This honestly is by far the WORST Chick-fil-A I've been too. Went through drive-thru was completely ignored {While the workers had their little sideline conversations}. Once I finally was acknowledged the young man asked did anyone take my order? I replied no thinking he was willing to do his job. BUT NOPE. He walked away and had someone else take my order. Once I pulled up to the window, they told me to park because they didn't have my order ready( of-course NOT). I waited for TEN minutes and I had to call them to let them know I was outside. And the lady on the phone said "oh they just left it on the counter" ; like no big deal. I was there for literally 20 minutes! And this is the SECOND time happening to me. P.S. My order was wrong. I love this location! So Chick-fil-A is always packed, and this location seems to move the lines at a pretty good pace. They have a great system going for drive through orders. The staff, like most Chick-fil-A are super nice. They have never messed up an order, not even forgotten to give us sauces (unlike other fast food chains). Their lemonade is amazing! This is by far the worst Chick-Fil-A in the county. The staff was very rude during my visit. I ordered Mac and cheese via mobile order along with the other items. The curbside service cashier said they were out of Mac and cheese and it would be half an hour for more. Everyone inside including the manager on duty was very rude and unhelpful with resolving my issue. Then manager on duty simply asked "what would you like me to do about it?" There was not one thank you or my pleasure spoken. They didn't correct the price for the out of stock item and they didn't thank me for my visit. The food was overly salty and overly seasoned. Absolutely the worst chil fil a I have ever been to. The parking/drive through situation is awful. We couldn't park to go in and eat because people in the drive through were blocking the spaces. When we finally could park, we couldn't get out and we're stuck because of the line of cars behind us. I have been to many chik fil A's that have great service and were always very friendly and polite. The service here was awful and extremely unfriendly. We went to chick-fil-a and order two number 7 breakfast combo. We were told to park and someone would bring our meal to us. About 3 mins later the young lady came with our meal. My daughter check the bag and see that two hash browns was missing. She called back the lady and let her know that no hash brown was there and she saw my daughter going through the bag. She said ok, she will be back. She came back and told us that the girl that pack our bag stated that she put them in there. I was soo upset, because the girl that brought the bag to us saw that my daughter look in the bag and they where missing. We were running late for working because of this back and forward. Have had issues with this location more than once. They gave my 9 year old undercooked strips once, they also gave me old rubbery eggs at one point. I am a 30+ year patron of Chik Fil A and have always been treated with the utmost respect, courtesy and customer service. My experience today offered the exact opposite. Upon a confusing transaction at the register, I immediately checked my bank account upon leaving the restaurant. I was handed a receipt for $8.86 (with my correct order), yet my bank account was debited. $9.76. While this is a nominal amount to say the least, it is an erroneous transaction nonetheless. When I called to speak with a manager (Blake Pierre supposedly), he immediately stated "Well this sounds like a bank error, you need to call them". I attempted to explain that my bank is only going to charge my card what the cashier entered and requested from the bank but I was met with a nasty attitude from this so-called "manager". He once again stated "I have no resolution for you other than disputing it with your bank". So I said to confirm, "You're telling me that you want me to call my bank and dispute this transaction? You realize that will mean you do no get paid at all, correct?". He responded "This is the only resolution I have for you", while maintaining his condescending and demeaning tone. I offered an alternative resolution of simply giving me a complimentary menu item upon my next visit. He responded "So you want something for free for an error that we didn't cause?". When I began to respond, he said "Okay, that's all then....have a nice day" and hung up the phone. In my experience with Chik Fil A, this is not indicative of how they look for their employees (much less a manager) to represent their organization. Along with contacting the corporate office, I have also sent a message directly to the operator of this location (Lake Worth). I feel that it is essential to give these parties the opportunity to take the proper action so that their good name is not tarnished by the rude and immature actions of one single employee. Additionally, the piece of chicken on the biscuit was laughable. The last time I visited Chik Fil A, I also received a sorry excuse for a piece of chicken. Both pictures are below. I'm really not sure what is going on because I've been enjoying eating here for many many years but it seems that the quality/value of the food is going down and now apparently the employees are following suite. Last night I went to the drive-through where there was a lot of cars in front of me. They didn't take my order at the voicebox so I drove up to the window where there was another car in front of me. I saw the person in front of me get his food. I know the lady at the drive-through noticed me because she then turned and said something about there being another car to her co-workers. As the car in front of me was leaving the lady closed the window locked it. Once I drove up I was there for about a minute or two and they knew I was there. They just kept ignoring me. I honked several times to get there attention and they still kept ignoring me. I honked one last time and then finally one worker told me they were closed. I had no problem with them closing, but I just found it completely disrespectful and unprofessional that the lady saw me in the drive-thru and just closed the window on me and about 10 workers that were inside all ignored me. The lady could have easily just told me, "sorry were closed now." Instead of closing the window on me and being ignored by all of them. read more

