I like this subway. I haven't had a bad experience here yet, but you never know with Subway. The freshness of their ingredients really depends on the day, I had to ask my sandwich remade once since the lettuce didn't look so good, but no major issues. The store is very clean, including the bathrooms, and the staff is somewhat friendly. There is lots of parking since it is shared with other businesses. ESPAÑOL Me gusta este Subway. When I tell ya that's this is the most cleanest subway I've ever been to, it's the cleanest. Came in at 9:55pm and they were cleaning up. The staff members were so professional and polite. Excellent customer service. The staff follow proper procedures when preparing food, they didn't use the same gloves for every task and I didn't see no cross contamination. I highly recommend this subway for those in the area. Didn't want to go to this location because of the sketchy activity, but please don't let that stop you. There is a police officer in the area.. love this place!!! Super clean place read more

This Subway location is about a half a mile from my home. That's not so important when you have a car, but I don't. There is a McDonald's, Wendy's Burger King and Zaxby's that are closer, so my trips to this Subway are rare. When I get there, they employees are rarely busy. They all look at me like "FINALLY, something to do!" They remind me of a boss I once had who liked to say, "If you got time to lean, you got time to clean." The place always looks pretty clean. I don't know why business is so slow. I'm sure that, like me, people get tired of burgers. I like the fact that Subway sandwiches are custom-made. I can point to the tomato slices and mayo and say "some of that, and some of that. Can I get a little more tomato?" They're usually pleasant enough, but occasionally a youngster will look at me like "can we get this over with? I've got to call my boyfriend and then get back to my leaning." Sometimes a teenaged girl will look at me with a vibe of "when are we gonna get a cute guy in here?" Many of them look like this is their first job. The food itself is good. The ingredients are fresh and flavorful. With me watching them, it's difficult to mess up my order. If someone was visiting me from out of town, would I suggest Subway as a place to go? This used to be the best Subway around. Good employees and fast. It was recently bought by new owners who either got rid of or compelled the employees to leave. The consistency of the sandwiches have gone down also. Less meat and not making them correctly. I feel like you don't get your money's worth any longer and it's a shame that this has happened. AMAZING!!!! I asked for a veggie sandwich and the whole line changed their gloves without even asking, and it was busy. Their kindness extends beyond what's expected at an food establishment and its so appreciated. No matter how much extra anyone wants they don't care and honestly encourage customizations! I needed a larger order done last minute and the manager helped me and took care of everything! I didn't really know what the protocol was or how to order what I needed and they were so friendly and professional, even though it's probably frustrating to try to do last minute orders. Usually they only take pick up orders online or through the app but he took my order over the phone and had it ready in less than an hour which is just what I needed to take care of an event! read more

Very disappointed - This location does not have the fresh baked bread they advertise. We picked up an order at lunch, got home and the bread was hard, no where near fresh. When we called to bring the issue to the managers attention...no one answers the phone. And they weren't busy when we went in...no excuse for not answering the phone. I reached out to the corporate office and only got a "thank you for your feedback." So apparently they don't care. Don't waste your time here. You can get a much better sandwich at Publix! read more

Terrible service!! First I tried to place my order at the drive thru, they told me their drive thru was closed to come inside. So I placed my order inside. It took them 15 minutes before they even had anyone in the kitchen. Then once they started making any food, they started serving the people coming through the drive thru (that was supposed to be closed). And no one would tell me what was going on. Very rude staff. I generally like this Subway location. Friendly staff, they make a halfway decent sandwich. My only complaint is that they never clean the dining area. I've been inside when it's dead and every single table is dirty. The soda fountain is always sticky. If they just clean every now and then this place would be very nice for a quick lunch. read more

I eat here all the time. I live around the corner. I 90% of time get salad and they always do it right. Sometimes I walk in and he already knows what I want. If it wasn't for my pregnancy adversions they would see me more often. I will continue to keep coming back when the morning sickness goes away. read more

AVOID AVOID AVOID. It's hard to screw up a sub but this particular location of subway manages to do it. Beyond that, customer service is HORRID. Seldom do any of the employees make eye contact, make complete sentences or thank you for your business. If it had happened once I'd chalk it up to a bad night. But in the probably 5 or 6 times I've been to this location it's been the same. The latest (and last) being two nights ago. Went in around 7:00 to pick up to-go sandwiches for my wife and me. There was NONE ZERO NADA foot sitting out. The compartments on the other side of the glass where one would normally pick out ingredients for their sandwich were GONE. Not empty, but GONE. A young girl was wiping everything down and all the compartments had been put upon wire, rolling carts to be put away. I said "uh, are y'all closing?" With GOD AS MY WITNESS she responded "No, we close at 10:00." So 2-1/2 hours before closing you're putting away everything? 3 other folks walked in, saw "emptiness" and walked out. Because I was tired and because it was late I waited while the young guy from the back made my 2 sandwiches...and waited and waited and waited. It took forever since he had to dig thru all the little plastic compartments to find the tomatoes, to find the olives etc...etc... When paying I said "why are y'all cleaning now? it makes it looked like you're closed and several folks have left." He said "we close at 10:00" I thought "am I speaking english?" I said "right, but cleaning this early makes it look like you're closed." He said "Well, if we wait 'til too close to closing time and we work past 10:00 we don't get paid." Uh.........ok. I'm sure your boss/franchise owner or whomever would be thrilled that you're making it appear as if the doors are about to be closed.
