Honeygrow never misses. I love having a healthy and flavorful option right in my neighborhood. For dinner, I ordered the OG Cobb salad with no avocado and no bacon, extra chicken, and added broccoli and onions, and it was amazing. That vinaigrette deserves its own shoutout because I truly do not know how they make it taste that good, but it is absolutely top tier. I decided to treat myself and got the brownie crumble from the honey bar. I was surprised to see grapes in it at first, but surprisingly, it worked. I have never had grapes paired with brownie before, but now I see why they made this combination. The only small downside is I could have used a few more pieces of brownie because I ended up with more toppings and grapes than brownie at the end. Overall, Honeygrow is consistently amazing. The staff is friendly, the space is clean and inviting, and I am genuinely so happy this location opened. I honestly do not know what I would do without them. read more

My first time ever stepping foot in a Honeygrow. Completely clueless, I asked one of the employees, Corey, what he liked. Not only did he give me his go to secret recipe but he sat there and helped me create my own masterpiece. Just when I thought it couldn't get any better, he had the nerve to recommend a delicious dessert from the menu. Customer service was 1,000/10 and the food was very good. That strawberry guava lemonade is crack (the good kind) and the banana pudding thingy with the pound cake sprinkles went crazy. WTH thinks of pound cake sprinkles?!? Sure, you could order salads--ranging from the Cold Sesame Noodle (which my wife enjoyed) to the Steakhouse Chopped or Stir Fry dishes ranging from the Serrano Chili (which I ordered) to the Garlic Butter Chicken (which my wife ordered), but if you truly wanted to experiment in a way that would emulate Ra's al Ghul's aspirations in Batman Ninja vs. Yakuza League, you would create your own salad or noodle entree, adding some ingredients and doubling others. So what did I create? Egg white noodles with double roasted chicken, double bell peppers, double red onions, double grape tomatoes, double pineapple, and Serrano Chili Sauce. It was easily my favorite of the entrees we ordered. Note: there is a slight up charge for doubling some of the ingredients and adding others, but the result was as exhilarating as seeing Wonder Woman fight the combined Yakuza forces of Superman, Green Lantern, Flash, and Aquaman. This is actually the fourth Honeygrow I've been to, and it's just as good as the others, if not better. I come to this location almost every week, and it consistently delivers. The customer service here is hands down the best I've experienced, everyone is friendly, helpful, and on point every time. The food, as always, is fresh, flavorful, and made just right. I've never had a bad meal at Honeygrow, and this spot definitely keeps that streak alive. My only (very minor) gripe is the placement of the kiosks. When it gets busy, it can be a little awkward to navigate through the crowd to see if one's available. But honestly, that's just a small suggestion and not enough to take away from the experience. I love the stir fry here. In addition to their own combination, you also have the option to build your own bowl. There are so many options to choose from, especially so many fresh vegetables. I ended up doing the build-your-own-option with chicken and shrimp, egg noodles, zucchini, green beans, kale, bell peppers, mushrooms, snow peas, spinach, edamame, scallions, crispy onions and cilantro in a sesame garlic sauce. A-ma-zing! So fresh, so flavorful, so fillimg, so delicious. Because I had so many ingredients in my custom bowl, there was a little bit left over, which they gave to me in a separate little container. Most places would throw out that extra, but I appreciate them making sure that I got every delicious bite that I paid for. There are kiosks at the front where you can place your order at your convenience. The staff also was really friendly: I was greeted with a smile and thanked for my business as I left. Located in the Bowie Marketplace, on the same row as the Harris Teeter, Honeygrow is a customizable stir-fry, salad and honey bar. A pretty healthy option, in an area bombarded with fried chicken and fries, but I digress! The ordering process is pretty simple. You enter and utilize one of the touch screen ordering kiosk. You can either personalize your meal or stick to one of their listed menu options. They also offer online ordering if you want to make sure your meal is ready by the time you arrive. I decided to personalize my pasta choice. I ended up with a really great assortment of items in my pasta. Mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach, turkey meatballs...to name a few. I waited a few minutes and my name was called to pick up my food. Honeygrow does offer indoor and outdoor seating, but I decided to take my food home. My food was really good. All the flavors paired well together and I thoroughly enjoyed my selection. It was a huge portion and very filling, so much so, I could only finish half. I was rather impressed at the amount of food they can pack in their to-go boxes. I'm already eyeing my next creation to try. The honey bar is also on my list to try. The assortment is extensive with white, wheat and rice house made noodles, and the protein, sauces & veggie toppings will offer pretty much anything your heart desires. It's fresh and absolutely delicious and best yet...it's affordable! One container is 2 meals for me and I can eat! The parfaits have vanilla yogurt, cheesecake or key lime coupled with the toppings is an excellent trade off for ice cream/dessert. The vanilla with blueberries, strawberries, granola, coconut, and chocolate chips is AWESOME! If you're picky and prefer to create your own pasta, salad or parfait bowls, relax because they have you covered. Oh...and before I forget, their brownie is bomb!!! I love the build your own bowl. I have ordered from Door Dash 3 times and gone in person 3 times. I love the food but I have noticed on my last 2 visits, one in person and one by delivery , the food amount that they give you has decreased significantly in size and making this a place I will not go to as much because of the significant less amount of food the give you now. The food is still good but not enough to justify the cost as they haven't been opened that long to start decreasing the amount of food you get. read more

The portions are small, the flavor is nothing special tasted like burnt garlic and ramen noodles and you're basically paying extra for the name and the atmosphere.
