Taco Bell-Fairburn Rd. missed the mark. My husband and I went through the drive-thru. I ordered a bean burrito with steak along with a side of chips and cheese. The chips tasted like cinnamon and the cheese tasted burnt. The steak was situated in the center so I only tasted beans which is probably good since the steak tasted off. I usually order bean only so should've stayed with that. He ordered a Mexican pizza and burrito with extra, extra onions. Since the original beef burrito is no longer offered, he always orders a bean burrito with no beans, add beef. The pizza was thrown in so you can guess what it looked like. The burrito was bean with extra onions and no beef. The guy at the window had a great personality and was in training. I can't blame him for the preparation of our meals. Ordered breakfast and paid through the app. They had 0 eggs when we got there. I went in to get a refund and waited for about 5 minutes to be acknowledged. They did not know how to refund a mobile order. There was no manager on duty and the manager was not answering their phone. They updated my order to complete without giving me anything. The staff were rude the entire time, like I did something wrong. I left and went to Dunkin for breakfast. I will need to call customer service on Monday to get a refund. Terrible!!! read more

last night me and my sister ordered taco bell. it's my favorite place to eat and i was so excited to get it. we door dashed it so when it got here i opened my tacos and this is what they ALL looked like this. i am highly allergic to meat so i didn't order beef. i ordered lettuce, cheese and sour cream and they always stuff it. i called the store and talked to the guy who made me tacos (the shift manager) and he was so rude. i don't ever think ill go back and i encourage you don't either. i've been inside this restaurant and it was horrible. read more

If you want Taco Bell, go to this one. It is the best one. First of all, their health ratings are excellent. Right now they have a 100, and before that they had 99. Second, the people working there are pretty friendly, even at 12 at night. I have never had a bad customer service experience here. Finally, the food is ways on point. If your looking for lettuce tacos, this location has you covered. Crispy beef tacos just have a smeared amount of beef, the rest of the taco is full 3/4 full of lettuce and a lot of sour cream. Called to tell management and she said they put the same amount of beef every time. I told her that's why I'm calling because there is no consistency of the beef amount. I know this because I would go there at least three time a week. Told her that I spend at least 27$ or more each time. She had no clue what was going on and could not even hold a conversation with me about my issue. They even have the audacity to ask the customers to round up their tab. Bad workers and management. They are even smoking marijuana in their cars out in the parking lot taking peoples orders with the headset and then run it inside seen that several times. Really a hot mess. Everytime I visit this restaurant I am always welcomed with a genuine warm greeting. The food is always hot and fresh. The management staff is doing a great job with this establishment. The energy, the friendliness and the environment has completely turned around from what I remember of this taco bell. The general manager is always a great cheerleader and motivator for her team. I almost find it strange that I'm giving a fast food restaurant a five star rating but this place is kind of surprising. You come into a fast food restaurant and expect to just say "I want a number 7". You expect to sit down, eat your food and go. Typically, you don't expect any additional attention from the staff,l and consider yourself lucky if you get a clean table. The staff here was really really personable. Even after sitting, not only did they bring the food out to me, they came back to check to make sure everything was OK, they came back to offer refills on beverages, they came back to offer to take trash away. I have gone to full-service restaurants and not gotten half of the care. If they treated me any better, I would've been looking for mixed drinks from the bar. Sure it's Taco Bell, the food is what the food is. Maybe not the best for you but it's great comfort food. Service here was fast and again amazingly personable. read more

Not that the D'ville area needs any more fast food chains, but as a general fan of Taco Bell, it is convenient on Fairburn Road (ironically, right next door to a new Mexican joint)... I had been in here right when they first opened this spring, and it was nice to see a fast-food place that was soooo clean. Good food. They even brought us our order waiter-service style, which is always appreciated. Last night I went through the drive-thru for the first time and the guy was really nice while taking my order. When I ordered the five-layer beefy burrito (personal fave, along with the crunch-wrap supreme) and then ordered a drink, he went ahead and made it a meal for me, which actually made it cheaper and added chips (just what I needed, lol, but still! so impressive). Plus, they are still clean several months in; they scored a 98 on their last health department rating. read more

Worst service ever! Rude crude manager (Andrea). Took 20 minutes to get to speaker to place order with only 2 cars ahead of me. One order placed, it took 25 minutes to get order. I asked the manager (Andrea) what the problem was and she kept screaming at me, "Do you want to work here?". I almost climbed through the window. I am 64 years old and have been working in customer service working directly with the public for 45 years. I told her that I did not want her job and she apparently didn't either. My friend's family invited me to go to them to Georgia for thanksgiving. So after thanksgiving they want hopping and my friend and I stayed back we what to this taco bell and the staff was amazing. That I opened the door for us and took our great with no problems. My friend asked if it you could order lunch and a staff member on break answered that's it's is breakfast and lunch.
