I went to college in the South and the Chick-Fil-As there are AWESOME so I was super excited to come here with one of my old college friends, but this location just doesn't measure up. It was a zoo when we arrived around 3pm on a Saturday. With that said, the staff moved the line quickly. Ordered #4, the spicy chicken deluxe, which should come crispy. It didn't! It tasted like a grilled chicken sandwich. Waffle fries are my favorite kind of fries and they were slightly warm and cold before I finished them (I'm a fast eater). Clean space, fast service, but don't come during the rush when they rush cook your sandwiches or else they won't be crispy! read more

Compared to other fast food restaurants in the area, yeah, it's better. But compared to literally any other Chickfila, it's downright terrible. Clearly Chickfila corporate culture didn't make it up to Massachusetts. On my first visit, I watched a food runner chew on her fingernail. In front of customers. Right after handing them their food. "My pleasure" is rarely said, and in general, the employees are rude and look unhappy. Plus, when my wife and I tried to order breakfast at 10:31 on a Saturday, the employees were incredibly rude and unhelpful. They were still making chicken biscuits for a few orders in the drive through, but were incredibly condescending through the entire exchange. If you can't help us out, you can't help us out. I get that. But we go out of our way to visit Chickfilas partly because of its reputation for great customer service. Here, we don't get that. read more

Went in to get a gift certificate for a friend today, an employee was in line in front of me ordering her lunch, there was only one cashier, all is cool. Then a second cashier came up and took the people behind me while the cashier and the employee in front of me were talking about someone's boyfriend. Manager was called for by me so I could just get my gift card and he was cordial. I think they should take care of customers first but I guess they do what they want. I love the management there and the food. The fact that they are closed on Sundays only says to me that it's not an inconvenience for anyone but a convince to the workers who desire to go to church and or be home with their family. This is something that this country has missing for decades! We also have the choice of going somewhere else. I just love the food, always gracious and never ever got my order wrong! Made a stop at chik fila after a trail walk over the holiday weekend. Hard to find and get in and out of from main road, but worth the drive. We ordered four combos of nuggets, waffle fries and drinks to eat in the car, as my son was self conscious of his muddy shoes. Order was promot, short line. But a long wait for the meals. The drive in window, the full dining area, backed up the orders, which seem odd, given nuggets and fries are a mainstay for place. But, my daughter was anxious for nuggets. She loaded up on sauce, ketchup, wet ones and mints till b our order arrived. True to form, excellent! read more

While trying to avoid fast food as much as possible there are times my childhood dark side draws me in. Not growing up with this chain but hearing how good in was from my distant friends & family, it made me want it even more. Now mind you I do not agree with there politics but their owners have the right to have an opinion. How back to the chicken sandwich. This location is pretty new so it is clean, well laid out & the staff are extremely freindly. They just rolled out a new mobile phone app that allows you to skip the lines then order before you even get into the parking lot. Sadly this only currently works as a dine in or take out option but not in the drive thru. The app also allows for rewards to accumulate with more purchases. The store does provide a large table to station yourself as you wait for your order, in addition to free wifi while you wait The food is what you come to expect from Chik-fil-a. Soft, moist chicken & the fluffiest buns this side of a pastry. Their product is some of the best in the industry. Flavorful, fresh & consistant plus I am a sucker for sweet tea. This location also has a convient bicycle rack & outdoor seating area. I won't drive from Boston to come here but if in the area it is one of my go to lunch spots. read more

I gave the Westborough 5 stars, but have to knock a star off of this location. The food is great and consistent at this location as well, but for some reason the service is extremely slow. During the first week of opening, I went through the drive-thru. Must have been 4-5 cars ahead of me. At one point, I put my car in park because the line was not moving. I was getting a bit stir crazy because we had not moved in so long. 20 minutes later I was finally through. Figured since the store had just opened, they had to work out some quirks. Since then, the service has gotten a little bit faster, but still pretty slow. Not sure what they are doing with the drive-thru. Also the location is extremely bad. It's in a Kohl's parking lot. There are no entrances from the street. You can drive by it on Rt. 30, but you're not getting in from there. That would make too much sense. So instead you have to go through the Kohl's parking lot which is funny because Chick-fil-A has traffic cones marking which spots of the Kohl's lot is for Chick-fil-A. read more

