I'm usually apprehensive about non corporate CFAs, but we were starving between flights. It was near closing, and the staff was overwhelmed, they were different than normal staff you have at CFA, meaning not particularly friendly, and the place was kinda dirty and gross. The real complaint i have is the *grilled chicken sandwich was undercooked and pink* We only noticed it a few bites in. So gross and potentially dangerous. The overwhelmed staff didn't really care that much, and the regional management for Lagardère responded with a blanked "we will pass along your feedback". The fries and the spicy sandwich were fine, but if you must eat there I'd recommend staying away from grilled chicken which is more difficult to cook correctly, especially with a very inexperienced staff. I'd say stay away in general, as seen by leadership's apathy who knows what you are actually getting. read more

Memphis at the DFW location is wonderful. Full of life and kindness. The line is always long at Dfw, but it goes by quickly. The food is hot and fresh because they're making it right away as there's so many customers that's not just sitting there! Gotta have the chicken minis. read more

This is an efficient restaurant. The concourse C is very busy, and this location is near a Skylink exit, so they have a lot of business. The employee I interacted with was professional; while I really like interacting with friendly workers, in this high traffic environment, this is what should be expected. The wait for my order wasn't long, considering there were 6 in front of me. The restaurant has decent seating; the people I saw there were enjoying their meals and each other's company. I had the best time at this chick fil a! There was lots of space and the food was delicious. Nady was so attentive and called us over to a clean table and he was so sweet! He offered us napkins and made sure we had everything we needed. He did that for all the tables and when we were going to toss out our plates, he took them and walked them over to the trash bin. I wish they would've offered me more dressing though. There isn't a ton of seating in the restaurant so expect to grab it and go to your gate or find another spot near by. First off, full disclosure, I did not know Chick-fil-A served breakfast. I do now. I spent about an hour and a half outside the line looking at the menu trying to figure out what to order. I settled on the number 6.The 6 is a breakfast combo that includes biscuit, egg cheese and bacon along with a side of tater tots and a bev. Let's start with the tater tots. Not bad. For breakfast I think they give you plenty. I would suspect around a dozen. Cooked well, not greasy, but good tasting. Of course I had to get some ketchup to dip them in. The bacon egg and cheese biscuit was OK. Not very warm. You get plenty of bacon, a decent size piece of cheese, but I found the biscuit to be overwhelming, covering up all the other tastes. It was much on the dry, not too tasty side when it comes to biscuits. For a beverage I went with a sweet tea. Have never gone wrong with this at chick-fil-a. read more

Pretty close to typical Chick-fil-a. Fast, friendly service, and most, if not all, of the menu items you'd expect. My wife got the grilled nuggets-hot, well prepared, and tasty. She also got the fruit cup-also fresh and good. I got the Spicy Salad. Pretty close to what I've usually had at other locations, but a bit more 'white' lettuce pieces. Otherwise, as expected.
