I had a cold and discovered that Chick-fil-A has a prettty decent chicken soup. I went three days in a row, same soup (and Cobb salad). Unexpectedly I got to check out the consistency of service and food. At all times I took to go. First off, the chicken broth is nice and thick, rich with taste. I didn't need the noodles both liked the carrots inside. Chicken was a little sparse but sufficient as I cared more about the soup. Surprisingly the soup on day two was sour, and I stopped eating it in case there was something off. The third day, I let the manager know and they assured me of the usual quality of the soup and comped it for that day. The soup on the first and third time was definitely "regular" tasting. Did I say by the fourth day I was feeling better? Probably not the magical soup, or daily Cobb salad. It might look like any other fast food restaurant, and the menu is not very big. But OMG the Chiken sandwiches are amazing!. For months I've been wanting to stop by Chick-fil-A for breakfast. Since they're closed on Sundays, Saturday is the only weekend option. I finally got my sh*t together and got out of bed early enough since breakfast stops at 10:30. Thankfully I checked online before I left and noticed that the Flagler location (much closer for me) is not serving breakfast (!!!). I also noticed that there is a Chick-fil-A app which you can use to order and pay online, so I proceeded to do that at this (Doral) location. As is typical for a Saturday morning, the line was long for the drive thru. There was no differentiation between pre-orders and those who were ordering upon arrival. They did have two employees serving the line so it moved relatively quickly. The food was hot and tasted great when I got home. My small gripe about Chick-fil-A is the iced coffee. The vanilla has a very sugary and chemical taste. But otherwise I always love everything I order at Chick-fil-A especially the chicken biscuit for breakfast. It would be great if they could also offer an expedited service for those who ordered and paid through the app. Perhaps a few designated parking spots where they just bring the food out to you so you can bypass the drive thru line. This is our favorite Chick-fil-A location. Although it's always busy during lunchtime, service is always excellent, and moves quickly. You can opt to go through drive thru (long lines), or walk in (still long lines), but either way, food delivery is usually very fast. Customer service is always great, and they constantly are cleaning up, and restocking condiments. As for the food, Chick-fil-A delivers high quality, tasty chicken meals and awesome shakes! I agree with another review that other fast food restaurants should be eyeing this one for tips. Even though the line was long they have the order processing and delivery down to a science. None of that laid back don't bother me crap you get at other fast food places. This one in particular is close to work and today was my very first time at a Chick ever. I don't eat chicken but the parfait and the kale salad were really good. I also had the waffle fries but I think I prefer traditional cut fries. Service was super friendly and my order taker made sure of what I wanted. No dine in at this moment but everyone was wearing a mask. Just in case you don't know it, they are closed on Sundays. I have never had a bad experience at Chick Fil A EVER.... that said this location is VERY VERY BUSY so be prepared to wait a little, other locations have wait time on point this one can use some pointers from the Miami Lakes location. I had the Chicken Biscuit meal with an iced coffee instead of hot (i don't like hot drinks) Chicken Biscuit: Yes it is the most buttery, greasy biscuit you will ever have yet the most delicious, I get it, one is not enough. I also get the bread falling apart due to so much damn butter but I LOVE BUTTER and if you do too well hello this is your sandwich. The chicken wasn't as dry that you need ketchup or a sauce for it, it was perfect in its buttery glory as it was. The hashbrowns were fine, just like any other fried hash browns but the chick fil a sauce is what always makes that meal the best one you've had. Iced Coffee, I am so picky, I don't like just any iced coffee as I feel I make the best iced coffee out there. I didn't modify anything (sugar etc..) I asked for it with vanilla and was pleasantly surprised when it tasted yummy and not just sugar coffee like others. Staff well what can I say, every location I've been their staff has been amazing, I mean amazing, I ordered "lunch" as well at 9:30 am and they did not give me any problems or excuses, they said no worries we'll have it ready for you at the window. This location probably causes its neighbor's rents to increase because it drives a ton of customers to the shopping center. So much so, there's vehicular traffic "bottlenecking" each path of the shopping center, at least during extended lunch hours (11am-2pm). That being said, they are always very efficient in getting things moving whether it is at the drive-thru or inside. They usually have a staff member directing traffic outside as well as several others taking orders prior to the window. The service itself is always friendly, almost Disney-like. The training is evident. As for the food, you probably know by now it revolves around chicken - grilled/fried, as nuggets, in a wrap, in a salad, or as a sandwich. The real star(s) are the sauces and dressings, of which there is a wide variety. Classic Chick-fil-A sauce is my favorite for the nuggets, while the avocado lime ranch is my favorite for the wraps. Don't forget about the waffle fries as well. If you're still needing a dessert at this point, try the cookies and creme shake, but beware of forthcoming flatulence! read more

