Seriously no idea how this has 3.5 stars. Probably people with unrealistic expectations who forget that they are ordering fast food inside one of the country's busiest airports, ordering from people who are *AIRPORT EMPLOYEES* not your typical CFA employees at your local CFA who are eager to say "my pleasure." I fly in/out of DIA 3-4 times a week and come here on average 2 times a week (oops). Yes, sometimes it is faster than others but 8 times out of 10, the line moves a lot faster than it looks like it is going to. Maybe that's where this place is losing stars - in the length of the line. Because it is. always. long. Always. I've never stood behind less than 10 people but they run a tight ship to get orders out quickly. There's a young Asian man who is a manager here and when he is running the show, the place is running an order every 30 seconds it feels like. Your order is ready before the cashier is even done handing you your 12 CFA sauces. Bravo to him! Onto the food - it's CFA, it's going to be as delicious as any other CFA. I'm a big Chick Fil A fan but my experience today at the airport location was a big disappointment. The chicken in the biscuit looks smaller than normal and the hashbrowns were as soggy as can be... like they were frozen and warmed in the microwave or sitting under a too-cool heat lamp for far too long. This Chick-Fil-A is located on B Concourse inside Denver International Airport. It's the only Chicken Restaurant found inside the airport worth going to. They have loooong lines, so if you're flight is less than an hour, I'd say, call your airline and ask for more time, because Chick-Fil-A is THAT GOOD!! Marcus, the SUP, he is super friendly, made my order well done! Him, and his other staff members are incredible! They still make up for wonderful service inside a very, packed and busy airport. Just FYI, they don't have all the menu items in this location. There are no milkshakes, which is unfortunate. read more

I've never seen a Chick fil a in an airport. It was the best thing ever. Especially since I had an early morning flight. It was perfect. The service was just as good as any other stand alone restaurant. The only thing is the menu is more limited and you can't use your app to pay for your meal. If you're in Terminal B right now, debating with your significant other/family on what to eat, you can stop looking. This Chick-fil-A is far and away the best food option in the terminal. They maintain the high quality food preparation standards and friendly service you've come to expect at any of the restaurants. I've dined at the food court location about 10 times in the last six months in my travels through Denver and never had a disappointing meal. Pro Tip: These guys know how to move a line efficiently. One of the better option at DIA. Isn't too hard to travel to another concourse either. I had been wanting Chick-fil-a anyways for months and months now. Original chicken sandwich combo with medium fries (THE waffle fries I might add) and a lemonade for $8.85. The smell of warm fries wafted from the bag, the sandwich a little small chicken-wise, but tasty. Only thing I was surprised was that there were no small orders of fries here? I'm a fan of Chick-fil-A, so when I saw the restaurant in Concourse B at Denver International Airport I was pretty pumped. I'd put Chick-fil-A on the better end of "fast food", and I've always been so impressed with the employees and the standard of service they provide. Why 3 stars? For an airport location (any location for that matter) the key is efficiency. This location takes their time. The staff is super friendly as to be expected, but on this day they wanted to move at a pace that wasn't at the speed their customers needed. They had one person running the register, a manager working the front of the house filling orders, and perhaps 3 people in the back. The ordering process was lengthy, and our experience in line until we got our food was at least 20 minutes. The line was not that long - easily within the maze set up in front of the restaurant. I'd say the attrition of customers was at least 50% - people had to get to their flights, and the line was super slow. Once you got your order in everything was fine and your food came out pretty quick, but there was a serious The food was good, but I wish I had more time to enjoy it before I had to get to my flight. If they can get the ordering process a bit more efficient this would be a more dependable stop on your way out of town. read more

The line was extremely backed up and it appeared as if they were understaffed. The lemonade I had was absolutely horrible. I think essentially the lemonade got super low so it tasted horribly strong. I usually love the lemonade at Chick-Fil-A but not this time. My food tasted fine and was one of the better more affordable options in the airport. read more

