Really disappointed in this location. Have had a few instances in the past where the order is wrong but lately they had been good. Tonight we order online, show up to a busy drive through as expected. A few teenagers working the drive through are incredibly unprofessional and are screaming and yelling that things are "mad sus" and talking and complaining about some guy names Billy's order. I was a teenager and I've worked fast food. I know you joke around and talk crap. But this was incredibly loud and immature and unprofessional to do in front of patrons. They gave us pull ahead to a take out slot because it wasn't ready, which was fine. We ordered grilled nuggets, fries, a chicken sandwich and some drinks. We get to our location to eat about 10 minutes away and my drink is empty and my cup holder is full of root beer- there was a hole in the bottom of the cup. They forgot my boyfriend's Polynesian sauce even though he asked for extra and they didn't provide silverware with the grilled nuggets so we ate with our fingers. Parking lot is too small and the drive thru line snaked though the parking lot making it hard to enter or leave. 3. Order inaccuracy. Made multiple mistakes. Wrong food, missing items. 4. When you place an order it seams as though that is just a suggestion for the person bagging the actual order... you are getting whatever they throw in, yes I said throw! Literally the worst chick-fil-a I've ever been to. Every experience elsewhere has been lovely but this location is awful! It was our first time at this location... We came on a Monday night around dinner time and we went to the drive thru.. it was practically empty. The first employee we encountered seemed like she hated her job. She didn't have a great attitude nor did it seem like she wanted to be there. Her first words were "can I take your order?" We were informed by her to check in with a girl in a grey hoodie. Upon approaching all she said was, "first window." Again, not the chick-fil-a attitude we are used to. Finally at the window, we were greeted by "spicy chicken deluxe, fries, sprite, 12 piece nuggets, and Mac and cheese?" We confirmed... we weren't very pleased with her spirit either.. she gave us a medium soda and when I questioned it and informed her we ordered a large she fired some attitude, "that's not what it says here." I wish the lady we ordered with gave us our receipt... but I wasn't about to cause a scene over a medium vs large although we paid for a large... later we hear on the walkie "they ordered a large fry and large sprite," we found it funny that she still didn't correct herself or apologized for being wrong.. we still left with a medium soda. We ended up pulling over and ate in the car... come to find out my sandwich still had pickles in it when I clearly asked for no pickles. The fries had no salt and were super cold. I asked for chick fil a sauce and ketchup and none of that was in my bag. The Mac and cheese had a weird smell to it. The "sprite," tasted so watered down. Enough was enough so we finally went inside and asked for a new soda because it for sure didn't taste like sprite. The director assisted us and told us it's the machine that's bad. If you know it's the soda machine that is bad why is this still available to customers? He poured our "sprite," out and refilled the same cup with "sprite," this time half way and it still tasted like water and fizz. To conclude, this was the worst experience at any chick-fil-a yet. Literally was a waste of money. Normally at every other chick-fil-a I go to, their lines are ridiculous but this one was nearly empty... there is a reason why especially during prime time. Terrible food and terrible customer service from all four employees we encountered which includes the director. Reading reviews for this location, I get the sense a number of bad reviews were placed when this location was opening. I've been a long time Chick fil a booster in Atlanta, LA and Chicago areas. The key to a great experience is the franchise owner. This rating is specifically about this location, not about the chick fil a menu. The owner here clearly has a plan for the absolute onslaught of popularity in this location. The place is always mobbed, but amazingly, they have hired and trained a battalion of energetic employees guiding you into the location, taking your order in person in drive thru, guiding through pickup. When I come over here, I'm truly amazed at the efficiency and friendliness along with the good food. I've been to enough suburban locations to know a bad one (including Brockton).
