I know it is fast food but I really like there breakfast bagel when in a rush. It has a piece of chicken breast, scrambled egg and cheese on a wonderful soft bagel. Can't beat the price and easy to carry on. read more

Horrible customer service! On the third time after ordering GRILLED I finally got my order. Manager calling out names took the food from me after the second time of getting it wrong and threw it in the trash with all the force he could muster. Yes DIA is busy - but I've seen it worse. This location in the airport can appear intimidating because of the long lines, but they move quickly! Chick-fil-A definitely had the longest line in the area, but I ended up getting my food taster than a traveling companion who went to a nearby food option. The staff was very friendly and helped keep things moving. On my first visit, I stopped shortly after 10AM (11AM my home time) and was disappointed that they only were serving breakfast, but luckily could still find something that worked for me. read more

The efficiency and organization of Chick-Fil-A is second to none! Their food is also great. However, in the era of COVID, and with the amount of people coming through the airport, WHY NO TOUCHLESS PAY? You have to hand your credit card to the person at the counter, who you can see has gloves on, touches their mask by their nose to reposition their mask with those same gloves, then touches your cup to get your drink. So those same gloves touch multiple credit cards, their noses and masks, and your cup. Yuck! Why no Apple Pay, or google pay, or a station you can insert your own credit card in, or a touchless credit card station???? And please stop touching your noses/masks with your gloves on. read more

Amazing service! Had some time before my early morning flight and went to a different gate just to order at Chik-fil-A. The gentleman working Wednesday morning was in the best mood greeting each customer, and I was lucky to have him take my order as well. He prepared by lining up juices by the stand so as soon as they were ordered he could hand them to the customer instantly. Chik-fil-A employees are trained to be pleasant, but dealing with early morning travelers may not always be the best case. I've probably been to 30 or 40 different Chick Fil A locations in my time. This one is the worst. It's embarrassing that it's a Chick Fil A. Soggy biscuits, non-crispy chicken and consistently messed up orders. I understand it's an airport location and they are super busy, but I'd rather go to KFC. Which is gross. read more

The Chick-fil-A organization really has their act together in this era of COVID. Every location I've been to has at least three employees outside with I-Pads taking your order, they also have pay stations that you insert your own card. Then you drive up to the window, they ask you your name and tell you what bag to take. This location in the Denver Air Port handles your card and they just call out a name so anyone can just say that they just called your name and take the food. That happened to me and when I told the management what happened they just said too bad. read more

Ehhh. Had breakfast and the chicken nugget was so tiny there wasn't much there and dry and hard. The honey roll seems to be a delicious addition, but mine was dry and hard too--I'm assuming it's BOT SUSPOSED TO BE--and rather excited to find another location to try this sandwich correctly. First time for breakfast and I won't go for breakfast again at the airport again. Very disappointed in quality control, for a busy location like Denver Airport Food should not but sitting around too long to dry out. read more

Chick fil a is awesome outside of the airport but having it as an option at the airport makes it that much better. As an employee at Southwest Airlines i try not to eat much at work but sometimes it's unavoidable so to have an affordable option available to us is a big deal. You don't get the shakes which is a bummer but it's not a big deal. You get most if not everything else. Great food for a decent price. read more

This location lives up to the Chik-Fil-A brand in many ways, from the delicious food to the sensible prices/value. Where it does not stack up, however, is in the service quality. One of the biggest reasons that I, and I believe many others, go to Chik-Fil-A is because their service is consistently a cut above other fast food restaurants. At other locations, employees are attentive, helpful, and eager to please. At this location, meanwhile, the employee serving me opened with "what you want?" As if I was inconveniencing her with my presence. Throughout the ordering process, she was talking and laughing with the employee beside her, who was also supposed to be helping a customer. As I said, the food was great as always, but the service was simply unconscionable. read more

They use the absolute smallest bag to hold meals. Pretty difficult for travelers to carry and very easy to drop. Unbelievable.

Finally a good fast food restaurant at DEN!!! Definitely go here rather than any of the other places. Yay for chick fil a!!

My sister and I had a great dinner here. Service was friendly and quick. We don't get to eat at chick-fil-a, so this was a treat!

Bernadette, one of the employees here, is my new best friend. Of course everybody at Chick-fil-A is usually really awesome, but Bernadette gets an extra shout out. I got to Denver for my 3 hour layover and was super excited to get me some Chick-fil-A. There's no Chick-fil-A where I live so I usually get a huge order when I layover in Denver so I can take a bunch back for me and the hubs. But then I realized it was still early morning and they were serving the breakfast menu. GAASSPP- what about my delicious chicken sandwich and nuggers??? I hesitantly approached my server, Bernie, (hope it's okay that I call you that, Berns, I feel like we've hit that level of friendship now) and ask if it's possible to order off the lunch menu. I know most Chick-fil-A's will let you, but I wasn't sure about this one since it was an airport Chick-fil-A. My homegirl didn't even hesitate! And she hooked me up with a ton of Chick-fil-A sauce . Now, I know any of the other servers would have done the same thing, but Bernie Berns had a really awesome attitude and made me feel like Chick-fil-A's #1 customer and made sure my day started off on an awesome note. What kind of airport grants a coveted food concession to a company which refuses to serve food on the week's busiest travel day ? DIA of course ! Is that the Denver City Council at work ? 35 people in line at McDonalds today because this restaurant wants to take up a spot in the terminal B food court without actually serving food.
