Diablo brisket sandwhich - wonderful combination of flavors ranging from tangy, spicy, sweet, creamy - try it while you can!
    Blake Z.

Fast food can certainly be a hit or miss these days. However, this Arby's location has yet to dissapoint me! I initally came in today, after being enticed by the hype centering the new diablo sandwiches- which come choice of brisket or breaded chicken fillet with ghost pepper jack cheese, a "fiery hot seasoning" comprised of cayenne and habanero, fire-roasted jalapenos, a special Diablo BBQ sauce with four types of peppers, and a toasted red bun with chipotle flakes. Moving into the review, the sandwhich wasn't diabolical, but did punch a pack in each bite in an addictively delicious and spicy way! Loved that all the condiments on the sandwhich had contrasted with each other as there was sweetness from brisket and some of BBQ sauce, yet spiciness from jalapeños, tanginess from pickles, and creaminess from mayo. But aside from food, service was fast, and this spot seemed to be pretty clean! Overall, definitely excited to see what Arby's releases next, and will be back at this location.

They are out of sauces and don't tell you. Called several times to no avail. It's sad they don't answer the phone at the franchise.

Some options are good. Sliders at Happy Hour now $1.40! Ok at $1 but not as good as they started out and way better options.

This is a good drive-thru. The staff are really efficient and the food comes out hot and fresh every time for me.

But Jax Bread is probably the best you're going to get in Jacksonville. And it's excellent on its own merits. I ordered the lox bagel and it hit all the right notes: a perfectly chewy bagel, super fresh toppings, and the ideal cream cheese-to-bagel ratio (which matters more than people realize). Everything tasted fresh and was thoughtfully put together (more proper ratios). The service is always lovely, and I've genuinely never had anything here that wasn't delicious. This visit, I also grabbed the day-old mystery 3-pack of bagels so I could carb out a few more times this week. They're just as tasty, freeze beautifully, and at $2.99 it's an unbeatable deal. I'm already eyeing Jax Bread for some Christmas goodies this year because there are so many great things to choose from. If you haven't been yet, fix that.

This is my third time ordering online, and it's becoming clear there's little care put into what's being sent out. Both items I received were inedible. The egg and cheese bagel was freezing cold and even had the wrong cheese on it. The stuffed cinnamon bagel was rock hard. Really disappointing experience, especially because I know how good the food can be when ordered in person

The owner, Massi, is such a nice guy and loves to tell funny jokes. His wife, Sabrina, isn't always there, but she is the sweetest and always provides my family with the best customer service. Because I have been raving about this place so much, all my relatives love it and go there regularly (yes, they go every weekend). Please don't expect Starbucks drinks from there. They serve authentic Italian style coffee, so you will get a hot caffe latte in a tall glass. The macchiato will be in a small espresso cup. Try their hot cappuccino with whole milk so you can experience the authentic way of making cappuccino (they only use one shot of espresso, and they said that's the Italian way!). Italian hot chocolate is also a favorite among European customers. Sandwiches are always great, and my favorite is prosciutto, arugula, Parmesan cheese, and tomato. It's a perfect spot to gather with friends or family. This cafe is a must try. These pictures are from multiple visits within three years.

Dishes feel straight out of a family kitchen in Italy. Service is warm and welcoming, adding to the relaxed, family-style vibe. Sapori delivers comforting, classic Italian cuisine that feels both genuine and satisfying. The paninis steal the show with rich parm, aromatic olive oil, and prosciutto that I haven't found since I was in Italy. The coffee drinks are amazing Lavassa served, of course. My son and I have been trying restaurants in this area and this was next on our list. Store was very clean, as I said before service was outstanding. Here's a list of the food we tried: Drink stand - not many selections, but they do have Coke products. Sweet tea - they have not perfected the taste of Southern sweet tea, but it was fine French fries - crisp crunchy exterior soft, interior, really well done. . Egg salad sandwich - it was just an egg salad sandwich, no better no worse than others, just fine . European Gyro - this was a normally euro stuff with french fries, it was a cool look in the dish was good. Overall, I wanted to love this place, and it was fine. But that's all it was was fine, they played it safe, they didn't try to spice up their menu or give you a number of unique specials. They just serve decent food at what I thought was a high price. For instance, my egg salad sandwich, and I'm an egg salad, lover, Fair but it was $13 without many side drink or chips. Most places, including Tidbits, which is one of their competitors, is less than $5. But I have to say they five other restaurants in this strip center, including the powerhouse Mexican food at El Castillo, Donato's Pizza, Mad o' Seafood, a Latino restaurant and Açaí Bowls. So if you're going to compete with these other restaurants, I think you need to go above and beyond. Maybe highlight Middle Eastern dishes, maybe makes egg salad with some curry powder, and don't charge so much for just plain sandwiches. I don't have any qualms about going back, but I also don't have anything to draw me back. That special dish or that special thing. And that seem to be the theme with the other people that came in. This was a first time visit for a lot of people , and a regular crowd just wasn't there. Maybe that is telling.
