Our family loves Chick-fil-A but this location frequently misses the mark. I usually drive to another location on the other side of HR because of numerous previous issues with this location. However, I was in a hurry today and thought I'd try again. I ordered a grilled nugget with superfood side. I noticed once I left that I received breaded nuggets that were cold. I have never received nuggets from a Chick-fil-A that weren't hot. Needless to say I will be driving to the other HR location from now on. read more

They were nice, and I've been coming here for close to 10 years, so that hasn't changed. Unfortunately- this morning my chicken egg and cheese bagel was about the skimpiest I've ever had. I usually love chick-fil-A but my recent check in was very different. The check in girl was quite ditsy and did not get the order correct, but the real disappointment was my favorite item, the chicken salad sandwich. It seems this franchise is cutting back. Rude and worst chick-fil-a I've ever been to. I've had several instances here but love the food so I continue to give them chances. One time, they dropped my sandwich on the floor, then picked it up and put it back in the bag. Are you serious?!? Another time, the girl taking orders in the drive through rushed me to take my order because she saw her friend pull in and then ran off to chat with friends in the parking lot. There were a ton of cars behind me still. Today, they were having service done (maybe a power wash?) to the outside near the drive through, of course it was difficult to hear each other through the drive through intercom but instead of sending someone out to take orders, they chatted amongst themselves (leaving the mic on) about how it was too loud and couldn't hear clearly. First I despise fast food. I haven't had a Burger King, McDonalds, Wendy's Burger in probably 5 years. I saw that movie about the guy who eat mcD's for a month and got sick. Decided to stop then and there. Chick-Fil-A has always been my sub and the best fast food I'd consider eating. Not being a snob just don't dig on non fresh food. Chick-Fil-a here has great breakfast burritos, great coffee or oatmeat on the run. As well for lunch or dinner I can feed my Chicken Nugget cravings and feel pretty good about it. As far as Chick-Fil-A this one is the best. Lone Tree needs parking therapy or something. It's packed ass to elbow and although I like them just too difficult to get in and out in a hurry. Food is fine, service is fine. They sometimes mess up up my order but never anything huge. The 2 stars is because their playroom is absolutely disgusting! I've been to many other chick fila playroom and they're all fairly clean but this one is dirtier than a Mc Donalds. It needs to be DEEP cleaned. read more

They were all so nice and the service was fast! The person whom I would like to highlight though is James G. He went above and beyond to make sure my son and I had a great time while we were dinning in. He explained all of the little deals with the kids meal (and how to get ice cream...Yum) made sure our table was set up with a high chair, before we were done ordering (such a life saver to not have to try to get a high chair and look for food and try to keep an eye on a toddler) so thank you very much for the amazing service James! read more

The food here is pretty bad. For breakfast, the biscuits are dry and the burritos have almost no meat in them. For other times of the day,mother chicken salad sandwich is served on DRY wheat bread. You can use the watered down lemonade to wash down the bread. The chicken sandwich is always way too greasy and lacks in flavor. Overall, the food is greasy, lacks flavor, and usually very fry. The southern chicken sandwich from McDonalds is a lot better. read more

This Chick-fil-A has my business. I went in tonight to grab my kids dinner. My card wasn't working and it was the only payment option I had on me. We kept trying to run it and their system wouldn't take it. I was getting frazzled and embarrassed. This location is horribly busy regardless of the time you go. However every time I have been here the employees have been wonderful and very cheerful. I suspect this is a great place to work must be the management staff because like some others have pointed out the other restaurants have really bad workers. The waffle fries that chick-fil-a has are some of the best in the business. The downside is that the fries are hit and miss. But generally they are decent and as long as you have fresh ones you are going to be happy. Love the grilled sandwich when I go to Chick-Fil-A and I have not had a bad one to date. read more

I spoke to 3 employees"I'll check" and the manager kept turning his back to me. All the customers around me came and went with their platters, and I still stood there. I had a great experience here last week. Everyone (like at every franchise) is extremely nice and I was met with a "my pleasure" at every turn. My drink was refilled by a passing employee who noticed me absentmindedly shaking my cup trying to get out the remnants. Then, ultimate victory, they accidentally made too many ice creams for an order... Rather than trashing it, an employee walked to our table and offered it to me and my daughter. Day MADE!! read more

I am constantly amazed at how polite, helpful, and happy every employee is during all my visits. The dining area is always clean, and who doesn't like their mascot walking around the store?? The employees are all friendly. They all know their regular customers by name. They walk around making sure all the customers have what they need. They work to make each customer pleased! I placed two Dine-in orders (some for take-out) in the past 4 days and both were wrong. First order Number 5542054 was missing two kids fries and today's order Number 5548942 was missing a GRL Chicken Sandwich. I use to love eating here but because of my own personal beliefs I will no longer support this company. Regardless of my beliefs vs theirs I do have a few things that always really bothered me. Their food is great but what's the deal with not wanting to give any one sauce? I buy a 12 pack of nuggets and ask for two sauces and I ALWAYS get one. The last few times I went in to this location the cashiers asked me the same question, "is one okay?" No, I'd like two and with their prices, maybe I'd like 3 or 4. When I tell them no I'd like more they still only give me ONE! It just makes them look cheap. The other issue is the drive thru. Seriously? That drive thru is a joke. And why do they have pushy people outside wanting your order right away and then WHILE YOUR ORDERING they ask you to continue to drive forward. I watched the car in front of me almost hit a family walking in because the Chick-fil-A employee wanted them to keep pulling forward while ordering. They tried to pull that with me and I told them, while they robotically walked forward, I'll pull foruwhen I'm done with my order. First off Chick-fil-a has awesome fast food. I have no complaints about the food at all. My issue is that my credit card info was stolen from this location. I ate dinner here, then had my kids play at the play place for a bit. During the time I was dinning my credit card info was stolen and used at another chick fil a location as well as chipotle and Tillys. I contacted the manager at this location who was very nice, he took my info said he would call corporate as well as the other chick fil a location and get back to me. I felt like the situation was getting resolved but I never heard back from anyone. I had to handle everything through my credit company but I feel chick fil a is responsible. My card info was stolen at their restaurant and used at two of their locations. The manager should have taken some responsibility and called me back about the incident. So if you eat here bring cash don't use the credit card readers. They do not have the chip reader option. read more

Eat breakfast here very often. Staff in the AM is wonderful. In the evenings, this place is packed, and not enough parking. One time I did drive-thru for family, they short changed me on chicken nuggets, we called to tell them, they promised to shoot us a coupon to make up for the oversight...never got anything. This is the new Chick-fil-a in Highlands Ranch. They are still working out some kinks here. They have the two lane order system which doesn't make sense to me as there is only one window and this everyone gets bottlenecked anyway. This also makes for awkward spacing as I wasn't able to move close enough to the order speaker but they were already asking. It's also difficult to hear as the other loud speaker is going for the person next to you. On opening day they forgot my requested ketchup. Today they asked me to pull forward after paying to wait for my chicken sandwich because it was going to be another four minutes. After ordering, I was already in line for at least 5 minutes before the window. The layout of the parking lot isn't the greatest in terms of pulling in and out quickly. You also can't turn left back onto the street to get to the light at Highlands Ranch Pkwy. They don't have antibiotic free chicken yet, but they will soon implement that. It's also disappointing that they have coca cola drinks filled with high fructose corn syrup and aspartame which leads to higher profits rather than going with a better product like zevia for instance. Hopefully they get better here so I can leave a five star review later. read more
