I have been to Chick Fil A numerous of times and typically go to the location in Azusa since it is closer to my house. But I decided to stop by this location in San Dimas, which is located in the same plaza as Aldi. I came this past Thursday around 8:30 pm. Because there was a long line at the drive thru, I came inside. I was greeted by a friendly employee, Jake, who ended up taking my order at the register. I ended up ordering: Chicken Sandwich, $4.39 prior to tax- I made this as a to go order, so it sat in the bag for 20 minutes before I took it out (I shared half of it with my mom). Although it doesn't look as pretty, it was still good. The chicken was warm, nice and meaty. The bun was tasted and had a buttery taste. I feel like you can't go wrong with a chicken sandwich at Chick Fil A. ---------------------- (Total= $4.81 after tax) Wait time wasn't too long after I ordered. But what surprised me was how genuinely friendly the employee that took my order was so nice. Instead of calling out my order or my name, he actually brought me my order and thanked me (I did thank him but it would have been the other way around). Chick Fil A is best known not only for their chicken but also for their very friendly service. This location is no exception. I came here on a Friday during my lunch at 1:15 PM and saw that the drive-through line was way too long. I decided to park and go in and this place is so! They have so many people working and they are on top of things, it's crazy. I love that. Everyone is always helping everyone making sure every single person that pulls up has been health or needs help. Management has got it locked and loaded and running so smoothly! Megan indicated that I would be required to drive back that evening to receive a new order. Seriously! I just worked a 12 hour shift and drove out my way to get dinner. I went to the glendora store on line hill with my receipt and the Remaining 20 plus nuggets and ask to speak the the Manager and requested a refund. i spoke with Kathy who refused to give me a refund even after i brought the food back. I was told the they were waiting for the report from the care team and it was up to the GM to decide to issue a refund and i would be notified via email. Again. WTF. i did not purchase my food via email. what's the purpose of have managers if they Won't Assist the customers with their brand and food. I followed up 3 days later and spoke to manager named Kim Who was speaking to the GM named Ginger and said they would send a QR code for purchase of another 30 pc. WOW. i was denied again. i have nor received a QRCode, the have their produce back. I have not received a call from the GM. customer service at this location is below zero. Unsatisfied customer. The business philosophy is fantastic. I love the overly helpful and friendliness of the staff. Food is always hot and fresh. My go to is the nugget meal but they also have a great chicken salad and chicken sandwich. We have used them for catering birthday parties and small gatherings. They provide everything you need, including silverware, plates, napkins, plenty of sauces. And the salad for catering is great size and you can get all the different dressings. I have eaten at this CFA several times. I went during lunch rush today and there was of course a long drive thru line and no parking nearby which is why I give it a 4/5. There is also limited indoor seating. It didn't take long to get our order placed, employees greeted us, smiled, and were friendly. I travel frequently this route and typically pull off the 215 Fwy to eat at Chick-fil-A. From the minute you enter the door, you are greeted with friendly faces. Everyone works really hard and with joy. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. I happen to interact with the gal who was cleaning it and she commented on how much she enjoyed doing her job because everyone did theirs and enjoyed the privilege of working. She commented sincerely, and with a smile. I was so impressed by her that I couldn't leave Chick-fil-A without speaking to a manager, and though I didn't catch her name, it should be noted that good customer service should be rewarded. This review is based off of take out service. I understand that many restaurants are doing all they can to stay in business during this time, while still offering exceptional service and food. However, Chic-Fil-A is not doing it. I've gone through the take out line about 3x in the last three weeks and each time leaves me more and more disappointed. The food comes cold and it seems as if the staff are simply throwing sandwiches together disregarding the quality aspect that once differentiated this restaurant from the rest. Every time I've gone thru the drive thru, the staff has forgotten at least one aspect of my order. I have to recheck it and advise what they were missing. Some were big items like a shake while other times it was the sauces. Above all, the biggest downer is that every time I've ordered large fries with my meal and, they cheat me and give me the amount that come with medium set of fries. Definitely a bummer, as this chain and particular location has been a favorite restaurant of mine for a long time. Hope to see them pickup the slack. read more

I used to love Chick fil a ! Not only for the food but for the amazing customer service. They pride themselves in hospitality and it shows. All employees are super courteous & attentive. Employees go around the establishment greeting customers & asking if they need anything. Food choices seem healthier than McDonalds but don't be fooled! Food is full of MSG: monosodium glutamate. I used to be addicted to this chain & that was why; Msg is addictive. It is one of the last remaining fast food chains still using MSG Now if I stop by it's mostly just for cold brew sans sugar. Let's start with the holiday lights. I typically go to the Azusa location by APU but the Xmas lights show at this location I think is a lil better. They have more lights and a start and end tunnel. The drive thru can be a challenge to get out of as it flows basically into the drive thru in traffic space. I'd say they have plenty of parking but because the parking is shared with so many neighboring businesses and the immediate parking most the time you would be fighting to get in or out of due to drive thru line. Food is consistent with all locations - good. They try to have a runner to take you your order in the drive thru line to expedite. Service is always friendly and other than there was like 4-5 drive thru attendants all kind of hanging out. I was young once I get it but makes me wonder if they were helping in other ways maybe the drive thru would be faster. read more

Excellent customer service ! I liked how they greeted everyone with a smile and even brought food out with a smile. We dined in at the restaurant and they placed real roses at each table. The restaurant was pretty clean. While dining, one of the employees asked if we wanted refills and how our food was. This is rare at a fast food restaurant. We ordered 2 deluxe spicy chicken combos as well as the kid meals. I prefer the deluxe sandwiches because they come with lettuce so it's not as dry. One of the best things is their fries with Chick Fil A sauce. For the kid meals, ordering the mac and cheese side would cost a bit extra. They came with a toy (conversation cards) and milk. The mac and cheese was very thick and creamy, unlike the ones from Kraft mac and cheese that some restaurants use. Overall, we had a great experience. Definitely coming back again!
