I am still unhappy that this location gave me a thin version of a Large Ice Cream cone on a somewhat warm Spring day. But I need to lose some weight so I guess I'll let it go! I have been here before and gotten the correct amount of ice cream and I have also had success with their food the few times that I have visited this location. in the area I like the Thornton Road location then the East West Connector and then last this location. The taste of food is about the same. This location is not a regular restaurant. Seating is outside and it is limited. It features two drive through areas like Checkers. Wonderful chickfila! It's a drive thru only with a walk up window and limited outdoor seating but it was great. There weren't any cars, but an order taker promptly took our order and had a great attitude. Upon reaching the window we were immediately greeted by an enthusiastic young lady who was very friendly and let us know our order would be ready in a moment. Although there weren't any cars the process was very quick and even though I ordered a grilled item it was ready in less than a minute! They also put extra napkins, and all the sauces and pickles I asked for. The food was great as always and very hot and fresh. Overall, this was one of the best drive thru experiences I had and I enjoyed the speed, friendless of employees, and great service! read more

They now only give ONE 1/2 sized dressing pack with the salad. They used to give 2 larger packs which was almost to much. But they made the packs much smaller AND started only giving ONE and now it's not nearly enough. Also there is much more lettuce now in the so called "kale" salad. Do not recommend this chick-Fil-a at all! We do construction so we will call up chick-fil-a and put in a large to go order, and all the other times I've never had a problem. Well I call this one up and the person first told me they could only do it if it was all number 1's, first off it was only number 1's and a salad so there was no problems there, then she said I could just use the app, well I've been doing this long enough to know that the app could only hold 7 orders at a time. Anyway after she was going to take my order she says that I can only do it if I pay over the phone, well if I do that then I couldn't get my points, what it boils down to is that she was too lazy to accepts my 260 dollars, so I called up the highway 5 chick-fil-a and they took my order no problems at all. This store is by far the ABSOLUTE WORST LOCATION I'VE EVER BEEN TO!!! I literally dread coming to this location. In the last 6 months I've had several experiences of unprofessionalism. From employees being rude, to my order not being right. When I told them something was missing I was looked at with disbelief as if I was lying. Which did nothing more than piss me off. I came this morning for breakfast and as always the lines are to the street. The walk up counter is closed due to Covid so inconvenience others because you don't want to open up fully. I did a mobile order they only allow drive thru orders. Which was a horrible inconvenience once I got there and saw the line super long. I walked up and tried to explain why I was avoiding the lines that were barely moving to try and get my food to leave. I was turned around and told they couldn't help me. The aggravating part is this was after I had just witnessed two other individuals walk away with their food from the window and not the drive thru. I happily cancelled my order and left. So this location just lost yet another customer for their unprofessionalism, super long lines, and me be fed up with this location. I've been to so many this just so happens to be the closest one to my home. & I guess I won't be eating Chick-fil-A because I refuse to come back here!!! read more

This chick fil a is a very unique location. There is no interior dining for customers and picnic tables outside for anyone who would like to dine at the restaurant. The only part of the chick fil a in the building is the kitchen and restroom. There are two fast food lines on opposite sides of the restaurant. We ordered a 4 piece chicken mini meal and a chicken egg and cheese biscuit. I didn't eat the biscuit so I can only tell you about the minis. The chicken minis are good for fast food but are a little pricey for fast food also. The hashbrowns taste mediocre and the orange juice I got as my drink was in a minute made bottle. The service was nice and the line moved relatively quickly. The overall experience was generally good. This is on the lower spectrum for chick fil a but is still a good location if you compare it to other fast foods. read more

This is the closest CFA that we have in my area and it's the worst CFA I have ever been to. I decided to finally write a review in hopes of them seeing this and making some very needed changes with staff, management, or what ever changes might need to be made for us loyal customers to receive better service. Although the line moves fast like any other CFA, my family constantly has problems with our orders not being correct. Problems like the wrong type of milk shake, sandwich or salad not being prepared correctly, missing fries, or them forgetting to put a whole meal in the bag. It's only gotten worse since the COVID-19 pandemic! This particular location also stopped offering curbside pickup. You can order online but you have to jump in the long ass CFA line to pick up your online order which makes entirely no sense at all!! My family got so frustrated this last visit and we will not be returning to this location. read more

I'm pissed off because I sent my boyfriend to pick up our food when he comes back mind you the food is packed my meal is at the bottom and the fries are skimped AF The sandwich had pickles I asked for none. I get on the phone and speak to the supposed manager when I pull up this guy off the bat dismissive does not care about it, was giving me trouble about reimbursing the food. He was a black guy w/ glasses ans he looked annoyed, because I didn't give him the actual bag. #1 all they do w the food is throw it away so why did he want it? I gave him the proof a photo of what i opened up to, the sticker, all he needed, and didn't even apologize or say anything about the order he only fixed the sandwich and gave me a fry didnt even reimburse the Other half of the food and was just really rude. My boyfriends food is now cold because we had to drive all the way back. I will be calling back tomorrow morning to speak to the general manager because it was not him and he did not help me like I expected. The franchisee should reassess the way this Chic Fil A operates. The franchisor should pay attention to consumer complaints. It falls very short of the very high standard established by the innovators of Christian chicken. I had to stop and get out and wait in line to get my beverage as the drive thru proceded to ignore me as I sat waiting. Apparently that was standard operations for this location. The staff is not of the same caliber at most locations. The format is walk up/ drive thru only and the overall format is chaotic at best. Orders appear to be consistently wrong as there were no less than 8 individuals in addition to myself that had to stop get out of the car and go to the counter because something was missing from the bag or the order was just completely wrong. Once I got down the road I realized I ordered and paid for a 12 pack but received a 9 pack. Additionally, the nuggets and fries were cold! I stopped here while on the road because of the level of consistency this franchise usually provides. This was the exception. Stop elsewhere. read more

I downloaded the yelp app just to tell everyone how terrible this chick fil a really is... I live in the area and frequent this location quite often, but no more. I have been several times and have either been asked to wait 10+ mores minutes for my one biscuit order or simply told they have "sold out" 20 minutes before they stop serving breakfast just so they don't have to make any more. Not mention they have gotten my order wrong several times and then been rude about it when I come back later. Usually Chick Fil A is awesome in service especially, but not in this case, it's AWFUL! They don't have a dining room either and only offer 3 or 4 tiny tables to eat at OUTSIDE which are made of metal that gets hot during the summer I sat down there on my second visit just to avoid the traffic jam and rushed service I experienced the first time and got up with grill lines on my legs not to mention I had to breathe in nothing but exhaust from the drive thru ...AND they have 2 toilets with very long wait times if they are occupied and there were at least 3 people WAITING !!! Chick Fil A is my favorite fast food of all time! And this location is one of my favorites! It's so convenient to the road. I also love the double drive thru lines! I'm in and out in no time! Super convenient, especially when I'm on my way to work in the morning! I've never had an issue with my order being wrong and all of the employees are so kind!
