This is an efficient restaurant. The concourse C is very busy, and this location is near a Skylink exit, so they have a lot of business. The employee I interacted with was professional; while I really like interacting with friendly workers, in this high traffic environment, this is what should be expected. The wait for my order wasn't long, considering there were 6 in front of me. The restaurant has decent seating; the people I saw there were enjoying their meals and each other's company. I had the best time at this chick fil a! There was lots of space and the food was delicious. Nady was so attentive and called us over to a clean table and he was so sweet! He offered us napkins and made sure we had everything we needed. He did that for all the tables and when we were going to toss out our plates, he took them and walked them over to the trash bin. I pass through DFW regularly. I think chic-fil-a has the best salad in the airport. The Cobb salad. Always fresh and affordable compared to other places in the airport. But mostly I love it because the employees are SO NICE and helpful no matter how busy they are. And it's always busy! I hope they are recognized for this. They're super busy, but fast and efficient. They don't take custom orders, aside from removing things (ie. No tomato on your sandwich). I wanted their southwest salad with their crispy nuggets but that wasn't an option, fine okay. The salad was good. Lettuce was fresh and the container was full. I wish they would've offered me more dressing though. There isn't a ton of seating in the restaurant so expect to grab it and go to your gate or find another spot near by. I was also surprised that the ol' tip screen was presented payment time. The chicken was hot, however, it seemed that the size of the breast was as noticeably smaller than what I experienced at the hundreds of other locations I had been to. I settled on the number 6.The 6 is a breakfast combo that includes biscuit, egg cheese and bacon along with a side of tater tots and a bev. Let's start with the tater tots. Not bad. For breakfast I think they give you plenty. I would suspect around a dozen. Cooked well, not greasy, but good tasting. Of course I had to get some ketchup to dip them in. The bacon egg and cheese biscuit was OK. Not very warm. You get plenty of bacon, a decent size piece of cheese, but I found the biscuit to be overwhelming, covering up all the other tastes. It was much on the dry, not too tasty side when it comes to biscuits. For a beverage I went with a sweet tea. Have never gone wrong with this at chick-fil-a. read more

Pretty close to typical Chick-fil-a. Fast, friendly service, and most, if not all, of the menu items you'd expect. My wife got the grilled nuggets-hot, well prepared, and tasty. She also got the fruit cup-also fresh and good. I got the Spicy Salad. Pretty close to what I've usually had at other locations, but a bit more 'white' lettuce pieces. Otherwise, as expected. Every one was friendly and employees seem super attentive and on top on it. As soon as I ordered and paid, they called my name to get my order as I was walking away from the cashier. Never been served that fast! Once I got into the food, the nuggets were warm and fries were hot and fresh.
