    Spicy Turkey Melt
    Cindy L.

Have been wanting to try this place for so long and now I'm filled with regret. Southwest salad soggy with slimy slivers of what's supposed to be chicken for $15 soggy spicy turkey melt with rotten avocado and watered down potato soup. Waste of $35 dollars

This location was very clean and quick on service. I ordered the chicken salad sandwich with lemonade and Oreo cheesecake. Everything was very tasty and the ambiance was fairly quiet- it didn't feel like you had to yell across the table at whoever you were eating with. My friend had tried to order a different kind of cheesecake but they were out. I had never eaten the Oreo cheesecake before and I would come back just for that. Would come back here again!

Received a tasty boxed lunch from one of the MacAlisters for lunch one day at work so decided to bring my daughter here for lunch. The ladies taking our order were friendly. Salad and fruit were fresh. Food came out quickly. Clean.

Turkey cranberry club?? Where's the meat?! I paid $10.29 for this! Unacceptable is too many ways.

I'd give 0 stars if I could!! This place used to be good but today it was totally disgusting! Ordered the cranberry club sandwich @$10.29! There was hardly any thing on it! Where's the Turkey? Shriveled lettuce too! The place is dirty and nasty tables that were not cleaned! There was one lady sitting inside and no one else. The teenagers working (?) in back we're not attentive at all and more interested in goofing off with each other than doing their jobs. Where is the management?!!! Do not go here and waste your money and time. After posting this, I will post to McAlisters corporate website. They need to shut this place down!

I placed my order at 157 pm arrived and waited in line for 20 minutes got to the front and was told they did not cook any spuds. My order was accepted by the store at 159 pm at that time they should of started making my order. I received nothing but excuses from the manager zero accountability. It is now 256 pm and I am still waiting on my order. Veggie Spud Sour Cream ($0.00) 1 $8.99 Subtotal $8.99 Tax $0.63 Total $9.62 I'm very disappointed and due to this experience will not return to this location. Just received my order at 307pm and to make me feel better she gave me a cheesecake that has an expired date of 12/28/21 today is 1/2/2022. When I received the food it was not like I ordered she took it back and made it right. I must admit the spud taste great but the service was trash.

Wife and I came in here on a whim and decided to sit down and eat. Place is nicely appointed with plenty of tables and booths. On our visit the place was clean and all the employees were polite, friendly and professional. We placed our order and here's why I couldn't give it a 5 star, we waited over 20 minutes for our order. I had the Mcalister's Club on country white bread with potato salad as a side. The sandwich was turkey, bacon, romaine and spinach lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese, and some honey mustard type sauce, absolutely delicious. The potato salad was better than most places, not enough mustard for my taste, and a little heavy on the relish they mix in. My wife has the spicy turkey melt, turkey, bacon, white cheese lettuce, tomato on some kind of hoagie bun, we both really liked that. They mac and cheese is just mac and cheese. I had a strawberry lemonade with mine, wow probably my new go-to drink, loved it. Its VERY tangy, make your mouth pucker! So except for the wait it's a great place to eat and I would highly recommend, and definitely will return, we'll just call ahead and order!

This location just opened. My family and I decided to have dinner there. The wait time wasn't too bad. We waited for about 7 minutes to give our order. The young lady who took my order was very friendly and even answered a few questions that I had. There was a national trainer there so they are still learning. The seating area was pretty clean and there was plenty of seating. Our food came out in 10 minutes. There was someone walking around asking if we needed refills amd taking empty dishes which was great. Now on to the food. I ordered the chicken salad on croissant with broccoli and cheese soup. The chicken salad taste great and I appreciate that they grilled the bread. The soup was good as well. The sweet tea is just like I remembered it from another location I use to visit, it was delicious. I had a decent meal and good service. It was a little pricey. It was $35 for 2 meals and a kids meal. If you dine in the kids meal is only $1.50. Not a cheap meal but you do get a good portion size. We will definitely be back to try more things on the menu. I'm glad they open this location!!!

Revamed and awesome. The food is perfect. When I say perfect, it is as described. My McAlister's club had flavorful meats, cheeses, toasted, fresh veggies and spread with a appropriate amount of mayo/ honey mustard. Did a half cup of country potato soup. I was warmed to my soul. It felt like home. Firm potato's and bacon in every bite. I will be back to explore more of the menu. Bring a friend and enjoy a conversation. Trust me, that is what this place is made for.

