There's one guy in the truck nine cars ahead of me, if she spent less time flirting with him and more time taking his order I wouldn't have had to just leave and go to Wendy's for lunch today. Ordinarily Chick-fil-A is an absolute model drive-through. Today I literally watched the lady in the inside lane walk the sidewalks and process nine orders before the lady on the outside even finish processing one. Y'all need to get with it and let her know that flirting and holding up the line isn't part of her job description. I've gone elsewhere for lunch today. Incredibly aggravating it is 1130. I found a chick-fil-A around the corner from the job site the other day. I thought why not for I have only been one time before and that was ages ago. I see them everywhere and there is always a line at their drive thru. Now I haven't got a clue why they are so popular so let's see. I pulled in and ordered a couple breakfast biscuits. Now I got to the window and got my food and thought self people wait in line for a LOooonnnnnggg time to get these. I have seen 20-30 cars deep for a biscuit and a tiny piece of fried chicken. My biscuit was ok but the chicken was about the size of an egg. So I guess I'm still trying to figure why folks are all lined up for this place. heck you folks can have my place ion line. I am very impressed with CFA Eagle Harbor and am a huge fan of this location. I follow this location's FB feed, along with 2 other CFAs in Jax, and CFA Eagle Harbor seems to be the only one out of the 3 that I follow that is very active in the community. I love that the owner gives back to the community in many ways, and that speaks volumes about him. He sends out Mr. Chickamoo (the mascot) to local schools during sporting events sometimes; he regularly visits local businesses during the workweek and surprises them with trays, sandwiches, or desserts; and often there are random giveaways for free food when you visit the restaurant. (Just follow their FB page!) I've never had a problem with service or food at this location. My only complaint is that the lines, inside and out, are verrrrry long during lunch and eats into almost all of a 30 minute lunch break. Still, this business deserves 5 stars because, not only are the food and service amazing, the owner pays it forward (and cultivates that mentality) and very generously gives back to the community. read more

This has to be the worse one on this side of town for food after 9pm. Twice now the lack of integrity has left me with a meal lacking in the normal standards. The first visit was a four strip combo with 2 strips replaced with a breast from the sandwich cut in half. Lazy. It doesn't even have the same taste or texture. The second visit I decided on the sandwich combo and a kids meal with nuggets. Biscuit was too greasy! Service was very professional or maybe emotionless, the asst manager took my order and didn't smile or make small talk, which I found weird for this particular establishment. usually very good location but, today I went to pick up a catering order that was over 300$. I asked if there was any way I could get some extra sauce and the lady that was working was very rude. They only gave me 24 sauces for a platter that would serve 60+ people. I got nuggets and wraps. They shorted me on all the sauces and then when I asked for 12 more they charged me 3$. I have gone through the drive through and have been disappointed every time. I hate the way they have it set up. There's no reason why we can't just do it the original way- order through the speaker system then pull up to the window grab your food and leave..I think they have gotten too wrapped up in this whole stupid multi step drive through process that they can't focus on getting our orders right!! I literally order a salad with lettuce and nuggets only and they screw up every time!! How in the world can you mess that up???!!! Everything you expect from Chick-fil-a (tasty food, great service) is here. The parking lot is insane at lunch time and dinner time and before the HS around the corner starts. They do a lot of family/kids events and people tend to let their kids wander through the parking lot so you have to be extra careful. When the drive thru line gets long (and that's often), it's hard to navigate or park in the parking lot. I usually wait until I must have the lemonade to deal with it. read more

Let me begin this review with the following disclaimers, I honestly believe Chikfila is the best fast food restaurant in the country and this location is nearest my home. I've been to this store countless times and tonight, after checking in for a late meal & reading through the reviews, decided to write some thoughts. Before I do, I would like to mention one of the negative reviews I read. Some legitimate concerns were listed but then a red flag waived as the words always & rude were used to describe the drive thru. In all my years of visiting this store or any Chikfila location I have never encountered a rude employee. I am not saying there are no rude employees but to couple that with the word always strips away the credibility of the review. I could go on to point out some other poignant observations regarding the review but let's get on to the facts and then my opinion. This location is busy, very busy. So much business, they recently shut down to remodel and double their drive through capacity. Also, this store is mostly staffed by young people, many of which are working their first job. These young people are working hard, under pressure and also, dare I say graceful in their services. In my opinion, the management has consistently done an excellent job of hiring and training their employees. Finally, I mentioned previously how busy they get. Some things are bound to go wrong when you get blown out, and when you are THE best fast food restaurant on the Island, you're bound to be blown out. Keep calm & Chiklfila on. read more

I heart Chick fil A!!!! This has to be the best fast food restaurant on the planet. I became a lover of this little gem when I was in junior high school and have been an addict ever since. I always go to this location when I am home visiting family and it is a MUST have when I am in a city that is lucky enough to have one. We do not have a Chick fil A in Las Vegas and that makes me sad.....and my friends and family know this because every time someone comes to visit, they bring me a sandwich or 3. We've always been happy with our experiences here. Very clean inside and out. Nice playground for the children, clean restrooms, friendly staff, cute decorations. This place is usually always packed with a line of cars around the building. They constantly have family events which is so much fun! Purchased a spicy chicken sandwich, ugh the bun was cold, the chicken was cold and the cheese was cold. Went back to the drive thru and I was given another one. The location in Fleming Island is top notch. They get the orders out quick and correct, even when the line is wrapped around the building. The drive-thru service is friendly and they get it done. Every once in a while I'll have a fry that's too salty or a greasy chicken biscuit, but most of time it's great. Disappointed they got rid of the Blue Cheese dressing for my wrap. Overall this place is ran well and you can tell by the level of service and quality of the food. This location blows away Wells road! Hope they keep it up. read more

I've been to this establishment countless times. Today was the worst experience I've had. First of all, the worker, "Kelly" at the counter had a complete monotone look on her face and was seemingly glaring at me our whole transaction. I had a few cards in my wallet that I wanted to check if they were still valid and possibly use them. I handed her my "free chicken sandwich card" and she scanned it without looking or acknowledging it not going through. I continued to order my drink and as she read the total, I asked if the voucher I used went through since the price was higher than expected. She asked the manager to help her out to scan the card again. The manager said absolutely nothing to me and stared at me blankly, as she talked to the girl behind the counter of how the card was already used almost a year ago, unbeknownst to myself. The manager and cashier then STARED at me with a dirty looks, saying nothing as they handed me my card back. Then the manager suddenly snatched the card out of my hand saying "we take that" and angrily walked away. After completing my order, the cashier slowly walked towards me, slouching and handed me my drink without a word or a smile after I said "thank you" Overall, the customer service at this Chick-fil-A is disintegrating. I pray they fix their low standard of individuals they employ to better exude the hospitality myself and many others have experienced in the past. read more
