Terrible service - we had to order twice, then couldn't get points, then they still did not have the order. Neither the manager nor the owner offered is any remedy at all and then they forgot our drinks. Not only was it terrible they clearly did not care as this location is always busy. This location is run by the same management as the Southpoint one. The restaurant is immaculate and the service is top notch. One time going through the drive-thru on a Saturday, they had an employee outside taking orders from cars in line well before the installed speaker system. That's service. Some of there staff are not friendly do to being unsupervised in the outside area. For the amount of money people spend at this place, they should work on there attitudes. The food is great and I think there values are great but someone should do a better job supervising outside staff. read more

Had a great experience here. The restaurant was clean and the service was excellent, as expected with Chick Fil A. Unfortunately, I found a bone in my food. We brought it up to the manager as we were leaving and he was extremely apologetic, and basically asked "What can we do for you?" I asked for a free cookie and he gave each of us a warm, delicious chocolate chip cookie. The manager did a great job of making it clear that he wanted to fix the situation, and in the process, we learned that Chick Fil A cookies are the most delicious cookies ever made and we will definitely buy cookies next time. When I receive my items, the portions are usually smaller than other chick Fil a restaurants. Going to Chick-Fil-A is a consistent experience. Very friendly and helpful service. Best fast food sevice I have experienced. I like that they bring the food to the table and clear the tray. It is clean here- 99.5 sanitation score. The spicy crispy sandwich is delicious. I'm not much of a fan of those waffle style fries though, in my book McDonald's fries score higher here. The service was expedient, and the food was pretty good quality. I really like chick-fil-A. First off if you don't have their app, you should download it now. I also have their calendar so I can enjoy their freebie of the month plus the cows are so cute. But when you scan their QR code each visit gets you closer to a free treat. And you can add your Credit or Debit card to the card for easy paying. I love the Market salads, chicken sandwiches - grilled and fried, nuggets, strips, waffle fries, soup, wraps, and ice dreams. And I only order Arnold Palmers from here. The one item I had today that I've never ordered before was the chunky chocolate cookie. Eww weee. What a treat. I had no idea how good it was going to be. It was oooey and gooey and chocolaty!! It also had oats in it which was a nice surprise. And it was warm with crispy edges. Lord I was humming a happy tune. The cookie was a nice thick size as well. Quality at all CFAs has gone down. First it was portion sizes dramatically decreased. Like a chicken sandwich was mostly bun and very little chicken anymore. Now the chicken quality has gone down with rubbery, fatty chewy chicken pieces. I stopped ordering the sandwich because it was poor chicken quality. So then I ordered chicken nuggets instead... I had to throw half out. It's now on par with McDonalds chicken. Just really disappointing. Get people hooked with good quality then lower quality, lower portions and increase price. read more

I absolutely love this chic fil a. I work near this location and every single time I come here I have an excellent experience. Alex (the manager) I believe is so helpful and sweet. One morning I came in and I believe it was busier than usual and Alex went above and beyond to get our meals and drinks out quickly while keeping the line moving. This Chic Fil A is by far one of the worst experience in ANY of my fast food experiences. They are unprepared (not unmanned) for lunch time every freaking day. Lines are constantly wrapped in this location because of this. However my experience today was on the inside waiting to order. Observing the layout they have managers sitting behind the cashwrap talking and moving slower then I thought was humanly possible. Like you can clearly tell they are the ones in charge and they aren't showing a lick of leadership. At all. I do not understand the functionality/efficiency of having the individuals taking orders inside be folks who can hardly see the screen. This is not an exaggeration. They are struggling to view the screen and STRUGGLING to operate the device. I'm not sure if it's due to them being older they are receiving preferential treatment but it's not working. Zone your employees better. Don't get me wrong I think the older employees exemplify putting the customer first and decent attitudes but they should not be taking fast paced orders.