I don't often give five stars reviews to restaurants but when I do...can't think of a witty way to end this sentence. Moving on. This place is fantastic. I truly have no complaints about it. Everyone there seems to be so friendly and down-to-earth. In fact, that might be a half-assed complaint if I had to make one. They're *too* friendly sometimes. It's like they only hire employees incapable of sadness or anger. The food is always fresh and wonderful. Though I'd like to shoot the man who thought it was a brilliant idea to put pickles on each sandwich. Yuk. I kick myself when I forget to ask for my sandwich sans pickles. And I know the chicken there is soaked in brine but somehow it tastes great. Oh wait, I have a complaint. One time they mistyped my name and left out a letter so when my order was ready a different name was called out. Turns out it was the latter. I should remove a star from myself just for whining about this. But even that isn't enough to make me remove a star from this place. Thumbs up all the way. I was never a huge Chick-Fil-A fan until I moved to this area, and found that it was so close. Since then I have become hooked, and this Chick-Fil-A is always great! The staff are friendly and helpful, and when the drive-thru gets busy (which is often!) they have extra staff outside coordinating orders. I got the grilled chicken sandwich that arrived very hot and fresh on a multi grained bun with lettuce and tomatoes. Absolutely delicious!!!. Two different staff members checked on me during my visit inside the restaurant and when I asked one if she knew how many ounces of chicken were in my sandwich she brought me a printed breakdown of the nutritional value of each componant which was very helpful. I will definitely return. I've been here several times and everyone is always very nice. Oh yes, I got my sandwich free using my Cow Calender card. That's a five dollar freebie!!!! read more

I went this morning before work around 730 am. I waited in line for 10-15 mins which is unusual for chick fil a. I ordered a sandwich, when I get to the window the girl asked me if I got chicken minis, I said no repeated my order she took my payment. Then AFTER taking my payment tells me it's going to be an additional 10 minutes for my food to be ready. I'm running behind for work after waiting sooo long in time. Waiting for my food right now, I was told to pull off to wait for my order from the drive thru. They had two employees outside taking orders and both stood at the umbrella and stopped taking orders. They skipped our car and went to the car behind us to take the orders. At the next umbrella the young lady asked us to pay for our order we told her we hadn't ordered yet. So we get to the window and the owner asked us to move out of the drive thru so we didn't hold up all the other cars behind us even though we were in line before them. 4 cars that were behind us left even though we were before them. When we asked the owner Nicole why we got skipped she replied she will ask that later but really wanted us to move out of the line. There was a young in the drive-Thur taking orders with their Portable system; whom answered my questions about their new app. At the window, another young lady assisted me when the app didn't work. I have been a fan of Chick-fil-A for a long time. When this location opened up near my house, I was so excited. I eat Chick-fil-A a couple times a week. It is definitely considered the best fast food when it comes to customer service. The employees are nice and always say "my pleasure." The food is great but Chick fil-A is not shy with their prices. The employees are doing their best to get cars in and out as quickly as possible. There are so many of them standing outside in the Florida heat taking orders. They even opened a second drive through since dining inside is closed due to COVID-19. I always ask for a lot of Polynesian sauce because it is my favorite sauce and I receive several sauces. I did have an unpleasant experience once. I ordered an 8 count nuggets, opened the box when I got home and saw 7 nuggets and a tiny piece of fried breading that they counted as a nugget. This restaurant had the most disrespectful and inconsiderate staff I have ever come across. I had ordered in the drive thru, and they made a mistake in my order, which was not add the chicken club I had ordered. Although, they did charge me for the drink, fries, and sauce to go with it. So, when I got the bag and realized the sandwich was not in it, I went inside. Once I got inside I politely told someone I was missing the sandwich and the girl told me the sandwich(that i had ASKED for), was not on the receipt and I would have to be charged for it if I wanted it. Then, she snatched the receipt out of my hand and crumpled it up. I talked to another girl, and she told me the same thing, ignoring the fact that it was not my fault but the girl I had ordered from, one if their employees. The app alerted me the order was ready and a team member would "bring it right out." 15 minutes later I called and a manager said he would look into it and hung up. 10 minutes later a team member came outside with money and informed me their ice cream machine was broken. I go here about twice a month, and never have a complaint. Sometimes the line is a bit long at lunch (not in their control). When the line is long, the servers taking the orders make a point of going to the vehicles to see if anyone would like their drink while they wait (and they refill it at the window). I order the chicken salad sandwich with a side of soup or a chicken sandwich with no pickles. Sometimes I ask for things on the side, or extra sauces at the last minute, and they are more than happy to oblige.
