Everyone loves chick-fil-a... everyone is always super nice and if something is wrong then they always make it right.

At 10am this morning I went in the Grovetown location for breakfast. The restaurant was dirty. The tables and chairs hadn't been cleaned from the night before. There were mashed up fries underneath the tables. I went to 5 different tables to find one that was halfway clean. Do you not have people to clean the restaurant after you close??? read more

Fast friendly service. Had 2 filets and Diet Coke. Crushed ice is my favorite. Also gave me some lemon slices to season the chicken. Excellent all around. read more

I absolutely love chick-fil-a. However, this store is not my favorite unfortunately. Their service is good and lives up to their name. But there have been a countless number of times I have gotten nuggets from here and they are over cooked/burnt. Chick-fil-A nuggets are not good when they are over cooked. Hopefully in the future they can turn it around! read more

I've only got the chicken minis and they are delicious every time. I haven't tried anything else to give a better review on. The drive thru moves pretty quickly and the customer service is consistently pleasant. read more

This is my favorite Chick-Fil-A location. The environment is always clean, kids area is nice and the staff are friendly. Only negative is the private parking is a bit small and not easily accessed. They deserve a 5 star because they went above and beyond for me. I arrived after they finished serving breakfast and I asked them if they could still make me something off the breakfast menu. Instead of just saying no because I was too late, the lady went to the back and made sure they hadn't tossed out the eggs. End result, I got my breakfast. read more

Sadly a bit of a Chick-Fil-A junkie. This particular location is the most disorganized and slow CFA I've ever been too. I thought it was curious how the parking lot was full in the morning (atypical from my experience), but now I know: everyone is waiting on their meal. Probably on par with the other fast food chains but well below CFA standards. read more

Good experience here, this is clearly still a very new location but the staff was friendly and helpful; our food came out fast, everything was clean. Appreciate that they also hire some people with disabilities as many Chick-Fil-A's do. read more

Chick-fil-a is one of my favorite restaurants. They are usually consistent with good food, clean restaurants and friendly staff. I've visited this location a few times and the food just is not good. The chicken tastes different. I can't explain it but usually dry and a greasy after taste. The fries taste like they are cooked in old grease. The inside is never truly clean. Today the floor was slippery; ad if it were mopped using old water. The staff is friendly enough though. Probably won't go back. read more

Put in a mobile order got to the Store at 10:31 and was unable to receive my order because it was breakfast menu. I understand I was late by a minute but the employee spent more time trying to see if she could ring it up than I was late. Made a huge deal out of it for a minute I have never had any bad experiences at any Chick-fil-A except this one. read more

I still love Chick-fil-A food! However, what I don't appreciate is when I call and let your facility know that I'm missing food and I receive a generic sandwich card in the mail that is not equivalent to the salad that was forgotten in my order. Along with a default letter that wasn't dated properly. I didn't want anything free but what I actually paid for. read more

This is the worst Chick Fil A I've ever been to. They are so slow, my salad had what looked like a slimy pepper in it. Thinking it was a fluke I tried going there again and this time no one took our order at the speaker after waiting while two cars went in front of us from the other lane. We had to pull up to the window to order then wait for our food (understandably). I'm not sure why this CFA is dropping the ball in service, speed and quality, but it needs to be addressed. read more

I have visited this location on three separate occasions and each time it was a horrible experience. My order is ALWAYS the same, I order a Cobb salad and ask that the bacon and cheese be left off. Too easy right? No sir! not at this location. Each time I'm asked to pull around to the back of the store. The first time the wait was longer than I would have liked, but it was my first time and I chalked it up to them being new and it being a busy night. The second time this happened, they completely forgot me. I had to go back in and inquire, only to have the girl laugh and say ... "Sorry...We forgot you!" ... I didn't find it funny. The final time ... after my son's football practice I went over for a salad. It was 8:30pm and the line was wrapped around the building. I ordered and 7 cars later reached the window only to be asked to pull around to the back. I refused and it resulted in an exchange of words with a female manager. She threatened to call the police when I refused to pull around to the back. Again, all I wanted was a salad with no bacon or cheese. Not a complex order. They actually pour the salad out a bag, add a scoop of this, and a scoop of that and the salad is complete. It doesn't take over 30 minutes to make a salad. A male manager decided he could rectify the matter regarding my refusing to pull around to the back and an exchange of words occurred with him. My salad was finally prepared and the male manager was throwing the bag out the window to me. I refused it. I am a paying customer. I didn't deserve to be treated in such manner. In any event, I received a refund. From the time I ordered up until the time I received a refund; 45 minutes had lapsed. I thought this was a fast food restaurant. As I was leaving ... finally... the male manager came out the back door in an aggressive manner. I'm not sure what he was going to do. I pulled off. Lucky for him we don't have a "stand your ground" law here in GA or things probably would have ended differently. I called corporate, and was later contacted by Eric. Eric is the big head of this location. He was apologetic, and offered coupons of some sort to remedy the situation. Of course I never received them. This is a disgrace to the Chic-fil-A reputation. I will gladly drive over to the mall or Robert C Daniel Jr Pkwy for my salads before patronizing this location. Thank God Zaxby's also sell salads. Customer service training is definitely needed, and also they might be reminded ... they're doing "fast food". HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Our neighborhood deserve better Eric! read more