The best order ever consists of the spicy chicken sandwich (drenched in buttermilk sauce of course) , those crispy magical fries, and an oreo cookie shake (unless its peach shake time then you can only order that shake because if you don't you are crazy!). If I'm feeling healthy then I opt for the chicken soup (140 calories), the grilled chicken nuggets (200 calories) and the diet lemonade! Although there's only a few of these locations, and their main restaurant in Doral is always packed, it's the best chicken place to come too. KFC, Church's, Popeyes and every other competitor in the fast food industry for chicken is not in the same league. The chicken is fresh, the service is excellent, attentive and always on top of the customers needs. For a fast food place it sets the bar high as to how other establishments should be, period. I'm willing to drive for all these reasons and some. Although their staff is young, usually consists of teenagers, I had to adjust their training is great. From then bringing the food out, making sure to clean up and pick up the place, and checking to make sure all is well with your order. Although again, it's only fast food, they have a flawless execution of customer service meets food. Their combos are pretty good, definitely make Sure to get the Chick Fil A sauce with your meal. It sucks to have to work the day after Christmas. So to reward the office staff for coming in to work, we decided to treat the employees for breakfast. We had pre-ordered online and made an appointment to be picked up in the morning. It was a large order for a staff about 30 (but feels like we are feeding 50 because some of those guys could really eat). And they actually had our orders ready at the promised time! That's incredible for a fast food joint. We had ordered all kinds of different stuff: Small Cinnamon Cluster, a large Chick-n-Mini try, some bacon egg and cheese biscuit and sausage egg and cheese biscuit. I tried a little bit of everything and all tasted pretty good. And the service I received in the store was excellent,. Being from Atlanta the home of chick-fil-A, have to say worst experience I've ever had. Rude counter person, we waited and did not mind because they were extremely busy. Once it was our turn, one minute late to get breakfast even though we stood out front waiting for 15 min not saying a word. I was then told at 10:31am it was to late to get breakfast very rudely, when I asserted that we have been patiently waiting for them she got upset and just kept repeating how can I help you. I'm assuming it's a rule they need to follow. Kudos to all of you! Food is good, if you're searching for a higher end fast food type of place. The drive thru can be a lil frustrating when ordering. When you order a number 1 with a coke, the follow up question will always be do you want the combo. Not sure where the confusion comes from. They will assume you only want the sandwich. Then ask again if you only want a sandwich. Drive thru's should be more efficient then walking inside, however at this location you will need to confirm several times your order even after you ordered correctly. Going inside is the fastest option here. Food is still good just takes a lil longer than most locations. read more

ROGUE Store... Second problem at this rogue Chick-fil-A during breakfast. A few months ago did not provided a spoon-fork which we noticed when at Turnpike (had to eat a breakfast bowl with hands). This is my favorite fast food place! Besides the quick service and the low prices you wouldn't even know you're at a fast food place. Aside from the food being delicious, the service is outstanding, the place is always clean, and they are great when it comes to customizing your orders. My go to order is the spicy chicken sandwich no pickles, & ask them to add tomatoes. My only complaint is that I wish their fries were a bit more seasoned but that doesn't bother me once I dip them in their delicious Chick Fil-A sauce! I also love that they're not cheap with their sauces like other fast food places. They'll give you as many as you want. Even though it's been open for almost a year now, I've been avoiding Doral as much as possible. Looks like I've been missing out. What really surprised me is this place has yet to follow the same downward spiral that most chains suffer from in Miami: The food was fresh and the service was great! Service in a fast food joint? Yes! As I was eating at my table, one of the staff walking around cleaning the tables offered to refill my drink! Pinch me! Did I leave Miami? I have to plug the shakes here although I didn't have one this time. The shakes are AWESOME! The vanilla shake isn't vanilla, it's crack. Definitely worth substituting your combo drink for. Must be a standard they have to follow... And they say "my pleasure" to every "thank you" haha. I LOVE their breakfast! They stop serving it at 10am, I think. So you have to be an early bird to enjoy. Ordered a spicy chicken biscuit, put some honey on the biscuit and it was DELICIOUS. Tip: don't put the honey or whatever sauce you use on the filet, put it on the bun so it doesn't drip everywhere! And try the chick Fila sauce! It's a zesty blend of barbecue and honey mustard. I also ordered their chick n minis. they're little nuggets placed into a mini bun, which is the best part haha. The bun is lightly glazed with honey, so it's sweet but not too sweet. And it's fluffy! I definitely recommend both these items for breakfast! Personally, I like their breakfast menu better than their lunch. But they do have amazing salads and spicy chicken sandwiches for lunch! Tried their Asian Salad, it brings chicken. Either the grilled chicken or the breaded one. By default the breaded chicken is in the Salad, the cashier is very accommodating in asking you if you want the grilled or breaded chick. Visited this location for lunch. It was super packed, the usual line for chick fil a at lunch time. The good thing is they are super efficient with getting customers in and out of line. The drive thru has workers outside directing traffic, taking orders and payments. There were approximately 20 cars in line but I was not there longer than 15 minutes or so. Although things are moving quickly I did not feel rushed. The food was great. My meal was hot and fresh. The fries were were full, not soggy or too salty. The condiments I requested were in the bag with napkins and hand wipe. Recommend this restaurant at lunch even if you do not have a lot of time. Do not allow the line to frighten you!
