The drive thru runs significantly slower than other locations. Forget about placing a mobile order and picking up inside, as there is no one in the designated mobile order area to assist customers while we can SEE our completed orders behind the counter. I typically only order a drink (tea.) I should NOT have to wait 5 minutes for an employee to notice I'm waiting when I can see my drink sitting behind the counter. I ordered a large fry with my order and when I opened the bag it looks like someone purposely shorted our portion they call large and there were no loose fries in the bag. This place has gone down the drain. I'm a resident at Frisco Lakes, and this location has always been convenient when I wanted a quick bite. Recently the quality of the food, along with their customer service has been subpar. I used to be able to ask for a cup of water without charge, but now every time I ask for it on my carry out order I never get it, come to find out they CHARGE for a water, a multi-million company doesn't even have the courtesy to provide a WATER. Mcdonalds, Dennys, Canes, Etc, they all give free water. This is a poorly run franchise location. The customer derives is pretty bad. Today I went thru the drive-thru (at lunch time) and it took me 15"6 mins before I was even able to order. Then it stool another 6 mins to get the food. 21 mins total for a sandwich. They rum two lanes and I was on the outside lane; a bad choice. They were running two order takers on the inside lane so they were processing 2-3 cars for each 1 car in the outside lane. I called the store and spoke to a "manger"...sounded more like a teenager. The worst Chic-fil-A ever! Service is horrible then they ripped me off. I went through the drive thru at 1:30pm and it was so backed up. The management here is lacking common sense. So instead of bringing meals to the car that is at the window, they run down 7 -10 cars back and bring their meals to those people in line. Why???? The customer at the window, and the couple of cars immediately behind have been waiting the longest in line. Cars that are 10 back or further have been waiting the least amount of time. The staff here is incompetent. Then they ripped me off today. I ordered chicken nuggets today and they shorted me two nuggets. Then I ordered a salad with extra packet of dressing and they only gave me one dressing and they didn't even put the toppings in the bag that went with the salad. I called their phone number multiple times when I got home after I saw the missing items and their phone rang multiple times and went to voicemail. I was livid after waiting in line for 20 minutes on my lunch hour just to have them rip me off. I will never, ever go to this location again. They could give me gift cards for free meals and I would never go back. My time is valuable and not worth the frustration they cause their customers. It boils down to incompetent management and staff. Stay away from this Chic-Fil-A. I will drive out of my way to go to another location if I ever want their food again. After calling on and off for two hours I finally spoke with a manager. I advised him I wanted my card credited and he then proceeded to tell me that I would have to come there in person so they could credit my card. I told the manager forget it, I would never step foot on their property again and I will dispute this with my bank. So if this dump of a fast food place rips you off and you want your money back, be prepared to have to spend your time and gas money driving back up there to get your money when they were the ones that screwed up like they always do. Do yourself a favor and drive to the location off Lebanon and The Tollway or the location off of Eldorado. They are run so much better with competent management. Update: As of 5/26, The GM at this location has never responded to my emails that I emailed to Chick-Fil-A. I called the Cares# and and they were worthless. They just referred me back to the Chick-Fil-A location and that they couldn't help me. I finally had to dispute the charge with my CC company and they removed the charge. This company is about $$$ and not customer service. There are many other restaurants out there that if you have an issue come up, they will refund your card over the phone. Chick-Fil-A wants to inconvenience their customers by making them spend their money on fuel and waste the customers time by making them drive to their location to get their money back when it was Chick-Fil-A's screw up. They don't want to be bothered with anything over the phone.
