Please don't go here! On the evening of 6/15 my significant other was told... he was to expect for our $20 meal to be wrong after working a very long shift. We get it. It's TacoBell... but you have one job and we couldn't make dinner unfortunately. We did get the meal eventually but that was after going inside and multiple women behind the counter laughed and made fun of him. These other reviews aren't lying. Please choose a different location. Clearly the management doesn't view these either. It's very sad because it's not all Taco Bell's and it gives a very nice location a bad name when it's somewhere it could really do great. A lot of high school students would kill to have jobs that worked with their schedules and school time so they could get some extra money on the side. Ordered food via mobile order to be picked up at drive thru. This Taco Hell store has two ways to get onto the drive thru, I was waiting my turn to enter the drive thru after the third car turned in (15 minute wait for me.) while it was my turn a young lady in a gray mustang cuts me off and proceeds in line in front of myself and others behind me, so I held my hand on the horn but she laughed and put up her hands to say to bad for you. So I blow my horn again, she gets to the window, now 25 minutes later and places her order, I am yelled at by the cashier to leave as I'm not going to be served. Happy ending, I called the police who told me I had to leave the premises and the store will give me a credit in 24 hours. I left...but seriously will never return while the misguided staff condones rude and inappropriate customers. Less than one star. Enjoy your meal if you dare! read more

I have no clue why this place has such low ratings. Our cashier was super-duper nice and our food came out very fast. My mom and I split the Crunchwrap Box for $5. She opted for a soft taco and really loved the crunchy taco that came with it. We ended up splitting the actual Crunchwrap, which is everything you would find in a hard taco (but flat) all wrapped up in a flour tortilla and tightly sealed. It was really delicious [for Taco Bell standards] and for five bucks, you really can't go wrong [included a drink]. We come here often and I have yet to have a bad experience... Honestly, this is an exceptional Taco Bell located (for once) in a safe and a less dowdy area of town [Fleming Island]. And I remember back when we had to drive all the way to Blanding Blvd. to get our Taco Bell fix, so IT'S ABOUT TIME they built this Taco Bell for the locals. Overall, I recommend going inside as it's very clean and organized. From reading the other reviews, it looks like I've been pretty lucky here. Perhaps it's because I don't go during peak hours or that I'm never really in any type of rush. Or the fact that I remember having to "Make [that dreaded late night drive into OP and] run to the border!" back when Taco Bell wasn't even available here. Every time i order from them it's messed up. The items are made wrong or the order is short items. It does no good to order online either. You are specific in what you want and don't want on your order and they put whatever they want to slop on it. Doesn't do any good to complain because they don't give receipts either. really wanted to leave a bad review but they have enough already this place is about as disgusting as the girls who work there. attitudes are horrible. they messed up the order twice then 3 people came to the window asking me what the problem with my food was when I clearly explained it the first 2 times. very uneducated employees obviously. First time they made a chicken quesadilla without the chicken LOL then I asked them for one with chicken in it like I paid for, the next one they literally threw everything in there with extra sauce pouring out so u couldn't even pick it up without it falling apart & everything falling out. So its my local Taco Bell chain store. and so many improvements from the last time I came here 1. It's much cleaner 2. Under new management, employees are polite and responsive 3. Food comes to your table. It was clear the new management has stepped up its game and workers are as good or even better than when they 1st opened up. I came in with just $10, my daily eating out budget. I came from my gym with my friend D. Webb and D. Scanlon , a little sore on the knee from free style Hip Hop Zumba where I got to lead the class with my Spotify playlist with 2 other ladies. Our instructor had to attend to some personal business and class was cancelled. Since I was there and the other ladies wanted to, we jammed to 90's tunes and some pop songs from 4 months ago. (I digress) We all ordered got quickly served. My friends D. and D carry a great convo btw. I dont know them that well before the gym but we all connect, jokes and quips and all. Great convo always make a good meal even better, but it can't save a bad meal with small portions. The Bell never disappoints with portions even a big guy like me would be satisfied. Anyway half way through the meal, in comes our other Zumba instructor J.Mitchell (sounds like a hair dresser) catching up. I never get to see that much. She is an awesome convo person talking about her new opportunities and her freshly painted pawn shop in Green Cove Springs. So what made my experience great. 1. Great casual atmosphere with friends 2. New management, clean and responsive 3. The same good food I expect and large portions. Just went through the drive thru and an employee (who wasn't even working drive thru) walked up to the window and asked my boyfriend why his truck looks the way it does. He responded with "I don't know I just like it." She then replied with "well it's ugly.. just so you know" and then walked away. He gets comments like that all the time, so no big deal. But the fact that she was rude like that to a customer was just very unprofessional and ridiculous. When I spoke to the manager on the phone she acted like she didn't really care and had no intentions of even speaking to the employee. I don't know what to say about this particular Taco Bell. Service used to be generally OK, but my last two visits I've witnessed a deterioration of service. A week ago it took me 35 minutes to get through the drive thru. I tried again last night and it took 25 minutes. Part of the problem was the woman two cars in front of me who placed a large order. It literally took her 10 minutes to finally complete her order through the speaker. When she got to the window I could see they handed her two large bags filled with her order. Evidently she partially cleaned them out, because when I finally got to the window to pay for my purchase the girl told me she had just been informed they had run out of beef. I ended up driving away, with nothing. I suspect poor management is responsible: not adequately covering shifts, and running out of food is inexcusable. I just can't see going back there. read more

