Stopped in for a bite while out car shopping last week. The place was packed for 2pm on a Saturday with a continuous drive thru line wrapped around the binding. It is part of Friendly center, so I give it helps explain the crowds. The line at the register moved very quickly. Cashiers were friendly and took our order. There were only a few open table to pick from, but none were very clean. E picked the cleanest available and brushed the crumbs to the end of the table. Food came out relatively quickly for as busy as it was, and all was on par with quality you'd expect from Chick-fil-A. My son's school had a fundraiser here. It was easy to order online and use the code. The line was long, so we did have to wait a bit. They did move kinda fast, but at some points we had to wait. Since I had a mobile order, it moved faster, but I was still stuck behind other cars while they waited. They did forget my ice cream and didn't believe I didn't receive them, but eventually they game them to me. read more

Chick-fil-A at the friendly center is pretty much always on top of things, friendly, and quick. Today was no exception. My son ordered a chicken sandwich combo. Fries were hot and crispy, Sandwich was good, and he tried the frozen Dr Pepper, which he also liked. Their drive-through line was quick and easy to go through. No complaints! read more

This Chik-fil-a gets 5 stars for sho! It was busy when Mom and I pulled up. They're operating 3 lines of service in the DT with Ease. You have 2 DT lines and the 3rd line is Mobile Order pick up. The ladies walking the DT lane taking orders were friendly and patient. Mom has never eaten at Chik-fil-a so I asked for a menu for Mom to look at. The order taker waited patiently for Mom to decide. Mom ordered the Crispy Chicken Deluxe Sandwich and I got the 8 piece crispy nuggets. $11.50- Everything was seasoned perfectly. Hot and Fresh. The time in the line was truly minimal. I don't know what kind of stupid individual yall have running that place tonight but they are bringing y'all down. I was waiting in line when the employees brought my food to me, yet I was behind 3 other cars. The car holding the line up sitting there for 10 minutes, finally got their food and left. The person behind them had also received their food early and left right away. But the person in front of me had only received half and were waiting on a kids meal it looked like. Another 2ish minutes of waiting. It seems to me if you had common sense you would tell the people who had to wait on their food to go and park and then yall could walk it out to them. It's not that hard, McDonald's does that. I got home and all my girls food was cold and soggy. So here's a big middle finger to the manager running that shit show tonight! read more

I stopped by here at 8:13pm. I played an order via the app right before arriving. I got 8 ct nuggets, fries, and 1/2 unsweet tea and 1/2 lemonade. I opted for carry out. The drive thru line was pretty long, so it seemed like the better option. I went inside around 8:16pm and waited. I received my order at 8:19pm. I checked my bag after I left and noticed they gave me the wrong sauce, ugh. I ordered bbq sauce and they gave me chick Fil a sauce. My fries were not fresh at all. They were barely warm... Some of them were a little hard too. However, I ate them because I was hungry and didn't have much time as I had an 8:30pm appointment for a massage. My nuggets were great, for the most part. My drink didn't taste all the way right, so I didn't take more than a few sips as I'm watching my calorie intake. Overall, I would say this isn't the typical Chick-Fil-A experience. read more

Not a great location.. the service here is VERY slow. I spent 17 minutes in the drive thru line and it was not even close to full.

The manager has no idea how to run this place, the food is fine but nothing special-- it's a Chick-Fil-A after all, but seriously my main complaint is that they overwork their employees to the point that it shows when you're at the restaurant. You can see how miserable the staff is and that's not a pleasant experience when you just want to enjoy a meal. read more

This is the Chick-fil-a that I frequent most of all, and they are always busy when I have been. I love that they now have a dedicated line for mobile orders in the drive-thru, which has sped up the time that it takes me to receive my food. The mobile app has been helpful in allowing me to order ahead, as I do not typically eat inside. But when I have eaten inside, the restaurant and its bathrooms are clean, the employees are courteous, and I can count on my food being consistently correct. read more

I frequent the Chick fil A WHISETT, NC location and have never had an concern until recently. I love our fur babies but there should be sanitary standards that should be enforced. I saw one of the Chick-fil-A workers bring food to a car in front of me and let the dog lick the back of her hand. I watched to see if she washed her hands but she NEVER DID. She went back to working and handling the drive through orders. I'm so disappointed. It makes me wonder what else is going on. read more

Probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a chick-fil-a. The order audio was so quiet. I could barley hear what they were saying. The drive thru was the slowest ever I was in it for 20 minutes. I would have pulled out if I could but I was trapped by other cars and cones. Back to the order audio my order was way wrong so I paid for food I didn't need and the sauces I requested were not in the bag. Ordered on the website and went inside to pick it up. I was in and out in 3 minutes. This location is always slammed so I think this is the way to go. Ordered the Market salad and it was delicious. Of course the fries were yummy as well. I did try the new cauliflower sandwich and you can skip it. It smelled like stinky cauliflower and the vegetable seemed to just soak up a bunch of the fryer grease. It was a let down and I wouldn't order it again. There are very few fast food places that I would rate five stars, however Chick-fil-A is the gold standard in fast food, politics aside. While there are competitors with larger pieces of chicken on their sandwiches, none are better. What impresses me most is the service. Chick-fil-A does a masterful job in hiring and training. I love their "It's my pleasure" when thanked. The crew is always friendly, smiling, and polite. Used to be the best fast food experience in the area. The last couple months, it's become apparent they either can't hire well enough, have training issues and/or CFA has lowered the bar on their standards. Thing is, it's great tasting fast food. The whole family loves the food, at least whenever we get what we order. We're "Chick Fil A Red Members" (ie: we drop a fair amount of coin there). Problem is that when the order is incorrect, they don't accept responsibility. Twice the last month, orders were fulfilled incorrectly. Once, we realized it when still there. We went in to let them know and ask for it to be corrected or just refund for the error. The manager (?) refused to correct it and said we could pay for what they didn't give us (that we had already ordered). Today, I ordered ahead, we picked up via drive thru. Got home and realized we were missing an item. Called the store. Manager said we can come by the next 30 days to get a replacement. I just wanted the money back. We've got a newborn and a kid that just came home from the hospital here. I don't know when we're going to be causally riding by to get our replacement item. And I don't plan on ordering an actual meal for the family there again as it's obvious they can't fulfill correctly. So, the "replacement in 30 days" is nearly worthless. Called corporate customer service. Told them at this point I actually don't care about the money because I won't be going back there ever again: we'll just drive 10 minutes down the road to the next one. I just wanted to let them know how much of a circus they have on their hands at this location. The customer service rep was obviously reading from a script and didn't have a care. But, it has to be expected these days, I suppose. I think the main issue is I'm just disappointed in the degradation of service at what seemed to be the last decent fast food joint. I have been coming here for years. The staff is friendly and courteous. However, they have the slowest drive through service. I ordered 10 chicken minis through the app. It took me 10 minutes to go through the drive through and then sent me to park and wait. It has been a total of 25 minutes since I pulled in the parking lot and I'm still waiting. This is 3rd time it has taken this long. Any other store in the city had much faster service. Don't go through the drive through if you don't have to. Park and order to go to save time. 18 minutes to get 10 count chicken minis. If my kids did not like them. I would never come here. One of the simplest things in life was the ability to walk in to a Chik Fil A, order a #1 combo, pay and walk out. More often than not you'd have your bag and drink before you finished paying. Well, those days are gone. At least at this location. 10:40 am. Walk in to find one of three registers in operation. So I stand in line behind 7 people. 2|3 of the order taking capabilities is closed. I finally get to order the most popular and simple order possible. 9 minutes later I get it. This was a pretty decent Chic-fil-A. I was here on a Saturday lunch and the service was great. The staff were extremely upbeat, friendly and welcoming --as always. The food was the list of typical CFA you'd expect to find here, so nothing to get too crazy over there. I grabbed their wrap which is always good. Plenty of seating inside, and a nice spacious and airy location. Parking was awesome --plenty of spots. It was very easy to see from the street, and easy access in and out. Then it seems she made a little joke to her coworker about my not responding quick enough for her. As if it's easy to overhear when the restaurant is packed and busy. And when she handed me my order? Waited 10 min in a line of 3 people. Nobody at registers. 5 people working in the back. Not sure what this CFA is doing. Lady working here is carrying around a baby for now 15 minutes behind the counter. I'm sure the health dept would love to know that. If you're in a hurry and want good service go somewhere else. I was very disappointed at our Chick-fil-A experience today. It was the first time a Chick has let me down. There was 1 cashier for a line of more than 20 people. When o asked a manager if they could get more cashier. They replied yes Someone came out and serve the doordash person first who had not been waiting as long as the 4 people in front of us.
