It specifically says they are open for inside dining. My son ate across the street at chipotle I walked half a mile over here just to eat here. And they told me they aren't taking orders inside nor are they serving inside. Unbelievable. Why would the owners Cowher like this when they can be open serving inside. We see the adds on TV, we see the Chick fil a bowl at the end of football season, yet we have never tried this place. First of all we don't have one in Las Vegas. We have seen them in Phoenix? But still never went in. So this was our opportunity. Very busy shopping mall, with cars everywhere, then inside the store, tables were busy, and crowded. We made our selection and I got the spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries. The chicken was tender, and fresh, crispy and a little bit of spice. To our surprise, we had someone offer us a refill on our drinks. Was it the best chicken sandwich? I cannot say it was, it was just a decent one! read more

I mean can you go wrong... It's Chick-fil-A! Everything i've ever ordered (which is chicken nuggets and sweet tea cuz i'm basic and it's amazing, or if i'm feeling fancy i'll get the grilled market salad... that's probably tmi, sorry) has been delicious! The staff is always SO kind no matter the time of day, business, or weather (i don't know how they keep a smile on their face and a happy attitude in the blazing heat or in the middle of a blizzard but they do it and it's awesome!) They are always so happy to customize orders and make them just how we want! Not many fast food places are willing to take the cheese off my salad! and i'm so thankful that they do! Only bummer is covid (obvi)... the dining room is closed so you have to do some laps around the building (which surprisingly move super fast, considering it's a restaurant) and then you have to go park in the Hobby Lobby parking lot to eat, but at least they are respecting the restrictions and staying open! I hope they can open the dining room soon tho! It was a pleasure ;) visiting and I plan on coming back very soon. read more

This is the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. The line and setup is terrible. But was worse was that we placed a curbside order 10 mins prior to getting there. Survived the terrible lane system and continued to wait in parking spot for 20 mins after arriving while a whole team of softball girls walked in and ordered and walked out with their food before we even got ours!! Then to top it off our drinks were spilt and was handed a sopping wet drink carrier. Nor did the employee have any napkins for the mess. she continued to take other orders to cars as we sit with 4 wet and spilt drinks!! This place had 3 people standing in the drive thru. Two taking orders and one to grab the food from the drive-thru person and hand it to me. The one who took my order was blocking the menu so I could not see while he asked me what I wanted. I assume they are all payed minimum wage. Came in during lunch (which is ALWAYS crazy) I was AMAZED, ordered my food, guy was filling my drink up and BOOM, my food was ready. Didn't even wait 10 seconds. I've lived in GJ for about a year now and eat here once a week on average. This particular Chick-fil-a is extremely sub par, each time dining is like a roll of the dice. The curb side has been closed due to " weather" when the sky's are clear and sun is out. I've been given the wrong order a few times. They've failed to put my sauces in several times, which let's face it it's all about the sauce. Chick-Fil-A was offered in our student union in College. We were that progressive. For years since I have had dreams about one day experiencing the sheer awesomeness of Chick-Fil-A. It is on that spiritual, orgasmic level one might associate with In-and-Out. But this is on a higher magnitude. So consider my complete lack of sustenance due to living in S.F., my head almost exploded as we were driving to the trail head outside of Grand Junction, Colorado when I heard the words, "Hey there is a Chick-Fil-A." After our all day ride, where I battled a nasty hangover consisting of a bottle of shared Cazadores and 7 pitchers of Tres Generaciones. We stormed into Chick-Fil-A. Menu was full of wonderful options. Ended up demolishing a 12 piece nugget box, order of cole slaw and two Lemonades. For the uninitiated Chick-Fil-A is southern in origin and taste, even the employees exhibit a warm, welcoming quality. The tea is sweet and the lemonade is freshly squeezed. Updated Review: This Chick-Fil-A no matter when I stop at it continues to always have great service. They get you in, make sure your order is right, and get you back on the road fast. And the staff does all of that with a smile. My original comments still hold that it can be a pain to get into if pulling a trailer. And yes the place is still kept clean...it's one of the cleaner restaurants I've stepped foot in anywhere. 4 Stars: A spicy chicken sandwich with waffle fries and a large sweet tea while looking out at the mountains is just a little bit better in Grand Junction than almost anywhere else. read more

The only reason I gave one star is the HORRIBLE parking and drive thru situation. If there is a long drive through line it blocks all of the handicapped parking and half of the rest of the parking. You can't get in or out of you want to dine in. Only one drive thru lane. read more

I like Chik-Fil-A, and I've heard they treat their employees right. A friend of my son's has worked here since he was 14 and he has good things to say about it. Fast food, it's quick, the people are friendly and it's Chick-Fil-A. Definitely better than any of the burger fast food places. Love the spicy chicken here. Great to bring your kids here because of the play-land that is indoors. Also sometimes they will do kids nights with crafts and free meals. read more

No cookie for this birthday girl. I have been beyond an avid chick-fil-a lover for years, sometimes driving 4 hours to get some of my favorite chicken. I currently have to drive an hour to satisfy my cravings but I do it gladly as often as my schedule allows it. This being said, yesterday was the first time in my chick-fil-a loving life they have ever let me down. It was my birthday and in the past the restraunt has given out treats on that special day for free. I was told I needed to use thier app to get a free cookie. Guess what? I have their app. I opened it but cant find anything about about a free cookie. I take my phone along with my driver's license to prove its my birthday. The register I go to is being serviced by the store's director...the guy in charge.... I explain my dilemma show him my phone with the app and my drivers license. He, with no other customers behinde me, dismisses me by telling me Ill need to contact customer service after wishing me happy birthday. I did attempt to call the customer service number he directed me to, but after 10 minutes of elevator music I decided I had wasted enough time on this should have been sweet stop. Today I rate chick-fil-a Grand Junction a 1 star for poor customer service and a broken birthday hearts. It was not my pleasure and my trips will now be fewer :( read more

My husband and I are regular customers here. The nature of my husband's business makes it easy for him to eat lunch here once a week, so I can say that service and quality of food here is both reliable and consistent. Tonight at about 5:30, the drive-thru line was long, but during lunch/dinner rushes they always have people taking your orders out on the curb. Usually if you go inside, you get faster service. Not a mark against them; it's just the sheer volume of drive-thru customers. Inside, there was no waiting in line, and as always, we received our meal quickly. We each had the 8-count nuggets with fries, and they were perfection. I also had a chocolate shake; they make the best! Service here has always been polite and respectful, and tonight was no different. They take care of you like you're royalty. read more

Chick Fil A is pretty good for fast food. The sweet tea is icy cold delicious. The sandwiches are fine...uneven sized pieces of chicken makes some bits more tasty than others.
