When I was driving down South and passing through Charlotte, North Carolina I made it my priority to make sure that I tried at least one Bojangles restaurant. It was late in the evening and we just got into our hotel, so naturally the family was hungry. Around the corner there was a Bojangles that I decided to stop at and place a carryout order. I initially went through the drive-thru, but it was being operated by some crappy AI system that wasn't really making my life easy. From there I decided to park and place my order inside, as much as I wanted to avoid stepping foot in the restaurant. Thankfully I don't regret my decision, because I felt very welcomed by the people who were working that shift. Good customer service is rare in a fast food establishment, but they exceeded my expectations. I wanted to take advantage of their special Bo Bites deal. I'm not kidding when I tell you I got 20 of these large chunks of boneless chicken with fries, cole slaw, a bunch of sauces and a 1/2 gallon of their sweet iced tea for less than $25. The whole meal really hit the spot after so much driving and everything tasted great. The strawberry cobbler biscuit was a nice touch, but I realized I could have done without it after all the food I ordered. This meal lasted us for 2.5 days roughly. One reason I'm not giving this a perfect 5 stars is because hunger played a huge factor in my enjoyment of this meal, which probably made the food taste better than it normally would be. I also do not like any establishment that uses AI for drive-thru and I will always dock points for that. read more

I'm staying in a hotel down the street and when I want something quick this was the perfect spot. I know there are a lot of reviews that the chicken was under or over cooked I was lucky both times cooked perfect chicken was seasoned well and nice and juicy. I also got their strawberry dessert and watermelon sweet tea. Both delicious. Definitely will come back while I'm nearby. I thought it was very interesting that they had AI taking orders in the drive though. Very tech savvy and my order wasn't wrong (again only went twice) I had two different ladies at the windows to pick up my order both were polite and quick with service. I stopped at this location and I normally check reviews before stopping anywhere but I didn't this time. I can say I am glad I didn't because I wouldn't have gave them a chance but I had a great experience and I can see they haven't had a review in some time so they deserve some kudos! For their health inspection they did have a 98 which is AMAZING for any establishment. Our food was fresh and hot. Overall the customer service was great as well. They did have a long drive through line by they moved the line so quickly I was impressed. Hopefully others have a great experience and give them some good reviews. read more

Visited this location several times now. You cant beat Bojangles chicken! Restaurant is always neat and clean. Location is fairly new with nicely maintained interior and exterior. This visit I tried the chicken rice bowl topped with Bo bites. It was very delicious and surprisingly filling for size of container. My only complaint about this location is the staff seen to argue and yell at each other on random trips here. read more

Today, 2/8/26, I visited this location at roughly 8:30pm. Online it stated that the restaurant wasn't due to close unit 10pm. Upon entering the parking lot, it was a bit difficult to see any staff members inside or if they were indeed open. So, I bypassed the ordering mechanism and went directly to the window. I locked eyes with a staff member who began ignoring me. As I attempted to get his attention, he began backing away out of my view. I got out of my vehicle and began knocking on the window informing him that I could see him. He immediately disappeared and shortly after a different gentleman came to the window asking how he could help. I communicated to him that I was unkindly being ignored by an employee. He stated the staff member who walked away ignoring me name was Shaun/Shawn. This staff member needs a full class in customer service! This is completely unacceptable even at Bojangles. The Food Service business is built on the needs of the customers. And I the customer needs and wants were not met in any capacity. I suggest that Leadership have a help me understand conversation with Shaun/Shawn. This can't possibly be the first time something of this sort has transpired. Shaun/Shawn may need to be retrained and possibly reprimanded for this poor behavior. read more

I like to leave honest reviews but hate to have to rate low due to employees who can ruin a great experience. This is our 2nd time coming here( 1st time was 2021). We are here for Super 32 Wrestling Tournament. Went through the drive thru. The person taking our order had us wait a minute or so to order. Upon placing order, we inquired about the boo berry biscuits and were informed very aggressively that they were out. When we got to the window, we asked if they would have them later today or tomorrow and same girl was so rude about how they were out and she didn't know. No smile,thank you,have a nice day,just purely miserable look on her face. This morning I even had to go inside due to the drive through being down and requested they make sure the bacon was cooked thoroughly and still received the opposite. I come here most mornings before work and I always ask for extra seasoning on my fries. This location always does that and other locations in Greensboro will just put no seasoning on them instead. They're pretty fast too and everything has always came out fresh for me. There's only one time that I've ever had to wait and that's when they were making everything fresh. Went here last Sunday morning. Added bacon to the biscuit and upgraded to large. No joke this is the BoRounds received. It's 2/3 full and was so bad I asked the girl at the window about it. She said that's how much we give. While the receipt says Pepsi I asked for a large unsweetened tea and of course received sweet tea. They were out of coleslaw, really? Not the first time, either. If you don't have it you can't sell it. I got home and there were 2 pieces in the box. The breast was okay, a bit heavy on the breading. The whole wing was the size of my thumb. It would have been rejected by wing stop for being too small. The biscuit was par. The (substituted) mashed potatoes were par. Don't bother trying to call in to speak with management because they don't care enough about your concerns to even attempt to speak with you, they will tell you they're busy and hang up the phone. The food is also not worth the time or drive, I ordered two meals for me and my partner, just to get home and open the bag to something completely and utterly different. I didn't feel like getting back up and driving back to the store and driving back home so I had no choice but to eat it anyways. The sign on the door said the dining room opens at 5am, but the rude woman working had an attitude and would not open the front door so we could enter. She said the drive-thru was open and we could order there. Well, we also needed to use the restroom after traveling. I had 3 children with me who really needed to use the restroom. I ordered the roasted chicken bites with a side of fries and sweet tea. The chicken bites were sooo good. The chicken bites were very tender, very flavorful and they were hot and fresh. The added kick to them that made made them spicy was perfect and now I wish I ordered more. The fries were perfectly seasoned and kind of crispy which is how I love my fries. The biscuit was good too but I like my biscuit a bit darker but I still ate it. First visit at Bojangles. Went at the lunch time rush and for being as busy as it was, I got served quickly. The restaurant looked really clean. Staff: The staff was very friendly, even telling me to leave my garbage on the table and he'd take care of it for me. Food: Decent chicken, got the strips and fries. The fries were seasoned nicely. Washed it all down with their "Legendary Sweet Tea"... which was awesome. I was a bit turned off of fried chicken due to an awful experience at KFC but heard good things about Bojangles so figured I'd give it a try. This place blows KFC out of the water!