If there were an option for negative stars, there still wouldn't be enough of those to express how horrible this Taco Bell is! We have tried on NUMEROUS occasions to "give it another chance," but they continue over and over to fail on almost every level. The are extremely slow! They never seem to have enough staff - actually being told twice now as we walk in the door that it would be a 30-45 minute WAIT at a Taco Bell!! Seriously?? This last trip there was the final straw. We went in and ordered...the girl taking orders seemed like she had no clue what she was doing let alone what planet she was on. She took our order...and of course it was wrong. We went back up and "re-explained" the order and she "got it now"...nope... still wrong (not just a little bit wrong either), things missing, things we didn't order, etc. etc. SO, we go back up again and the manager comes out and "re-takes" the order on her piece of paper...and goes on to tell me that the cashier didn't charge us correctly and so that is why food was missing and proceeds to have the cashier charge another $10.00 (which honestly still does not make sense because we were only missing the 3 taco meal and it doesn't even cost that much)...and you guessed it!!!! the THIRD TIME BY THE MANAGER NONETHELESS, it was wrong again. At that point, we ate what we could and left. If you have A LOT of time to waste and the patience of a saint, then by all means go to this Taco Bell, but if you expect "fast" food done right, then keep on driving!!! read more

Jan 2018: they've improved! Still super friendly employees, no matter the time of day, and the speed of service has picked up.l - also I'm not waiting 20 min in the drive thru. April 2017: The employees have always been pleasant, but this Taco Bell has a severe issue with their speed of service. I've visited a few times over the last few months, and one time it took close to half an hour in the Drive Thru line for 3 tacos. Another time I got called into work late (e.g. 10pm) and thought "I'll run by Taco Bell because I have no food." Still took 10+ minutes and that was me being the only car. During this particular visit, I ordered simply a Bean Burrito. And I sat in line for 15 minuts with two cars ahead of me. My Bean Burrito was simply that. Beans. It lack the usual sprinkling of cheese, diced onions, and sauce and the tortilla was not warmed. I'm sure I'll be back at some point, more so if I'm in the area, hungry, and don't want to get out of my car, because my visits were are RARE due to the wait. Even Chick-Fil-A, with 20 cars in their double Drive Thru lines, are faster than Taco Bell with 2 cars in line. Moral of the Story: Unless you're first in line, you're going to have a LONG wait to get your food. And even if you're first, expect a wait! read more

When I pointed that out to the cashier the response was "well the prices recently changed and they haven't gotten around to updating the board". So I got my coffee and went to sit down and after waiting 15 mins for the food I went back up to the counter and had to remind them I was still waiting for my food. So After a long delay of waiting for the food I went back again to get a refill on the coffee and that took another 10 mins to get because everyone was standing around and yapping.
