Very upset! The drive-through missed our 30-count nuggets! That's not cheap... not only is it annoying to lose that money and not have our food... it was late in evening before they closed, one our way home, hungry... arrived home to realize that the biggest part of our order was missing and now 2 people didn't have their food. What's even more disappointing and insulting is that I sent a complaint online and it seems some automated AI that replied sent me a coupon for a "free cookie" and 12-count nugget... to make up for a missing 30-count and two very upset hungry people late in the evening. Lifetime customer here... I usually have the highest Signature membership for years, but this big order mishap and disappointing service recovery just lost the business of my family and everyone I know. It's been a hit and miss here. I agree with fellow reviewers about the large fry box debate. I ordered 2 regular fry's and 1 large and they were all the same height. I know that's petty measuring the height of the fry box and all but so is not filling it up and charging me for it. Sometimes you get Sus chicken in the nuggets that are really big along with super thick filets in the sandwichs. Last night I ordered 2 spicy chickens. When I got home i dug right in and ignored all my senses because I hadn't eaten all day. My wife hadn't started eating hers until I was half way thru and then she pops the question that I buried in the back of my mind.." does this smell funny to you"... My heart sank, knowing I totally disregarded that thought as I opened the bag.. I stopped eating and so did she. 10 minutes later I'm burping and swallowing continuously and super nervous food poisoning has taken affect. We quickly down 2 charcoal pills to combat these symptoms. I had to get some work done in the morning but had my 3 year old twins to watch after so I decided to bring them to this location to play while I knock out some work. We came around 9:30 am and there was only a few people at the restaurant. The restaurant was pretty clean and each table even had a vase with flowers :) Great place to come if you have kids and need to get some work done or meet with a client. Play area- Small but clean and keeps the kids busy. I sat on the tables right next to the play area so I could still keep an eye on them. Food- I got the Chicken, Egg and Cheese Bagel and hash browns which was pretty good. The Iced coffee was ok but I do prefer my coffee to be stronger and not as water down. Service- Service was great. The staff was friendly. We were greeted right when we walked in. The food came out pretty fast. Chick-fil-a has the best family events and their lights at christmas are so fun! My daughter asks to go here every night! I have never had chick-fil-a before. I know, crazy right?! My son raves about this chain so I thought I'd try it out. Stopped at this location because I was in the area doing some last minute xmas shopping. I ordered a 3 pc chicken strip combo. The waffle fries were fresh and hot, the honey mustard sauce is so good! The chicken strips....not so good. The chicken strips I received were hard and the batter is very salty. They were so salty I could not eat the strips. I was not a fan. Yesterday me and my coworker went to Chick-fil-A drive-through the order about four people meal as we pull up to the front window. I asked the lady in blonde if we have all our sauces and straws. Somehow this location has trouble getting orders straight the first time. I did a mobile order to take advantage of the free 8 piece chicken nuggets as part of one of their app promotions/national giveaways. When the worker called my name, he had a small bag with my nuggets, but where was the rest of my order?! I also ordered three Icedream cups. Always clean inside, friendly staff, fast service and very accommodating. A well managed business. They make a pretty decent chicken sandwich as well!
