Disappointed that this location in the airport doesn't offer standard items like Kids meal or apple juice. Service was not efficient. The cashier appeared poorly trained and required constant direction from another staff member on basic tasks. This is quite inconvenient for parents and children who specifically look for a kids meal when traveling. I am glad it's not the only place in the airport just need to bring this lack of availability to your attention. I hope you will consider expanding the menu options and improve staff training at this location to better serve traveling families read more

This airport has lots of food options, especially at 5AM! This Chick Fil A was one of them. Decent service, they made and provided my food quicker than I could complete my sale, something the location at DCA could learn to do! My spicy chicken biscuit was tasty and piping hot. So, Chick-fil-a is supposed to be family oriented and religious. Well, this one must have missed that message. A senior citizen that worked there for just over 3 years was fired because they can't accommodate his doctor's order for light duty for an injury this man received at work. He slipped and fell in the walk-in freezer because there was an ice buildup on the floor due to the freezer door not closing properly. The man injured his knee, he has a torn meniscus now and is pain. Not only did he get fired, but he was fired one week before Christmas. If this is the way this company treats employees, then I won't be eating at Chick-fil-a again. read more

Great service. Not a terribly long line but that's because the kept it moving. Two people in the front tag teamed and asked what I wanted and fulfilled the order while it was being entered into computer. Doesn't get much better than that. Food not bad. It's Chick-fil-A in an airport. They charge the same prices at normal Chick-fil-As, which is a big plus. Food is NOT made to order, so if you are eating at an off-peak time, your food might have been sitting in the packaging for a while. This is a Chick-fil-A in the Greenville-Spartanburg Airport, what more could you want. You do have to pass through a metal detector to be allowed into this particular Chick-fil-A but its worth the hassle. If you stop for breakfast, you should know they don't have Sausage Biscuits. GSP finally did something right when they brought in CFL - my favorite Fast Food joint and it never lets me down. However, this location doesn't have everything that the other locations have - must be because it's in an airport - and their hours should match that of the airport, but they aren't alone there. Unlike many of the angry rants I read here I am a huge supporter of CFA in general and this store in particular. I spend more than $500 dollars here every month. Most of the time the food is good and worth the slightly expensive menu. However, this store had a quality problem. Many of the reviews here say they have errors with their orders and my experience is similar. In fact it's rare that an order is exactly accurate; like less than half the time. They always are willing to make it right but it's annoying after driving all the way home to find out they gave you something wrong. I've taken to checking every single thing before I leave and that surely annoys everyone else waiting in line behind me. In addition to orders being incorrect (even when using the app), they have problems with wet or wilted lettuce on their salads, overcooked chicken breasts on the sandwiches, and sometimes stale sandwich buns. I suppose it's hard to find and hire good help but some introspection from the management seems to be in order. I will keep going here because it's much better than the alternatives and I do think they want to improve. We shall see. read more

By far the nastiest food ever. I love Chick-Fil-A and eat there many times throughout the week. This was my first time eating at this one and the food took forever, many guests that ordered way after me were getting their food before me. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and nuggets. This review is for breakfast before a flight. There was no line so I was able to walk straight up and order. The young lady who waited on me was very knowledgeable and fluent with the order. I had to wait maybe 3-4 minutes for my biscuit and was called up by name. The eating area was clean and all tables were wiped down. I love that they would respond with, "My pleasure," when I thanked them. It's a good quick snack/meal to either take on the plane or munch on while waiting at the gate. read more

Long lines, long waits, and a limited menu (no side salad super food) are the opposite of what you need in an airport location but that's what you currently get here.
