I just called to place an order over the phone (which I have done before at this location) and got a very rude girl on the phone. They would not except a phone order despite the fact that they have done it and can do it. I told them I didn't want to wait for an hour in the parking lot nightmare and that I would take my business somewhere else. The rude girl said. "That's fine." Chick-fil-A, The time is 2:32 on Thursday, 5/14/20. Please speak to whoever answers the phone at this time about maintaining your service standard. This is the first time anyone from Chick-fil-A ever refused to help me and was rude to me. I love Chick-fil-A as a brand but you're only as strong as the person representing you. I absolutely love Chick-fil-A. Whenever you go to one of their restaurants, you know you're gonna get the best tasting food, with the highest quality ingredients, and delivered to you in the fastest way possible and this location doesn't disappoint. My favorite is a Spicy Deluxe, a medium Mac and Cheese, and a Cookies and Cream shake. They have never once gotten my order wrong or put in the wrong ingredients or spilled my shake. It was a very under-whelming experience today. We ordered there and waited about 10 minutes, which is fine. They were pretty busy at the drive through. I got the spicy chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and mac n cheese to try. My fiance got the grilled chicken sandwich and fries. I literally had one waffle fry and a bunch of potato pieces. That one fry was very under-cooked. My fiances' fries were also very under-cooked. My spicy chicken sandwich was ok, though I don't think it's for me. Her grilled chicken sandwich was so wet we stopped on the way home and bought paper towels. It was super messy with a large puddle in her container. The bread didn't last the meal as it broke down in the juice. What's with so much juice? The saving grace was my mac and cheese and lemonade she got. We won't be coming back here. read more

I don't usually write reviews, but I just had to for this restaurant. I had the most pleasant experience at this Chic-Fil-A. I ordered the chicken filet sandwich meal with fries and a chocolate shake. I was extremely surprised at the quality of the food! Chicken was fresh and crispy, same can be said for the fries. I unfortunately got the wrong shake (cookies and cream), however I had the sweetest server one could ask for. Her name was Nina, very bubbly and happy personality. I told her and she immediately got me a new shake and told me to keep the old. I recommend this establishment to everyone and will be taking my friends here. After all the hype went to the new chick fil a Hanover. Ordered Chick nuggets, deluxe chick sandwich, and deluxe spicy chicken sandwich. 10:51AM 5/25 ticket 79235, $15.76 only one car in front of us. Ordering and service nice job, chicken nuggets room temp, both the buns on the sandwiches were so stale they fell to pieces halfway thru the delicious chicken. Disappointed to say the least. My boyfriend and I went to grab some dinner last minute at Chick-fil-A and usually it's ALWAYS great never had any issues. After getting home (yes we didn't realize till we got home since I am easily distracted) we realized we had the complete wrong meals. We immediately got back in the car and headed back to swap out our meals. We were greeted but the SWEETEST worker, Taren, who was extremely apologetic for the mishap. Taren was thorough making sure that our new meals were correct, hot, and had our correct order out in less than five minutes. We even got a couple of free cookies for the inconvenience! Disgusting, I ordered chicken nuggets, fries and a chicken sandwich and every single order had hair in it. Never again.

It was a chilly tuesday evening, after a strugglesom sporting game. (We lost semi finals) and me and my four girlfriends (5gals total) we ordered three mac & cheese for french fries 3 12 piece nuggets one grilled piece nugget two chocolate milkshakes A sprite a Coke and a lemonade The total was 80$ we were ravinouse and are tummies were rumblin! We got what we THOUGHT was all of our food. Sadly, it was not all of our food. We were extremely upset as my dearest friend (after they compared her to a pig) was without half a meal they didn't give us any of the 4 fries and only 2 Mac and cheese! So disappointed!!!!! The only reason this has any stars at all is because the refunded us and they were respectful. read more

Great staff here they all help each other and they wipe the tables and chairs down still unlike other places. It is my favorite location the food is always hot and delicious. A wonderful woman gave my 2 young nieces a little placemat to put down for them to eat their nuggets off of. Always great here thus they are always busy. But they get to their customers pretty quickly. read more