I live for Chik Fil A and have grown up on it in other parts of the country. This was the worst experience by far. It is consistently sub-par. The girl who took our order last time was REALLY stoned. To the point I had to ask her if she was going to be ok. She couldn't get the buttons pressed on the register and had to ask us what we wanted several times. The food was a mess. I ordered a cobb salad without bacon and eggs and they made up for it by slopping on a ton of corn relish? Very little chicken. My companions meals were all wacky too. Quirky place, don't like that they're not open on Sunday's, but I understand why. I'd heard a lot about this restaurant, but never got to try. I was beginning to think that I never would thanks to good ol' Mumbles Mcmayor in Boston. Thankfully, the opinions of one overzealous and past his prime mayor can't stop a business from opening its doors. The food is excellent, reasonably priced, and I can see why it's so popular. Today was my close friends birthday celebration. She decided to have Chick-fil-A as her birthday dinner. We ordered an abundance of food to conceal our feelings as teenage girls. In that order was 4 shakes, 2 vanilla and 2 chocolate. The costumer service was pretty spot on extortion some judgy looks from fellow customers as we devoured the delicious delicacy, also known as their waffle fries. In the car we decided to indulge in some of the milkshakes. 2 people shared a vanilla, and one person had a vanilla and another person had a chocolate, meaning there was one chocolate shake left. When we got home to eat the delicious food we came the realization that there was 3 vanilla and only one chocolate, suspicious we continued to eat out nugs and tends. At the end of the meal I thought that my one vanilla shake tasted weirdly like chocolate. After much investigation my friends and I realized that we found the missing chocolate shake. We will never know what happened on the night of Friday of February 22 with the milkshakes, but if anyone else has had the same experience I would be delighted to know of your experience. Tonight I went to chick-fila-a. I've been a plethora of times and have always gotten outstanding customer service.. that is until tonight. Robin took my order. I wasn't greeted at all and Every single item I asked for I was hit with an "that's it" . It was extremely rude and She was laughing the whole time and didn't care to pay any attention. Chick-fail-a or Chick-fail-a?! So sad to have to give this restaurant a less than stellar review, but I have just been disappointed too many times. I am from Florida and grew up with Chick-fil-a. I moved to MA in 2000 and in order to have Chick-fil-a had to drive to the Burlington Mall (35 minutes) to have this addictive chicken, but didn't too often because that location did not have breakfast and the chicken biscuit is the best thing about Chick-fil-a for me. Over a year ago a stand alone opened in Westborough, MA, and with that being about 25 minutes away, AND having breakfast, I was psyched. It did not disappoint. However, driving 25 minutes for breakfast is not something we do often. So, when we heard this Framingham location was opening, we were very excited. When they opened I was there every day for 2 weeks. It was inconsistent in quality, but ok. I figured they were just open so they needed time to get things together. That was several months ago. In the last month, I have gone there intermittently for breakfast and have been disappointed every time. The hash browns are often over cooked to the point that they taste like cardboard. When they are not overlooked, they are greasy. The chicken biscuit sandwich is inconsistent in quality, but sadly it is rarely good. The biscuits this past week (for me and my fiancé) were hard and almost stale and the chicken was dry. That has happened several times before.... I like the spicy chicken biscuit as well, but about a month ago I ordered it and was abruptly told they took it off the menu but that the Manager didn't remove it from the drive thru menu. It is still on the sign and honestly I don't know if they have it or not. And the coffee is terrible. The saving grace is that they HAVE figured out the lunch. It is consistent and does not generally disappoint. It is almost like an entirely different restaurant after 10:30am. That is why this is a 3-star review, rather than a 1-star review. Also, the Staff is friendly. I really, sincerely hope they can get their breakfast up to par because it is such a shame that I live so close to a place I LOVED in FL and would rather drive 25 minutes to Westborough than a mile to this location, at least for breakfast. read more

To start off, this place has better customer service than most full scale restaurants i've been too. I went here with my mother yesterday and as soon as we walked in my mother had a slight dry cough. A young man by the name of Jeffrey noticed and asked if she would like a glass of water while waiting in line. That was mind blowing. This young man couldn't have been 17 years old. Mind you we were greeted by 2 people working behind the register and acknowledged everyone coming inside (not just when you got to the register). We got table side service, and also someone checked with us to make sure out meal was great. I will say the waffle fries weren't hot and fresh but my sandwich was great! Unlike other fast food restaurants I wasn't charged for extra sauce packets. I was very impressed with the service and wish other restaurants took some notes from these guys! read more

Both times I've been to this location it has been extremely busy but everyone working remains friendly, efficient, and fast. The first time I asked for my order to go it was ready before I even got to the end of the counter! Today the lady who took my order asked for my name and said it was nice to meet me which was a nice little touch. I waited a little for my food because I decided last minute to change part of our order at the window but the cashier made the wait seem even shorter by talking to us and even making us laugh. I visited this Chick-fil-A today and I had such a terrible experience I urge anyone to not waste their time there. I got the super foods salad and it was maybe a 1/4 of a cup portion but still cost me $3.50. It was very disappointing. I was told it had dressing on it but it was just dry kale and a few dried cranberries. I could not even finish it. The service was also terrible. I've been very happy with the consistent food quality at this Route 30 location. I typically order the Deluxe Chicken sandwich meal with fries and sweet tea. The food is hot and tasty. The service, however, is variable. When they first opened, they had a great and positive attitude toward customer service. It was remarkable. They were trained well by corporate! They used their customer's name and greeted you with a genuine smile. I don't know what happened but somehow the typical "Massachusetts" attitude took over again and you get service that is par for this area. It is too bad because it really made a difference. It set Chick-fil-A apart. I think employees undervalue and don't appreciate the significance of good service. It is a simple thing and doesn't take all that much time and effort, but the impact on customer experience, and hence business, is great. Some staff are actually unpleasant. There is always a long line here, so business is good, but part of the service issue, I think, is that staff feel rushed and that stress is communicated to customers. Chick-fil-A would be wise to re-train its personnel in this area. read more
