The food is incredibly fresh and cooks in just minutes. You can build your own rice bowl with tons of options--every veggie you can imagine, about ten sauces, pork, chicken, beef, crab, shrimp, and a full lineup of seasonings. They even have a robot that delivers some of the items to your table, which is pretty fun. There's also an all-you-can-eat dessert bar (dessert only, not the bowls) with ice cream sandwiches, tiramisu, chocolate mousse cake, cookies, and drinks like Yoo-hoo, Hi-C, SunnyD, water, and Kool-Aid. You can order made-to-order sushi rolls, and everything we tried was delicious. The service was great, and the atmosphere was perfect. We arrived around 11:30, which was ideal--there was a big rush right after us. There's plenty of seating, but it fills up quickly. Parking is shared with Leo's in the same plaza, so it can get a little busy. We'll definitely be back, especially now that I know how full to make my bowl so I end up with a nice hearty plate once it's cooked down. Service was awful, didn't get any refills on drinks, we sat with our table with food in boxes for 40-45 minutes waiting for a check, our waitress walked past multiple times ignoring us. Finally another waitress realized we were there for a while and helped us. read more

Went for my nephews birthday. A robot delivered kids meals and sang happy birthday to him. The rest of went and made our bowls to get cooked. The food was good. They have an endless dessert bar. Kids definitely loved trying all the desserts. Your meal is on a tray with your name and you fill out a form to pick what kid of rice with your bowl. read more

Is it the same as the last Mongolian bbq spot? Yes & No. Yes, as in they have practically the same set up when it comes to prepping the food. No, as in the service is faster due to more workers on deck and more attentive. The vibe is family oriented. I wouldn't mind a birthday dinner here. Prices ain't too bad. I came out of $60. That's mainly cause we ordered two plates of sushi. Only thing I will say that I can see being a problem down the line is the sushi can be a bit "doughy" or "mushy" if they fried it for like 5 more minutes it would be perfect. Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! Is all I can say, tonight we visited for the first time. We had make your own bowl, the crab ragoons, and the fried wontons. Very clean and food was very fresh, the atmosphere was also so welcoming. Staff was very attentive and friendly. We will be going back for sure. read more

Waitress was higher than a kite. We'd never been there and she couldn't explain how it works, she just said - you get a bowl and pointed to the menu. Then she said "Lunch just ended, you have to get a dinner bowl." It was 6pm, we had no intention of trying to order a lunch bowl. The menu actually said lunch ended at 3pm so I'm guessing she had been high for that long. We got our food, which took a long time since there in only one line. You have to leave your food at the counter with your name. They cook it for you then bring it to you. We saw them cook our food, they rang the bell multiple times to have someone come pick it up and bring it to us. After 10 minutes, I walked up and got it since it was getting cold. They were crowding the food together at the counter, raw food was spilling out next to the cooked food. Very unsanitary. Our waitress disappeared, probably going out to smoke another doobie, so we had to flag down the manager to get our bill. Awful experience, we won't be back. read more

The meat, veggies and protein options for the bowls were all so fresh! Tons to pick from! Lots of seasonings to choose from as well. The atmosphere is way better than the old Mongolian BBQ. Service was great and some tables even had the little robot bring their meals to them!