Suppose to be Garden Garden Fresh Turkey Sandwich without cheese and no pickles

So the first time I went was 3/23/24 Saturday and I told the cashier that I was allergic to pickles , cheese and she told the cooks not to place a pickle in my meal and they added the pickle anyways, after calling they told me I had 24hr to get my remake, when I went to get my remake , there was hair in the whole sandwich . Here is a video . I am sadden because this location was a favorite place to go to and now I don't even want to waste my time coming anymore . I was going to call but I felt like they'll spit in my food since they didn't care to wear a hair net or even watch what they are doing because they added cheese to my meal and I am also allergic to cheese and in the order it suppose to have no cheese either just like the first one

Men's Restroom -McAlister's Deli in Hiram - 8/14/22 - 4:00 pm - With less than 5 customers in the restaurant. Beyond Disappointing!
    James S.

My cousin and I were extremely excited to visit a McAlister's location closer to the Douglas County area today! Previously, we experienced exceptional food and service at the location near Kennestone Hospital. With that said, the Hiram location was a HUGE disappointment! A dirty table, which we had to wipe ourselves, several food items forgotten in our online order, lackluster food/presentation, and unsanitary bathrooms. Too much negative to even consider returning...

I really enjoy their house, salads and the chopped veggies with ranch. Only issue is sometimes the lettuce could be a little crisper.

If you have hand-cut fries, you have a friend in me, if they are really good, you have a fan! My first trip I went specifically for the Reuben. It is what I saw that they had and that was my mission. It was a good Reuben, I think enjoyed it and would go back for another. This trip I was thinking Cheesesteak, but the Outlaw caught my attention, a cheesesteak with a twist. I was a fan of the twist. If you are looking for a good Rueben with a fantastic flavor this is one spot you will want to add to your list to try. Been there twice now and ordered both times. Both times were exactly the same. They do also offer breakfast, which is what others in my party ordered both times. They also didn't disappoint on that either. So it wasn't just fluke they got it right the first time. Prices are not out of control either, which is good in this times. Thank you for that. Never had convenience and quality come together so beautifully. The food, the service, the ambiance are all fantastic. I was torn between shawarma and lamb shank - the staff recommended the lamb shank, which I'm happy about. It was fall off the bone tender. They could have gone heavier on the spices but they give you sauce (tahini and garlic mayo-ish). The bread was amazing too... fresh, fluffy and warm. The food came out super quick. There's plenty of seating - it's a large space with many booths and tables. The decor is lovely. I wish they were playing some Arabic music to round off the experience. There's ample parking in the lot. If you're wondering if the restaurant is Palestinian - it is. I asked the staff lol. Will definitely be back to try more of the menu before I leave Marietta.

After a morning of moving boxes, on the way to the new site, we decided to pick up some sandwiches for everyone and this shop was on the way. The staff are all very friendly and pleasant. We waited while they prepared our order. Quite a few people stopped in to pick up orders and the phone rang a few times too, so clearly the locals know about this shop. I used the restroom while we waited and it was clean. The inside has a few small tables if you choose to dine in. They have a variety of beverages for sale to go with your order as well as chips and desserts! So you are covered. They got our order for four correct; the meats, cheese, veg and breads are fresh. Friendly people and a clean facility. All good. A chalkboard menu on the wall has sandwich suggestions and a cooler full of cold drinks is in the dining area. A small parking area is out front on a side road.

The wall a/c unit also needs to be completely cleaned as it appears to have some grime building up. Now for the biggest disappointment ... our food. Coffee - yummy Country fried steak biscuit..... yea nope not again. It's just like it says just a huge very thin slice of commercial packaged frozen patty of country fried steak laid across an open faced biscuit. I had a side of fresh fruit. They recently added a food truck and it is just as good. We tried it at The Outpost from Drowned Valley Brewing on Euharlee Creek (near Cartersville). A compact but flavorful menu featured the best food truck meal we've had to date (that includes lobster rolls, craft pizza, Phillies, Asian, etc.) Our new favorite: fried ribs. Five meaty ribs with light breading and just enough fry taste. We were cautious; our annual cardiologist visit was three days off. No worries; this was perfect. The side was a healthy helping of fresh potato salad. We paired it with Drowned Valley's just-released summer shandy (3.5 percent ABV). Also good: Chicken tenders with fries. We've added Salt & Pepper mobile to our stalking list as we'd do this again tomorrow. It was the best $18 we've yet to spend at a food truck. Service: excellent. Fast and you carry a buzzer that tells you the order is up. Ambiance. A food truck with a convenient design and friendly folks making magic inside. How good? We're trying to convince them to open a brick-and-mortar closer to Rome, Ga.
