This location is AMAZING! Seriously. Always clean. The employees that take my order are super friendly and helpful. AND they sent a card for free food to my house that I have used. No one thought twice about the fact that I got my food for free. They all treated me with respect--the same as they do when I pay for my meals. Good quality food for what the place is. It's mostly 15-18 year olds who work there so expect very little professionalism. I'm not sure why, but they keep asking for my name and it makes me uncomfortable. Just take my order, take my money, and shut up. How hard is that? read more

I love Chick-fil-A as much as the next guy, but they are way too nice. Trust me, I like nice people, but, they take it too far. One time, after my internet girlfriend broke up with me (her name is Sasha and I miss her. Sasha, if your reading this, please come back, I didn't mean to put your lizard in the freezer, it was an accident!) I went to Chick-fil-A to get some sadness food, and Chick-fil-A never lets you down in the flavor department, so I go up and ask, "can I have two orders of the biggest sized chicken nuggets you have?" And when I told them it was for here, the employee asked, "what's wrong?" And I told him the story of how I froze my ex-(internet)girlfriend's lizard. And he shouts, "HEY, WE GOT A SPECIAL" at first I thought it was an insult, but then I see two guys come out, carrying a THRONE. Next thing I know I got picked up by two employees and placed on the throne, I ate my chicken nuggets and cried while an employee comforted me. Then, he handed me a lizard. "Go get your girl back" he said, and I felt so loved yet uncomfortable. I packed up my things, took the lizard and drove to Sasha's house. This was it. That Chick-fil-A guy was gonna fix my relationship. I knock on Sasha's door, slicked back my hair, and presented the lizard like I was asking her hand in marriage. She opens the door, and I drop the lizard right in front of her. When I scrambled to try and find it (it was 10:30 at night, with no light accept a porch light and a soft glow from a lamp inside.) I heard a small crack. I stepped on it. I stepped on the lizard that the Chick-fil-A guy gave to me. Sasha screamed and slammed the door in my face. I never saw her again. So I swore off Chick-fil-A for the rest of my life. Because I'm the reason no one can have nice things. :( read more

I've been here a handful of times. Once I almost got into a fight in the parking lot with an employee who was blocking all traffic, directly outside the exit door, while getting a ride at the end of her shift. So completely unnecessary. That time I opted to go inside to get my food instead of go through the drive through because of the lines. They got my order wrong and my daughter got chicken nuggets instead of chicken strips that I ordered. This last time I went and the fries tasted like they sat under the heat lights for an hour. Wilty, cold, greasy, and nasty. They have never been fast nor do they even act like urgency exits. I guess down south things go a little slower, but we're not used to that up here in the Great Northeast. I thought speed would improve once they have been open a while, but not true. If anything, they've gotten slower. This last time, it seemed they wanted to know the name of my great uncle and everyone who came before him. I'm just here for a sandwich. I don't need to give you my life story over the intercom at the Drive Thru. They always overfill my drink so it spills everywhere as soon as I grab it. I was hoping for something fast and easy as a lunch time go-to when I forget to bring my lunch to work. This isn't it. read more

Finally Chick-fil-A comes to Framingham... Went in for dinner on a Friday night.. very busy, and the staff was amazing... very friendly and extremely helpful, as it was my first experience there.. . I like spicy and my cashier suggested the spicy deluxe... AWESOME, with just the right kick of spice... Had a cookies and cream milkshake that was to die for, and the fries were great... went well with their take on sweet and sour sauce (Polynesian)... Brought the food to my table and even took my tray after I finished....I will certainly return on a weekly basis... looks as though there are plenty of things to try... read more

Really really bad place to eat the service sucks the service don't know what is going on

Let me start off with saying I love chic fil a. I was so excited to hear one opened up near me in Boston MA. This chick fil a has to be the slowest one of its kind. It has about 45 costumes right now and no one has food. I had to wait about 20 mins for my order. Horrible customer service they were a bit rude and condescending. Waited 15 minutes for my food - nothing special about my order chicken sandwich, nuggets and fries. Someone else comes in places an orders and gets their food before me. Twice I was told by seperate staff my food would be right up - clearly they have no idea. Probably should have went through the drive thru for quicker service :( read more

Well let me tell you about the "time" I had here. I'm the first of a group of 4 to order, with approximately 15 others in line (not peak hours). After sitting down and watching my friends enjoy their delicious array of sandwiches, I begin to contemplate, why aren't I enjoying the same spread? After a talk with an employee it appears my order was lost (in a crowd of 15 remind you), but I keep my cool and await my order yet again. Long story short, a simple 15 minute meal on the way home has turned into a fun filled (not) hour ordeal of hunger purgatory. Maybe next time I'll take a plane home, or maybe I'll take my service to Popeyes. read more

