Favorite one by far. The service was impeccable. My son and I met for dinner w a friend. My son was able to play with the other kids and get a long just fine. The other parents were actually cool while we took turns watching each other's kids. Ok so we all know chic fil et has awesome food, but for lent..... they have fish. Rated 4 stars instead of 5 because it's a fast-food place, but *what* a fast-food place! I really like Chick-fil-A for a quick family lunch, and have been in many of them, across the country. Chick-fil-A at Waugh Chapel, though, takes it to another level. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the restaurant and restrooms and play area are always neat and clean. My family and I go into this Chick-fil-A a couple of times every month. They run a lot of family-oriented promotions, and there is always a family crowd in this restaurant. This is the Best Chic-fil-a I've ever been to, and I love the Chic in general. This one stands out as an example of excellence in every area: The Food is great and consistent. The Facility is clean and well maintained. The Owner/Operator runs a tight ship. His managers are completely polite and professional Their staff shows the effect of good leadership, and in fact grow into good leaders themselves. They stay closely connected to the surrounding communities. Extremely pleased with this Chick-fil-a. As our group of seven pulled up I was a little apprehensive about going through the drive thru considering the long lines and our massive order. This Chik-Fil-A is always packed, but service is always great. The food is the same as every Chik-Fil-A, pretty tasty. I alternate between the chargrill and fruit salad and nuggets with coleslaw. Gotta love that Chik-Fil-A sauce as well. Because it is a family restaurant with a playscape, there are always young children in there, which is fine. Went here Saturday afternoon spend 46 dollar's on my family for lunch. I ordered 4 chicken sandwiches no pickles, after getting home to eat every one of the sandwiches had pickles!! We also ordered 2 (4) count strip meals and both of the boxes were 3 count!! Not to mention I live less that 3 miles away by the time I got home to give my family food the food was ice cold!! This location is a joke, I've been going here for years and recently it's all gone down hill, whenever I order online or in person the order is wrong, I was previously charged for mine and someone else's order which was incorrect I also provided my receipt and they refused reimbursement. The management there doesn't care about customers and have no customer service I will no longer go here. read more

Haven't been to this location in a while. There is now a double drive thru! Service is fast and friendly. We dined in, they brought our food to the table plus the servers walk around and check on the dine in customers. The only disappointment is that they no longer have provolone cheese. read more

It's always busy, especially the drive through, but they are very efficient so even if the double drive through is wrapped around the building it's quicker than any other drive through. It is clean and neat. The food is always fresh and hot. The kicker for me and what made me write my first yelp review is that I ran out of gas in thier parking lot and the owner/manager drive to 711 and brought gas back for me. I offered to pay for the gas and he declined. I also notice all the family activities and community involvement. I love, love, love this Chic Fil A and their dedication to our community. read more

Fast, quick and good. I have been shocked at how fast the service is at this location. The food is always hot and fresh, and the service is great. The only thing I would change is the location, it is a pain to get in and out of that entire shopping center, especially if you want to go north on RT 3 when you leave, but this is not the fault of the restaurant. read more

I enjoy eating Chick-fil-A I work at another Chick-fil-A myself. Tonight though was not a great night for you guys. I have a gluten allergy my boyfriends mom got me my favorite peppermint milkshake but after I started drinking it I realized they made cookies and cream with the peppermint syrup.
