Let me start by saying I LOVEEEE Cane's. However, this location seems to disappoint every time. If it was something minor I probably wouldn't care, but it's a chicken restaurant so the chicken should be perfect every time or at least close to it. The last 2 times I've come here, about 30 minutes ago being 1 of those times, I got home only to find out that the breading on my chicken was soggy. If I had to drive a long distance that'd be one thing, but we're not even 10 minutes around the corner. Even then, there's no way the chicken should be like this. The only way I know how to explain it is imagine putting chicken in a glass of water only to pull it out and realize you've got a pile of mush in front of you. That's it. Keep in mind the last time I was at this location was about a month ago. I understand things change but when I went back to get a refill on my lemonade I was informed I would have to pay for it. I was shocked because the last time I was there I was able to get as many refills as I wanted. I feel like the associate should have informed me that if I wanted a refill there would be an extra charge that way I could have at least paid for 1 more with my order.
