I came in here on a Saturday afternoon to get lunch for my sister and I. She texted me what she wanted and so I went in to order. Luis was taking my order. I ordered the chicken nuggets (12 pc.) meal and my sister wanted the chicken salad sandwich. Luis told me that they don't make that sandwich there, so I called my sister and she wanted the normal chicken sandwich, which I ordered as a meal. We both got sweet tea as our drink. Our total was about $19 with tax. Service was friendly and quick. I got my order before I could even sit down at a table. When I got home, I opened my nuggets to see that they gave me GRILLED nuggets, when I didn't ask for them. Now I don't live extremely close to the location, so I was very upset. I didn't want to drive back out, so I ate the grilled nuggets. The flavor was very strange. I had to drown it in ranch/Chick-fil-A sauce. Fries were delicious. Sweet tea was refreshing. Don't use their Drive Thru when it's raining. I'm here tonight the car in front of me was told to use the Drive Thru speaker which has overhead shelter from the rain while I was asked to roll down my window in the rain so that a Chick-fil-A order taker could take my order. Why they have someone standing the rain with no umbrella is another issue. I get to the window to get my food and voice my concern about having to roll my window down in the rain and I was told that's how they manage their line. My feeling is why go thru Drive Thru in the rain if I'm going to be asked to roll down my window just because you want to alternate cars using the drive up Speaker. Friday June 3rd I went to this chick-fil-a and had a missing item, a large soup. It was near closing and when I called to see if I could go pick up my missing item they told me no, that I would have to call costumer service the next day and ask for a refund. I did. It's been almost 3 weeks and still no refund. I did get a coupon for a small side, not even the same value as my missing item... I've called customer service and the restaurant multiple times and still no refund. This is not ok. read more

I asked for a number 5 grill chicken sandwich asked her for the strawberry lemonade tea unsweetened (it was so sweet it hurt my husband's teeth). When I finally got my order they only gave me fries. I love chick-fil-a SO MUCH, this complaint is not about their food, it's because there is a problem I would like for them to see and be aware of, once they know then I'll remove this post. I would never want to give chick-fil-a any bad ratings, I love them and eat there at least twice per week. My issue is that if you order them on postmates, the prices are messed up. They need to contact postmates to fix it, because I (along with others I'm sure) would order a lot more food and order a lot more often if this were fixed. Now on to the problem. If you want to order a gallon of lemonade, it says $9. But once you select an option (namely lemonade), it adds on another $8.65. The total for a gallon of lemonade is then $18.54. I've included a picture to show what I mean. Also, if you want to order a four piece of chicken minis, it's $5.75. If you want to upgrade to a ten piece, it should be $8.59, but instead it becomes $14.75. I wanted to order a gallon of lemonade and a 10 piece of the chicken minis, but on postmates my order just for those two things would have been around $34 (not including delivery fees and charges), whereas the total should have been closer to $18 ($9 for a gallon of lemonade and $8.59 for the chicken minis). Once they fix this I'll be so happy because I loooove chick fil a, and ordering from them is so convenient, but I hate that it's screwed up on postmates. These are the two items I've noticed, although it might be the same on other items, they'll need to check and see. read more

We came seeing the rush but we were told that they would pack it to go in case we didn't find a seat for our convenience. Lobe thw awareness and care that is taken for thw or customers. I am completely disgusted with the lack of customer service at this location! I went yesterday they forgot my soup. When I called to complain it was "well let me ask who bagged your order and see if they forgot it" like ok cus I'm lying apparently...he gets back on the phone to tell me that she said she didn't forget it but the most he can do is replace it only if I drive back the same day. Called corporate which took 20 mins to even get through. Went back today to order. Took me making a comment out loud for someone to finally step up and take my order. No apology for the wait and the total disregard for standing there. Got my food and remembered they forgot my lemonade. So I went back in and asked for my lemonade. Instead of just giving it to me she goes to the lady that took my order and she says I never paid for it. Took 4 people questioning me about actually paying for a drink. Today 11/12 at 12pm. There are not signs to indicate the lot is a one way path, and your employee David rudely told me I couldn't go thru and said "that's what the cone is there for (not even in front of me- me thinking it's part of the drive thru line, not to exit back out) and turned to his drive thru costumer. His tone made me feel stupid, especially in front of other costumers, which made me more upset.... (Mind you, after this incident a cop car AND a truck went thru it. I had actually backed up to go in the supposedly right direction) Then, I got his attention again and I asked him where was the curbside pickup and he pointed to the "Pick-Up Stix's" curbside pickup sign and he said "the sign is over there". So then I got really upset bc clearly it wasn't and I told him and said "no that's for Pick-Ups" and he said, "exactly". So I got his name and made my way to park in front of the restaurant. Again no sign or anything to guide you. I kindly spoke to another worker and I let him know about David. He was kind and I expressed that it wasn't his fault but that he needed to let his manager know that David's conduct was unacceptable. I have never had an employee at Chick Fil A ever speak to me that way! Ever! They're always kind, which is why I was actually really surprised. For the restaurant as a whole, David was rude, yes, but the restaurant has a confusing system, or the lack of. No signs. Poor employees looked confused, and there was no structure. The lady waiting next to me had been there 15 min waiting, and when I left she was an upset costumer wondering why her order wasn't out yet. In a way I will give David the benefit of a doubt and believe he was overwhelmed by the chaos happening; which is why I feel talking to him will be helpful. And to the manager, you need to come with a better system that flows. It was chaos out there. You guys occupy that whole lot--work with it. We got our daughter a kids meal and I was shocked at the hours to come. The last good meal she had, the meal that sent us all into shambles was your chicken, was what really let me know it was definitely the chicken. Flash back to a couple months ago, my fiancé and I go to the same Chick-fil-A our daughter just ate which btw we have gone multiple times this year and it's a hit or miss, my fiancé and I were throwing up and out the other end for TWO DAYS after eating it. We were miserable. We thought it was a fluke tummy bug, but with our daughter going through the same thing at 3 years old a couple months later it is WORSE because it's breaking my heart to see her like this. She has food poising BAD. One of your employees who was working drive thru was very rude to my wife. Her name was Kim I believe or Kimberly. She is a short either Hispanic or white young lady. She gave us attitude from the second we started ordering to the time my wife payed. Even rolling her eyes at me a couple times. Asked for extra sauce an she ex hailed like I was interrupting her day at WORK. I really expected more out of a company with your reputation. My friends and I went to the Glendora location for the first time and Angie took care of us in the drive-thru. She was helpful when splitting the orders, funny and all around an awesome person. She mentioned that she was almost off and she had a great attitude about it. We honestly thought about inviting her to go to Bonelli with us but we didn't cause she mention she was gonna finish her homework. Our meal was great but they forgot a lemonade. I had mentioned to the person at the window that Angie was great but I don't think he heard me.
