I opted for the crispy chicken sandwich (a gochujang aioli? Come on). The sandwich was delicious. The chicken was indeed crispy but also quite juicy. Wont lie loved the food. (Loved) i went there with my white Dr. Wife to get a sandwich on 8/20/21. My wife was wearing a mask and i wasnt. She orders for the both of us. Im going to find a table and this girl from the counter asked me to put my mask on. Rude as fuck though privileged. Mind you out of a full dining room like 2 people other than my wife had on masks. All whites but she wanted to assert dominance the only black guy in there. So i asked for her manager and she said hea not here but you can wait in your car and ill come get you when he gets back. I say im not the only person in here without a mask on. Theres no signs telling me to. She said ill address them after you leave. I almost lost it im a medical assistant at OSU and my wifes a DR. Ive told every1 about this experience. I also recal going there back when the Black Lives Matter craze started and they were wearing blue lives matters hats face masks shirrs. I wish I could give this place 100 stars!!!! I love chick fil a's food, everyone knows it's delicious, but I had to write a review for this place because of the OUT OF THIS WORLD customer service. My friends and I only come to this chick fil a-even though there's a closer one to us because of the amazingly friendly people who work here. I have to give a huge shoutout to Amy, Dave, and Sherri!!!! Dave is the sweetest man I have ever met, always asking if I need anything and is always coming over to chat with us, i feel like we are best friends. And his wife Sherri is such a gem!! They keep me coming back to this restaurant and always make sure I'm well taken care of. I've received better customer service here than at fine dining restaurant or really anywhere for that matter. read more

this location was the worst one i've been to, the worker was frustrated that we had a large order and was unwilling to help us split them up, so i asked for a receipt so we could get out seperate transactions sorted out by ourselves. there was no receipt given to me after asking repetitively! My food came with no sauce and small drinks when i ordered larges. I was charged for larges because I received no receipt and had to calculate on my own. I called the store and was told they had to delegate the order to a third party because the delivery driver wasn't in. I asked why that meant my order was going to be late as they could've delegated the order earlier. I was told they didn't have any control over the third party delivery. I told the store the order needed to be cancelled because it would arrive too late and asked what could be done about the inconvenience. I was told the order could be cancelled but nothing could be done for the inconvenience. I said ok and completed the call. I then called the corporate customer service and explained what happened and was told that I would get contacted within 24 hours by the franchise owner. I asked if the owner could follow up by email as I can't take calls while at work. No response. I called the corporate customer service back the following Tuesday and was told I should've gotten a contact and that they would follow up in 24 hours and if not to call back. The next day, Wednesday, still no contact so I followed back up with corporate. I was told that the store responded to them and said I have been contacted and told I have a credit at the store under my name and I needed to call the store to see what that credit was. I then called the store and spoke with a manager who told me that the order was refunded but there was no credit under my name. I called the corporate customer service back and told them that no credit existed and the owner had lied to them not only about contacting me but also about having issued a credit. I was told that, again, I would be contacted by the franchise owner within 24 hours and to follow back up if I wasn't. At this point I have called every week day and still gotten no contact or follow up about how this would be prevented in the future. To be clear, I am not asking nor have I asked for anything more than contact. This is not my first issue with deliveries from this store and I am just trying to find out that it's being fixed. I'm not asking and have not asked for anything free, just to have a simple dialogue. My attempts have been met with nothing but lies and silence. This whole situation could have been handled a number of different ways that would have resulted in a more positive experience, but instead it has been handled with misdirection, lies, and a total like of communication. My only hope is that this review serves as a warning to other customers to avoid this location and that it lets the owners know that this level of service is not acceptable and will not go unanswered.
