-A's Corporate Purpose here: "To glorify God by being a faithful steward of all that is entrusted to us and to have a positive influence on all who come into contact with Chick-fil-A." read more
