The staff is always very friendly and smiling. The older lady helping out and cleaning and helping getting peoples orders ready was very nice tonight she asked if our food was great and if we needed anything at our table which is great when I have a toddler and a young child and sometimes have trouble getting up and leaving them at the table for an item. It is always very clean and tonight I tried my first grilled chicken sandwich and I was surprised how much I liked it. They are ALWAYS busy but that's a good sign right?! Have gone here for years and always been a fan, not anymore. For awhile now it has been going down hill, but nothing compared to what we experienced tonight. The service was horrendous. Go somewhere else if you are in friendly center. There are many places that are just as affordable menues with better food, and you won't have to experience 30 people behind one bar trying to pretend they are working. Me and you got beef friendly Chick-fil-A. I am so sick of y'all forgetting the sauces for a good year and a half now. But that's fine I can go over that. Today y'all forgot my sauce just like normal and I walked my happy little butt in and got some ketchup whatever no big deal. But today you also overfilled my Dr Pepper and failed to give me any napkins and you can guess what happen next, I spilt it all over myself and had no napkins to clean the Dr Pepper off of my shirt. And it was at breakfast so I had to go to work with Dr Pepper all over my clothes. If I wanted something this slack I would go across the street to McDonald's. Y'all are known for good service and being expensive and I will continue paying the expensive prices as long as the service is good, but at this point y'all have proven to me time and time again that you can't provide good service. Recently renovated has a 2 lane drive through with employees in both lanes taking orders. This location is ALWAYS packed and you probably wait in the drive thru line about 3-4 mins and when u get to the window they ask you to pull forward that they still have a few things to make. It's CHICKEN!! It's what you sell!!!! It's not like I ordered fucking spaghetti or a steak and okra plate. It's irresponsible for a restaurant to try and accommodate more than they can handle. Nobody likes to pull forward or park in a space to wait for their food because you tend to wait longer for your food. Oh yeah and those "things" you still had to make, yeah, you lied. Incredible shakes! Sorry, no chicken review - I don't get it there. But every summer I wait in their Looonnnnggggg drive-thru lines for a peach milkshake. Worth the wait! I have always loved Chick-Fil-A nuggets (to me, the BEST fast food nuggets around) and, of course, their waffle fries!! However, I have only recently discovered breakfast at Chick-Fil-A. I've tried a couple of their breakfast items and am particularly fond of the breakfast burrito and the bagel sandwich. Yes, I admit that, at first, the idea of fried chicken on a tortilla with eggs, cheese, and salsa seemed a little odd to me. But, after one taste, I was sold. I've also tried the sausage variety as well (the same combo but with sausage instead of chicken), and it's great, too. The burritos are also large (about 1/3 or so larger than the McDonald's breakfast burrito, which I like as well). In fact, for me, the burrito shell is too big, and I end up tearing a little off of each end (mostly just to reduce the calories). Chick-Fil-A's tater-tot-like hash browns are just okay for me. I prefer the larger patty style that McDonald's serves. I'd rather just have Chick-Fil-A's waffle fries if I'm craving potatoes. At any rate, if you haven't checked out breakfast at Chick-Fil-A, I recommend you do so. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. read more

It is fast food, so the food is food, and it's the same food everywhere. The review is about the speed of service. I know that it is not necessarily the restaurant's fault that the store has high volume traffic. Similarly, it could be a sign that this particular Chick-fil-a is top of the line. However, it is beyond frustrating, especially for someone who doesn't eat hardly any fast food, that any time I go the lines, both inside and out, are outrageously long. I sat in the drive thru last night at 8:30 p.m. for 15 minutes before I got my food. About a month ago, I tried to go for breakfast at 7:10-7:15 and the line was already 15 cars deep, and the inside was equally as long. I just wish there was a remedy to the constant wait, even at non-peak times. I don't ever try to go there at lunch. Now, the people are generally fine and have that over-the-top customer service. I've never had bad service in terms of the actual people helping when they get to me. read more

Okay I should have taken a pic of my breakfast sandwich I just bought right now! The service was great as always and so were the tator tot hash brown things but come on the sandwich was ridiculous. It was a extremely small piece of chicken on the biscuit. It's kind of annoying because the main reason i go is because you're breakfast is normally worth it and good. Couldn't ask for an all around better business. It always surprises me at their willingness to help cater to families. I have a small infant and the fact that they offer sticky table place-mats, cheerios and bring your food to the table for you is such a help and delight each time i am there! Waited at the drive thru on 12/17/20,5:30 PM, for approximately 20 minutes ....no problem and expected at that time of the day. What I didn't expect was cold food and poor service! First, I was charged for another person's order, their mobile cc was out of service so they had to take my card to the register not once but twice! Fortunately, I checked my receipt and saw a charge of $30 for an $8.39 sale. Had to take my cc again for a refund. Such confusion at the window for my little order, opening bag, some sort of discussion between employees. When I got home, imagine my surprise when I found 2 hour cold fries half full and a cold sandwich!! In the garbage it went!! Attempted to call manager 3 times resulted in no answer! So the food is consistent with other chick fil a locations, however the service is much slower. Generally I have found there to be a goal of quick service however at this location that standard doesn't seem to exist. This is a great Chic-Fil-A. The employees always have a great attitude and they always have my order right, I eat here at least 3-4 times a week because i just love Chic-Fil-A. The app made it even better by making the time in line shorter because I can put in my order while waiting in line and pay for it, then i just wait till I get to window to pick up my food. Also, using the app allows customers to earn rewards like myself if I scan my app everytime I go, I get to earn points to earn my rewards! Every time I come to this Chick-fil-A it is always super busy through the drive thru no matter the time of day. Even though it is busy, they keep the line moving. Chick-fil-A is already one of the best fast food chains to ever exist. That's already been established. But this Chik-fil-A is one of my favorite locations to visit for several reasons. They have wonderful customers service for starters! Even though there is a line wrapped all the way around the building at several points throughout the day, they still have great service and get people through at an astonishing rate. You definitely shouldn't be waiting to long for your food if you come here. The atmosphere at Chick-fil-A is something that I can tell they have worked very hard on. The interior of this location ( along with many of their other locations) looks fantastic and is a great place to eat in. The food is also pretty phenomenal, especially for fast food! It is always really fresh and tastes fantastic. I definitely have to recommend this location for fantastic food if you are in a hurry or for a place to eat great food and sit with family and friends. read more

Chick Fil A is always a great place to eat at. The staff are always pleasant to interact with and will help you with all of your wants and needs. They will deliver your food to your seat and accommodate you as if it were an upperclass dining facility. One thing that surprised me was the discount they give uniformed military personnel. Waited in the Drive-Thru line for 15 minutes with only two cars ahead of me. When I finally get to the window, it takes another good 4 minutes to get my food. The girl hands me a bag overloaded with food while looking in the opposite direction, the bag rips and dumps 4 orders of fries into my lap and inside my car. We have never had a complaint about chick-fil-a until tonight. We drove to the drive thru line at store # 01116 in Greensboro, NC where a young lady took our order and credit card with a hand held pad before we got to the window. Once we got to the window another young lady asked for our credit card again. We told her we already gave the card to the young lady earlier. We told her we were a little nervous about getting charged twice and asked if she sure. She immediately became defensive and was very short with us stating...You have to give me your card it didnt go through. She was clearly mad that we asked her about the card and basically ignored us the rest of the time, shoving the food to us and turning away never saying Thank You, Goodbye, or anything. She is the rudest employee we have ever encountered with this company. We also got home without our salad dressing. We are very disappointed. read more
