I'm a student at Framingham State, and my friends and I love Chick-fil-A! For a fast food restaurant they are extremely customer service oriented. They often have an employee walking around the store offering to refill your drinks & get you anything you need, IN A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT. (Sawyer was extremely friendly!) Their entire staff is always very pleasant, and the food often comes out before you're even done paying. They also have 2 drive-thru lines & lots of parking for convenience. Last night was my first time at any Chick-fil-A. I got the Chick-fil-A Deluxe sandwich with pepperjack cheese and mayo, 3 Chick-n-strips with siracha sauce and a small diet Dr Pepper. Food was excellant. Chicken was juicy and coating was crispy. The Dr Pepper was not great, watery and very little, more ice then soda. The bathroom was clean. Big Chick-fil-a fan. Was so excited to see the pending opening of this location when I drive by a fee times a week. Finally had a chance to come for breakfast. Left greatly disappointed. Staff was not very well trained. The lady manning the cash register tried, she was friendly, but just didn't have a good knowledge of what they are selling. The man in front of me asked a simple question and she didn't know the answer, had to call a manager. The man who took my order tried to convince me to eat sausage and not chicken. I ordered a chicken biscuit and he kept repeating sausage biscuit. I said no, I wanted the chicken biscuit, (look it is right in front of you on this sign - picture and all, #1, Chicken Biscuit). Waited 10 minutes to get my food. Glad I checked the bag before I left the parking lot, sure enough, he gave me a sausage biscuit. I brought it back inside, another employee took the sausage biscuit from me and put it back. She then gave me the a chicken biscuit with an attitude. I thought they are supposed to throw that sausage biscuit away since a customer took it outside, even though I didn't eat it, I did touch it when I flipped open the biscuit to find the surprise cheese and sausage. ??? I understand it is new, but you must train your staff before you open for business. I am afraid this location will be done in by the poor staffing. Hope they improve, soon. read more

The drive-thru line at this location is so inefficient. You wait in line for 20 minutes, horribly slow. There was an employee going car to car with food and she was very rude to us. She didn't have anyone drive out of the way to wait for their food either. Not fast food at all. read more

I haven't ever been to a Chick-fil-A before, as they haven't been in the Massachusetts area... ever. I did hear about a restaurant opening in Westborough (and one in the Burlington Mall), but wasn't ever able to make it out there before hearing about the Framingham location opening. The Framingham location is located in the Kohl's and Pier 1 Imports parking lot, accessible via Routes 30 & 9, and visible from Route 30. It includes a playplace (for kids), and a double drive thru. The parking lot is busy (expected for the grand opening though), yet the drive thru was dead (without any wait what-so-ever). All of the employees and extra staff were all super friendly, specifically Linda, Casey, and Raquel were the best. Service was fast, chicken sandwiches are good and much better than comparable menu products from KFC down the road. Great spot I'll return to when in the area again. Hopefully they expand north, and closer to my area. (Can't wait for them to find a space and open in Dedham, according to one of the managers here!!!!) 5 stars read more

The food is delicious but it is a real pain in the ass. I opted for the drive-thru. The wait was so long I reported a traffic standstill on Waze. It took 25 minutes to get to the window to pay, and then I had to wait for another 10 for my food to be ready. The good news is that they gave me extra food. I recommend going to this location at off-peak hours. Otherwise the hanger will become very real. read more

Was going to go to McDonald's to grab a chicken sandwich decided to try Chk-fil-a instead. A bit confusing for my first visit. Need to navigate getting there through Kohl's parking lot. With 10 people in line I had time to figure out the menu. The women who took my order struggled to do so. Was handed a large cup with my receipt with no explanation. Different from other fast food they brig your food to the table ( not the beverage) My grilled chicken arrived with my salad. First thing I noticed was that my salad dressing was missing that I ordered. When he came back I had bitten into my sandwich and realized there was no mayo or sauce on the sandwich. Again the man was nice enough to get me some mayo and explain to me no sauces come on sandwich. The chicken sandwich was good and like the fact that I can get a salad instead of fries. Love, love, love CFA! Everything is delicious - original CFA sandwich, nuggets, chicken strips, waffle fries, milkshakes, salads. Breakfast hash rounds and chicken biscuits also wonderful! Whenever we go to Natick Mall, we stop by here to eat and then I buy extra CFA sandwiches to give kids a special lunch at school or freeze them for later. When having a craving (usually on a Sunday!) I defrost and reheat them in our toaster oven to make chicken crispy again. Staff are friendly and restaurant clean. Always a great experience coming here. read more

Chick-A-Bad-Joke-Fil-A. Its stuck between being a fast food restaurant for generation "I cant be bothered" and a KFC day spa. No anxiety ordering, you pick a number and then decide to dine in or takeout....its like texting and driving but you don't have to pick your head up or be bothered with anything in reality..... they'll even pre masticate the food and kiss feed you for uninterrupted texting. I even heard that chickens like this place? They all want to be the Best Sandwich at Chick-fil-A without being noticed? The Chick-fil-A Grilled Chicken Sandwich: The bun had a weird grainy texture and smelled like freshly baled hay ? The chicken smelled / looked appetizing but had no flavor? The waffle fries tasted baked and lacked seasoning.....everything looked and tasted like it was forcibly trying to be something else? I couldn't wait to get back on the road again! read more

Service was perfectly fine everybody was nice through the drive thru however the quality of food sucks everything is lukewarm so you know it's been sitting on some kinda warmer lightbulb for at least a couple hours. Fries were soggy and halfway cold. I got a sprite and it was 90% water I'd like to give the workers the benefit of the doubt and say that the soda machine is broken and it's not dispensing the soda as much as the water but it could also be that they haven't recognized that the sprite is out. Today I ordered from Chick-fil-A and had an awesome experience. Initially there were a few items missing from my order when the food was presented to me. I went to the cash register and the Operator of the restaurant named Mark apologized to me in the sweetest way. He gave me the items that were missing in addition to a treat. When I finished my food, another employee checked on my family and I and asked if they can refill my drink. I'm so happy how things played out. I will definitely be returning again. I ordered the Cobb salad with grilled chicken here last night. Service was great and the salad was tasty. Unfortunately, I got food poisoning. It hit after a couple of hours and I'm still feeling unwell this morning (but much better than I was on the 5th trip to the bathroom late last night). The Mayo Clinic page on food poisoning indicates it was more than likely staph aureus, which typically hits within 1-6 hours and is associated with "Meats and prepared salads, cream sauces, and cream-filled pastries." They forgot my chick-fil-a sauce. And my drink exploded because the top was not on/broken. VERY UPSET!

I love their food but, as others have mentioned, this particular restaurant in Framingham gets my order wrong every time. Do not use the drive through. And if you order inside to take out, check the bags carefully before you leave. The one time I didn't I got all the way back to work and realized they forgot salad dressing. I drove back and complained but they didn't even have the courtesy to give me a refund for my troubles. Not a good business practice. read more
