When I asked about it, she said she already had my party and name even though she had never taken it. At that point, it felt like the Chinese restaurant episode of Seinfeld, where somehow you're waiting but also not really on the list. She finally took my name for a party of three and quoted a 30-45 minute wait, without accounting for the time already lost. My family members arrived shortly after, and we still waited another 20 minutes or so. Once we were seated, the service didn't improve much. Our server was extremely slow, and everything came out at once. We barely had time to get drinks, salads, or biscuits before the food arrived. It's not overly abundant, since the parking is dedicated to this restaurant (meaning you can't park next door and walk over, since there's no "next door". It's a stand alone building). The only downside to being in Texas is that many locals aren't used to the original flavors. The restaurant itself is well maintained, clean, and has plenty of space for dining in, which makes the experience even more comfortable. Service is exceptional! The owners and staff give you their full attention and genuinely enjoy building relationships with customers. The food does take a bit longer, but that's because every bowl and plate is cooked fresh.
