Loved my first visit to Biscuitville! Such a nice concept and cute place. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was upbeat. Someone is making the biscuits fresh right in front of you which is so cool. I got the spicy chicken biscuit and loved it. My guy got the plain and also liked his very much. The wedge fries were good and cooked right. The grits were fine as well. My favorite part - the biscuits didn't fall apart while eating/biting! Open spaced seating, TVs, and cute framed photos were the icing on the cake. Only fail was a messy bathroom. We shall return.

Stoped here on the way to an appointment for a late lunch. It was 25 minutes until they closed but I was told at the register they were closing " in a few minutes ". I had a coupon for $1.00 off and showed it to 2 people, but I did not get the discount. Food came out fast and was hot so that was good. I would give the food 4 stars. The place was clean and the station where you get drinks and things was clean, so again 4 stars. But customer service brought this down to a 3. Rushing a customer and not honoring a coupon is bad business.

I just moved here from Florida and I am obsessed with Biscuitville! I had family visiting and they love it equally as much. It is always so delicious and super fresh. I've gone through the drive-through a couple times and everybody's been super friendly. They always give my dog a little bone shaped biscuit, which makes us both really happy.

This was my first time at Biscuitville after over 10 years. I stopped by for breakfast, since I'm visiting family in NC - we got the sausage & egg biscuit (pictured), ham biscuit, and the spicy chicken and honey biscuit which was the STAR of the show. The biscuit was pretty good; but a bit dry -- I prefer more butter. The chicken biscuit was really good and balanced nicely with the honey. Definitely more on the corporate biscuit side, as opposed to a local spot -- but definitely still solid.

Asked for no ice the gave me half a cup of the drink... I asked why my cup was half way full they said cause I asked for no ice, first time I've ever had that happen at any food place, will never go to Biscuitville again

This is what I got and was told this is the raspberry swirl - really......

I ordered a Raspberry swirl and this is what I got.........not at all what they advertise. False advertisement.....shame, shame, shame.......take a picture of the real thing and put it on your menu

If the Ham Biscuit doesn't get you, the Chicken Biscuitville. Bring it on down to Biscuitville! Definitely one of the highlights of the local chain scene in North Carolina. Similar to Rise, but cheaper and more Carolinian and Chainy. Lol. This place has several locations in the Triangle and this one has particularly excellent service and delicious products. The pimento chicken was a little dry (most chicken biscuits are), but was definitely delicious and I would get it again. The breakfast sandwich wasn't as memorable but then neither was your mother.

It took a minute for the waitress to get to us but she was really friendly and put in our order right away. I got a cup of coffee which had a weird flavor to it but maybe it's just me. It was so crowded in the kitchen that they had to put down supplies on the bar table we were sitting. I didn't mind but I wish they had more room. I got the corn beef hash and it was SO good. The hash was hot and fresh and so were the eggs. Home fries were perfectly seasoned. My fiancé got the strawberry pancakes. The strawberries were fresh and they had a lemon custard on top that was unique and very sweet. I will definitely come back for brunch again.

We ordered the Chicago Dog, the Reuben Sandwich, and finished things off with a cannolo (yes, the singular form of cannoli). The Chicago Dog was delicious and loaded with flavor, although I have to admit the toxic-green relish initially threw me off a bit (see pic). Once I got past the visual shock, it was actually a fantastic hot dog that stayed true to its Chicago roots. The real star, though, was the Reuben Sandwich. At around $15, it was absolutely worth every penny. Generously stacked, perfectly toasted, and packed with tender meat, melty Swiss, tangy sauerkraut, and just the right amount of dressing. The cannolo was the perfect sweet ending to the meal -- crisp shell, creamy filling, and not overly sweet. What really stood out was how friendly everyone was. The staff made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. I'll definitely be back... especially for those Thursday $5 draft beer specials. Apex locals, you've got a gem here.

I went savory: a chicken salad croissant (flaky, generously filled, with a side of bow-tie pasta salad and a creamy poppyseed slaw) and a pressed caprese-style panini with tomato, mozzarella, and basil grilled to a deep golden crisp. The iced café au lait was acceptable, nothing memorable but it did the job. The bakery case alone is worth a stop: cannoli, cranberry almond muffins, strawberry streusel coffee cake, cinnamon rolls, brownies, and a rack of croissants. We started with the cinnamon bun, which was housemade brioche with a vanilla sugar glaze, and honestly it could have been the whole meal. It was that good. Fresh-squeezed OJ and cava in the mimosas didn't hurt either. The food was great. Tori made it memorable. Our server, Victoria (prefers Tori) was just one of those people. For appetisers we ordered their cast iron goat cheese that came with their buttery sour dough bread chunks, the dip was a little too sour for my taste but it was compensated by the flavour full goat cheese. We also ordered their kale and chillies salad for the table and loved it. Highly recommended. For our main course we ordered their Harrisa bowl with crab cake and the Brick oven salmon. The crab cake was on of the best I have ever had. Next time I am definitely ordering their full crab cake order with fries. Every item in the bowl was complementing each other perfectly. The lightly sauted vegetable with a dash of honey tasted great with the tangy white taziki and cucumber sauce and the pearl couscous. I am definitely trying the other bowls next time I am there. The salmon was perfectly cooked and tender. The fried rice, sauted vegetables and the whipped goat cheese tasted so good together. For dessert we ordered their flourless chocolate cake and it was a little dry but very guey and chewy, loved the taste though! Our server was extremely sweet and so considerate of our choices and gave us substitutes and also packed some extra bread togo.