I'm not sure what all the hype is about. I used to go for the breakfast burrito and nuggets but I wanted to try the Spicey chicken and busicuit sandwich this time. Guy says no more spicey chicken for breakfast. Wtf? So I got the regular egg chicken and buiscuit meal and a side of nuggets with coffee. Coffee has like no flavor and wasn't hot. Everything was room temp btw. Hash browns had no seasoning at all. Chicken was dry and room temp. Buiscuit crumbled apart all over the place. Nuggets were little flavorless dry balls of lightly battered meat. Icing on the cake was the typical rubbery folded over fast food egg. I wasn't expecting gourmet but folks this was $11!! of food. read more

It's far better than any fast food I've had, but the location is still new. I've gotten the chicken sandwich every time with a milkshake, and while they're both excellent, the restaurant does still fall under fast food and so the prices aren't great. It's always been quite busy and aside from one upbeat and friendly employee, the staff is no more than okay. read more

Very very well trained, polite, and respectful staff. The ordering was very easy and the young man at the register wasn't bothered by my lack of understanding the menu. We ate dine in, and within a second of sitting down, a very polite young man brought us our food. We asked him for a sauce which we forgot to order at the counter and he ran right back and brought it to us. I didn't enjoy the food very much. I ordered the tenders and while the chicken itself was good, the breading wasn't crispy or crunchy. It felt as if it had been under a hot lamp for about 10 mins and the center of the piece was barely warm. The fries were very good but lacked a crunch or any bold flavor. Once during our meal a staff member checked on us and offered to bring us more sauce if needed. A few minutes later the same staff member saw us wrapping up and offered to clear our tray which we accepted. The dining area was very clean and neat. The only downside besides the soggy chicken was that the play place, which was boasted about being a two story play house, has a few stairs, a slide, and a crawl in elevated car. It wasn't as large or fun-looking as I expected. The whole restaurant was also very heavily decorated in the resturant's cow mascot. All in all, an alright experience. What stood out the most was definitely the fantastic staff! read more

Dear Mark: Among all the wonderful words customers express about Chick-fil-a, there is still one area where this restaurant and others fail their customers. i am amazed to watch people eat at tables which should be wiped, washed, or scoured and not bring it to your attention. I had dinner in your store two weeks ago and the outside tables were dirty. I requested at the counter for someone to clean the tables which they did. Before leaving I asked for you and brought my concerns to your attention. I am back on Aug. 27 at 6:16 pm order # 293471 and two out of three outside tables were dirty. I don't believe you were on duty inside. It may be your rule to have clean tables for your guests but it wasn't the case again. Why don't you spell it out for your on duty managers that they need to be aware of all aspects of your restaurant to include cleaning the tables, chairs, and the pavement outside. You might also demonstrate how to clean a table while customers are watching them too. There is a right way to do it that includes not pushing the food off the table onto the pavement. I will keep coming and I will keep asking to clean the tables. read more

I am a fan of their iced coffee. It is a little pricier compared to other places but it is really good. Good service and quality. The ORIGINAL coffee is real good...will keep coming back for more. read more

I have only been here once but they definitely deserve 5 stars. I will say there prices are a little high for my liking but the service and quality make it worth it. I will say walking in I debated leaving because of the long line but the line moved very quickly. The staff was very friendly and cheerful. Before my receipt even printed a staff member was calling my name. My food was ready and bagged that fast. The food was really good quality and piping hot. I recommend this establishment to everyone and I can't wait to be in the area and visit here again! read more

This chick-fil-a gives others a bad name... when ordering the original sandwich at lunch they don't give you fresh juicy chicken sandwiches like other Chick restaurants... they pre-make them 20 minutes early and the chicken is more like a nugget... the owner is choosing profit over quality... go to any other store but this one.., this particular location is a big fraud..!!!! read more

Fries are always soggy and the chicken is awful, save your money and go somewhere else.

We went here for lunch on Saturday and had a great experience! The workers are very friendly and polite, and the food came out very quickly. I had the Spicy Deluxe combo which came with waffle fries and a drink -- the fries were nice and crispy and the sandwich had just enough spice for me. My boyfriend had the Chicken Strips combo; also hot and crisp. We ordered to-go but from what we saw, the place was very clean. read more

The food is not great and there is definitely a lot less variety than at other chick-fil-As. However, it is the only one around here and it is a STAPLE food place in any town. Also, Mark Parker is a sweetie and the restaurant is very clean and nicely lit. read more
