The food is consistently good. The service fast. No matter how busy they seem to be I am in and out. Especially if I order ahead and go inside to get it avoiding the drive thru. The chicken sandwich is my fav. Clean white meat, not overly breaded and lightly seasoned. Not super crunchy with a soft warm bun. The waffle fries have texture and taste. I like to drink them in the many sauces they offer. Mix em and stuff. The nuggets are also good. I haven't tried much else but hear good things about breakfast. We used the drive thru. We ordered in person with an associate who was walking the drive-thru line before we got to the kiosk. There are multiple lanes that merge into one. The line was very slow and there were associates delivering food to cars but the people ahead of them couldn't drive, so it did no good. We got pulled to the side after the 15 ish minute wait from ordering. They had one item wrong, but it was fried instead of grilled chicken so we didn't notice until we got home. The restaurant was extremely clean including the bathrooms. I eat Chick-fil-A often but had never been to this location. They had an influx of people there today bc of the mud run in Flint. Mela was the epitome of Chick-fil-A's standards of service with a smile handing the rush with grace. We were a little tired from the race and took a moment to determine what we wanted to order she patiently waited and provided thoughtful suggestions. Drive thru organization needs extreme organizational help. They had two lanes open and one lane was moving at an expected nice pace, unfortunately we were in the other lane. After waiting for 35 minutes, we got our food. They had the wrong sauces and didn't give us any napkins. Extremely frustrating experience. read more

I never thought that I would make a review like this but I have reached my limit! I have literally been a patron of Chick-fil-A since I was in grade school but the service at this location is not up to par with the standard of service that I have received for over 40 years. They have been open close to a year but they still don't have it together, and on top of all of that they are alienating the customers willing to put up with a year of growing pains. They have created a policy that apparently is only for this location and I feel disrespected by this, treat your customers better or you will lose them! read more

This weekend I ate my LAST Chick-Fil-A salad. The lettuce tasted of chemicals (similar to the old McDonald's greens) and there were several nasty rotten pieces in the mix (see pictures). I was very surprised to encounter such a quality issue so I called the store and was told that ALL Chick-Fil-A locations are migrating to bagged pre-cut romaine. This will be a HUGE stain on their reputation and a blow to customer experience. I get it - it's hard to staff anything these days, but whichever brain trust in Atlanta determined this to be a good idea should get the boot. After they realize their monstrous mistake, I do hope they make a big announcement so healthy eaters can return. Perhaps their biggest miscalculation is not appreciating that if the adults can't find quality healthy choices, the kids in the back seat won't have the opportunity to spend big bucks on nuggets, waffle fries and shakes. I assure you that we will be driving by regardless of the whining. read more

Messy order with shake spilled all over carrier. Abysmal service, spent over 45 minutes stuck in line with it barely moving. Having a line is ok, not moving that line is inexcusable. It just opened and it is busy. but I have found that if you pre order your food and go inside and pick it up that it comes quickly. However I gave 3 stars because every time I have ordered they have either forgotten something or not followed my instructions on how I want an item. I will chalk it up to being a new location and new employees but I do expect better from Chick-fil-A. They hold there workers to a high caliber and this seems odd for them. Service for me has always been friendly. No problems there. It's the food. Specifically the fries. I have ordered the spicy chicken meal 3 times and every time the fries tasted old/stale. This last time today I had to go inside to have my fries replaced because they were ice cold and even the replacement fries still tasted stale.