It is my fav fast food place now.the line is long about 1 hour long but it's worth the wait when you taste this food your mouth will water . And when you get the food after you wait it's hot and ready highly recommend you try this place when you are in Hanover or near Hanover mass. read more

My Kids were JonesIng to go and they were not disappointed. They loved it. The drive-through line must have been 50 cars long. I don't blame the restaurant. They are just the new hotspot and so many other choices have been taken away. But this was the most expensive fast food I have purchased in memory and they got my order wrong. It was labeled correctly on the bill and on the sandwich wrapper - it's just some of the ingredients were missing. The chips were well seasoned, but kind of soggy. Horrible. Been there twice. Both times drive through has messed the order up. First time, ( which was literally our first time there) we were not given an option of # of pieces in the kids meal. I didn't know. It came with bad fruit, no toy. They handed me the bag with the waffle fries , which spilled all over the ground as they passed it to me. 2nd time there asked for the kids meal again with 4 piece nuggets. Which were popcorn nuggets and looked like it was the "bottom of the bag" . We didn't get our side with it, again no toy and no bendy straw. So basically paid $10 of 4 very small pieces of batter. I don't know what the hype is about , but will not be back. I called to ask why the kids meal consists of and they explained, apologized and offered a free meal on them, which we passed on because it's not that good and I will not support a business like that. You are better off going to McDonald's . This place get 0 stars in my book. read more

This location is awful! Shame on me for going there as often as I have, but it's fast food and I have been understanding new businesses need to find their feet. On one occasion I ordered a meal and got no ice in my drink, it was around closing time so I went back and asked for a cup of ice- huge inconvenience for them. Upon returning home I opened my sandwich to discover there was no chicken. On 3 other occasions they've forgotten fries or whole sandwiches. On one occasion someone either picked up our order by mistake or it was never put out at pickup, but they gave my friend a huge run around, as though he were trying to steal, until I came in and showed them the order on my phone, he had already done this. Most recently I ordered 2 large frozen coffees and got home to realize they were small frozen lemonades. At 5 before close I called back and they said the best they can do is give me two small melted frozen coffees but I can come back tomorrow (sunday- they're closed) to get my correct order- this is because they start shutting down machinery WELL before they close. Sorry- that needs to stay on until you're closed. Today I placed a $30 takeout order and was hoping for my correct drinks from last time.. The front entrance is a huge safety and convenience issue for the town of Hanover. NO ONE is supposed to holding up traffic and idling in the lane going in the front- always an issue. People turning in hold up and cause accidents for people trying to get on the highway.. Today they are drive thru pick up only and there's no less than 50+ cars trying to fight to get in because APPARENTLY they can't keep a staff AND their franchise owner, SUPER RUDE BTW, is too greedy to close for the day. I can't even imagine the stress his staff is under! SHUT IT DOWN! It's nothing but a nuisance that doesn't care about customers or their hard earned money! read more

I ate here about a month ago and had the most horrible experience. I first had to figure out while driving how to download the app because the line was 2+ hours long. The attendant who told me where to park was confused and angry when I asked him where to park. He literally said "If you can drive you should be able to figure out where in our parking lot the # I have you is." Finally I got a message saying my food was ready. An employee who still looked like he was in diapers came out to give me the wrong food because he had the wrong car despite me having to put my car info in the app. Finally about 10 minutes later another employee came out and told me they don't have one of the items...when I asked him why the app said my food was ready he said I don't care about the app... I demanded my money back here told me to go to hell... Finally I ordered what I didn't want Street he told me he wouldn't under any circumstances give me my money back. Then I told him I need the managers info he said no problem he will bring it with the food. well, another girl brings the food v which is cold now because according to her, it had been lying there. When I asked for the managers info she looked lost and went back in. Now another kid comes out to tell me he basically didn't know what a managrr was. After 10 minutes if arguing nonsense i finally got a name. When I called the restaurant owner picked up and when I told him the story he blamed me, returned my money and told me never to eat there.