Save chick fil a for when you are out of the airport. Positives---food was fast. Negatives---fries and chicken pieces were lukewarm. Yuck. Person taking meal was very confused. We ask for a #whatever meal. Every time she then interrupts while we are speaking (not listening to us) and follows up with 'do you want the meal?' Yes---we said #whatever MEAL. I was served by Punam and she was not only courteous and professional, but her and her manager Meeko made sure I had the freshest nuggets possible. Changing planes at DIA, from gate 41 to gate 21 and there was a long line at Chick-Gil-A, longer than all the other quick service eatery's and it was so quick. No time to get our precious grilled chicken bites in a box, my favorite. And they did it just the way we like it, our way. This is welcome sight as we head to the plane. The worst experience I've ever had with any Chick-fil-a. We ran across the Denver airport to arrive seconds before the closing time just to be told "Sorry were closed " which is understandable. HOWEVER , as soon as we walked away the same girl who told us they were closed allowed someone in the line . When we confronted her about letting the man in the line but not us , all she sad to say was "I don't know . It's up to my manager " . She then yelled and asked her manager who then looked at my boyfriend and I , ignored the question , and then started talking discreetly to the person next to her as if we weren't there . Like I said , worst experience ever . The only reason I'm giving one star is because it won't let me put zero. read more

But, is it too much to ask to make an attempt to get fast food out fast? to get more than one person taking orders when three people are pretending to be expediting. It was more like one person expediting and two employees standing around joking. Glad that my half mile sprint back to my gate is fun and laughs for you. This is my first experience of Chick-fil-A ever. Yea I know, why did I take so long to try a Chick-fil-A. Well I just never lived anywhere close to a Chick-fil-A. I came here for breakfast because I got bored of the airport breakfast. I decided to try a chicken biscuit for breakfast and some hash brown. I have to say it's not bad at all. I meant I actually like it very much so that I will get it again next time I'm here. The biscuit was crunchy and soft in the middle. The hash brown were fried perfectly. Greasy and crunchy. I didn't like was how big the chicken looked on the picture and when I got my sandwich the chicken was hiding inside of the biscuit. I meant at least put 2 pieces if the chicken was that small. It seem like the chicken came in a bigger piece and they just decided to cut it in half to double the profits. Since this is my first experience, I am not sure if all locations of Chick-fil-A serves this skippy piece of chicken. The bright side is that it wasn't over priced airport food. read more

Oh the heavens have opened and have blessed us with Chick-fil-A at the Denver airport. Honestly it's one of my favorite restaurants just in general, so having them at the airport just makes it a much better place to be. Don't be intimidated by the seemingly mile long lines here at this location. You'll likely be done in under 15 minutes. Even though they're at an airport, they've still got that typical Chick-fil-A speed and friendliness going on here. The food itself is pretty much your standard delicious Chick-fil-A fare. Even though they don't have the entire menu of an actual restaurant, they still offer up all of the classics to choose from. So hooray for these guys finally being here. If you want a non boring airport meal, then look no further than here. read more

I am a FA for United Airlines. Went to get an 8 piece nugget. About 1.5 hours later I started with food poisoning. I was sick the entire last flight of my work schedule. First off they stop 15 min. Early from breakfast to transition to lunch so for 15 min a line builds to astronomical lengths so to combat this they only open one register for lunch and have 7 employees behind the registers and only 2 of them are working the whole the rest are talking. The manger should do a better job of delegate the employees. read more

Dropped by Chick Fil-A to get a quick breakfast. The speed of getting food is extremely fast. You order, you get your food in 30 seconds. Fastest I've ever seen. You never see anyone waiting around for food longer than 1 minute. Probably the fastest store I've seen in my life time. I waited about 15 minutes before eating my food, but the cheese was melted outside the bun. I guess half of my cheese was placed outside the bun and ended up melting on the paper wraper. It was a bit soggy when I opened it. I guess I shouldn't have waited 15 minutes to eat. Well, I was busy catching a flight and taking care of last minute business before heading to the gate. When I opened up the wrapper, the food was still warm. The cashier wasn't the friendliest I had and thought her facial expression was a bit rude. Perhaps its the thought of long endless lines or personal issues at home; she just wasn't a happy camper when she talked to me. The person giving me the food seemed nicer in our 3 second interaction. Overall, the experience was more of a 3.5 to me. There are plenty of choices at the airport, so I might check out another place next time I am in town. read more

Staff and service are great. Located centrally at the terminal with the B gates. They switch from breakfast to lunch at 1030 but if you ask nicely after 10am they will let you order lunch for a slightly longer wait, nuggets are also available technically during breakfast. read more
