Adonis was super fun to work with, and he nailed our order to perfection... He had such a great personality. He said that him and my boyfriend have the same exact order down to the drink and the sauce! This is not my regular Chickfila location but I stopped in the drive through last week to get breakfast on the way to training. The food was consistent as it typically is throughout all of the locations. My breakfast was $6.99 at which time I paid the cashier $7.00. They asked me if I wanted my penny back as change. I know if is just a penny and I said no, but feel that they should just give change back regardless of the amount without asking. Although friendly, the girl taking the order through the drive through speaker confirmed each item after ordering it instead of just reading back the order at the end for confirmation. It totally made the process way longer and made us keep talking over each other. read more

I was accused of stealing my own mobile order while walking to my car -- the order clearly had my name on it. I frequent this location often as I live near by, usually everything is great. Earlier this week my order was messed up I ordered two cool wrap meals but got two side salads instead of cool wraps and had to turn around and go into the store. The manager (assumed) took the side salads out of my bag and started yelling at a co worker about getting orders correct. This morning I ordered a plain ice coffee and got a cup of creamy coffee that was not even filled to the top. I know the girl making the ice coffee was rushing because she said she couldn't find my coffee when I got to the drive thru window. Again I realized it when I was driving off but decided not to turn around in the rain and I had to get to work. I usually have a pleasant experience at this chickflia , the service is great and the food is warm . However a few days ago I went in for a take out order . I got my order , after eating my fries i noticed that the cookie I ordered was cold , as in it was never warm . I went back in and politely requested a warm cookie or a small fri because I used my points for it . The young lady helping me just stared with a blank expression then said "no sorry" I then asked if i could replace it since it was unopened or if she could leave it in the shoot and she said that wasn't a option. Her manager came over and took over and he was very helpful, he left the cookie in the shoot like I previously requested but was denied and I received my cookie . Take away- Im a little stunned by this interaction because customer service is one of chickflias top values and the service I received was not the best . Shout out to the manager for accommodating my request ! Employees need to be trained better on customer service. Other than that no complaints- keep up the good work! read more

Probably the best location in the area because they are extremely efficient, never mess up an order and the food is always piping hot. The past few times I've been here around lunchtime I've gotten through the drive they in 6-7 min despite there being a demoralizing line of cars wrapping around the store. I ordered a 4piece kids meal with the Mac n' cheese for a ($.45) up charge. Sadly, my nuggets were dry and shriveled. They must have been sitting under that heat lamp for awhile. What can I say that hasn't been said. The food is. great. The service is great. My orders were always always perfect. They pay comparable salaries. Everyone is very friendly. They give back readily to the schools hosting fundraiser after fundraiser. There's really nothing bad to say about this fast food place...food wise EXCEPT and this is a BIG EXCEPT this is why I only gave it 2 stars. They are NOT queer or trans friendly! They close on Sundays for church but they refuse to acknowledge people in the community who are different. That I will not stand for. That is why I haven't bought from there in 3 years. Yes I miss their sandwiches, salads, shakes and even their breakfast bites with the chicken and biscuits. And me not buying from there hasn't made a single dent because the drive thru line is still packed. But it's the principle really. In a time where people are popeyes chicken sandwich crazy. I'm taking my hunger to Chick-Fil-A. The service here is always good, and they never run out of chicken sandwiches. This location is just one of the many. I don't know how they have instilled such a great customer friendly culture into these stores, but it is much appreciated. It's a standard Chick-fil-A, really. You know the food, you know the service, you know the typical long lines at the drive-thru. This last visit was in-restaurant, though (dining in), and they took great care of us. My only real complaint was the sub-par fries, which were over cooked, and thus both dry (overly crunchy) and greasy. Otherwise, the sandwich, nuggets, and kid's meal were great. The wife wasn't too thrilled with how her sandwich came out either, but mine was great. Deluxe number one (so, fried filet) with colby jack cheese and extra pickles. Maybe extra should be more than two, but it was still pretty tasty. It's standard for the chain, though. Decent meal and not a lot of fuss. Glad we stopped in, it definitely made for an easy weeknight meal. read more

If y'all are on Twitter, you've definitely seen all the jokes about how Chick-fil-A employees are secretly angels because they always go so above and beyond to help their customers. The funniest thing is that it is true about this location lol! They've got their system down here pat here. They've got employees outside of two drive-through lanes ready to take orders on their iPads. During these covid times, they don't even touch your credit card and have you swipe instead. After your order, mid-way through, is another stop where they confirm your name/order and then send you off for pick-up. At pick-up, food bags are placed into bins for you to grab yourself. Contactless to a t. I had a large complicated order recently, including multiple salads without certain ingredients, and it came out perfectly and quickly. It is no wonder that this location is always packed, no matter the time of day. read more

I haven't visited this specific Chick Fil-A since about Nov 2013 so was very surprised to see they had remodeled the inside a bit. The condiment counter was moved and a cattle line has been put in. I kind-a like the cattle line as 20 people wandering around looking at each other asking, "are you next?" never suited me. Service was with a smile, and it was fast. I've never encountered bad customer service at this location. Each visit is pleasant, my food order is hot, fresh and prompt....just like I like it. In comparison to other fast food chains, Chic-fil-A gets it right. There are no mouthy employees volunteering to tell you why they hate working there. I do see diversity in the ratio of employees, clean facilities, an awesome play area for the little ones and a calendar of events to keep you coming back with hopes that your family will be in tow. Service in the drive through is fast, plenty of parking if you opt to dine in too. My only "Con" is that they don't offer a military discount on a regular basis. Calendars are for sale that have an array of coupons for food items and free stuff too. I just need to figure out why on the one day they are closed (Sundays) is when I crave Chic-fil-A the most. read more

This Chick-fil-A lives up to the hype with food, customer service, speed. The only reason I'm giving three is because the play place has not been opened and at this point I don't understand. When I called to ask they said they had no plans to open it. I clarified ever? And they said they have no plans to reopen at this time. I have three small children who have never been able to play in the play area due to Covid closures. This would be a game changer and I could actually enjoy my time at the restaurant and my kids would love it too. ***update, they have opened up their play area. Also I dropped my salad, completely my fault, and they came over, asked me what salad I got and brought me over a brand new one free of charge. ***lastly this one is a Chick-fil-A that offer selective items that you can special order. Wow! This location truly understands the working persons morning. At 6:30 in the morning there were two people working the drive-through. There was almost no line at all. From the time I entered the parking lot to the time I left was three minutes or less. Thank you! This truly makes a difference when im deciding whether I have time to stop or not. So everyone that knows me knows that I am a fein for Chick-fil-a...so here is my review of this particular location. I came here after a CMYE because it was late and I did not want to go home and cook. The drive thru was extremely crowded, which worked for me since I always like to go into an establishment to order my food (crazy, I know) I walked in and was greeted by a friendly staff member and placed my order of a #1 with cheese no pickles and a sweet tea. I paid for my meal and made my way to the waiting area. I waited, and waited, and waited, and waited....then I said, did they forget my order or me because I kept seeing them give customers who ordered after me their meals. One of the staff noticed me standing there and asked me if she could help me and I told her that I was waiting on my meal. She went to see what was taking my food so long to be given to me and told me that it would be up shortly (I was wondering if they had to go get the chicken & cheese from the farm, lol) My food arrived shortly thereafter and they apologized for my wait, but before I could leave a manager saw the unhappiness in my face and gave me a card for a free meal (yippee) well that turned to be a great ending to a rocky situation. Since most of my time was tied up in the wait, I decided to take my food to sinceI wanted to get home and watch "The Wiz". Well unfortunately for me by the time that I took that drive down US-50 my food was cold and there were pickles on my sandwich, yuck. Very friendly but they just messed up my order. I wanted diet Dr Pepper and got regular. They are trying to sabotage my cut. I wanted 3 grilled 8 count chicken nuggets and got 1. They are going too fast. Make sure they REPEAT your order to you. The order taker was standing outside the drive through. They are so busy, they have employees buzzing around taking your order before getting to the window. I assumed she heard me right. I paid her right there but she didn't repeat my order nor did she tell me my total. When I got to the window it was only 1 nuggets. I let it slide. As I pulled away I tasted my large diet Dr Pepper. While Chick-Fil-A is requiring all people indoors to wear masks (with giant signs on the doors), there were 3 managers sitting around a table inside with no masks. A little unnerving considering every other employee and customer had their masks on. Truthfully, I'm not a huge Chick-fil-A fan. Not that the food is bad by any means, it's just generally not a menu that excites me personally. That being said, when I'm feeling generous, I'll give in to my other family members and agree to come through here (which is more often than it sounds). Though it's not my favorite fast/fast casual spot, I can still find something on the menu to hold myself over. The food is fine here as far as Chick-fil-A standards go, so that's all well-and-good, but it's the service that really impresses me. Most Chick-fil-A's seem to have a reputation for great service (and I've been to a few), but this specific location is pretty exceptional. Every time I come here I wonder where they found these individuals who are so insanely gifted at customer service. It really adds a lot to the experience, IMO. Everyone is always so polite, attentive and super willing to tend to your needs. In addition to that, I noticed that they tend to have a presence at local events in Crofton, which is so fantastic to see. Keep up the awesome work! read more

I was in the outside drive through lane and had to wait until 6 cars in the other lane ordered and went ahead of me. The green light and open lane was clearly on as there were other cars behind me. Chick-Fil-A is the best thing that has happened to fast-food! As with many franchises, you buy into the theme and prepared food or recipes. What's different here is that they include customer service as part of that criteria for success - and they mean it! Friendly-polite (not scripted-polite), no pushy up-selling, the drive thru is always moving (they will put a person outside in a big rush). What a breath of fresh air in this ever growing and impersonal community! There's a real small-town feel to it all... the younger employees treat you like you know their parents! Love Chick-fil-A! This is my go to location. The staff is always professional and friendly. No teenager with an attitude hating life. Always a plus in book. This location always seems to be busy. Don't let the long lines scare you away. It moves fast. My meal was hot and fresh and all the condiments I requested were in my bag. Yah!
