Today was the worst experience I've ever had at a chick fil a by far! I was told to pull around the drive thru area to wait for my food, I waited for 20 minutes before I decided to call because my young daughter was crying in the back seat. During that call an employee approached & another car was driving the wrong way towards me, so the person on the other line was confused as to who I was talking to, I told her my name that was on the order! I proceeded to park in a spot where they could "find" me. I waited another 15 minutes before I finally got my food, when I was approached I didn't get an explanation as to what happened or an apology! I got home with my order & my daughters chicken nugget box was doused in some kind of dry sauce, her fry box was half empty & they didn't give us any sauce! I am LIVID at the way they treated this situation & didn't even have the decency to make sure the order was prepared correctly. Extremely disappointing!!! read more

I come here during my lunch break and am always shocked at how many other customers are here, but even more shocked at how well the staff is able to handle it. I pulled around in the drive through after placing my order and my food was waiting on me as opposed to me having to wait at the window for minutes like what happens at many other restaurants. I could eat Chick-fil-A everyday but Sunday. I am always impressed with the friendliness, speed and accuracy of the Holland, OH location, usually without exception! Today, October 1, 2021 around 1pm was a great experience for me. I always place my mobile order and just hop in the drive-thru lane. The lines were long for the lunch rush and I was just waiting my turn. I see a tall young man named Jordan come running across all the parking lot to bring me my order. Someone recognized my orange jeep, and remembered my routine and processed my mobile order! Jordan than directed traffic so I could get out of the drive-thru lane quickly. AMAZING SERVICE. Went through the drive through expecting to wait forever because the line was so long, but they had workers walking up the line taking orders. Not only were they were such great workers but they were so organized and polite on top of it. We placed our order, paid, and got up to the window to receive our food in about five minutes! My first time at Chick-fil-A there old news but I'm late bloomer.. I wasn't impressed. I also grab Chinese ..so I got a couple different things for lunch. I did the drive through at Chick-fil-A i had the original sandwich I didn't want to do anything fancy I want what put them on the map! So I stuck with the basic chicken sandwich! and it was swimming in oil! I'm not understanding the grease thing everything was soaked and grease the bread and the chicken breast. and I just don't understand what all the rave is about? how is that considered good eats? The service here was Amazing!!! The drive thru was packed and I thought for sure it would take forever. This was not the case they were well staffed had extra employees taking orders. They were friendly and helpful and I was extremely impressed how fast we got through line and had our food in hand and our order was 100 percent accurate!!! This is a MODEL chick fil A and other stores could learn from them. Kudos to the managers here because they are doing everything right not only was drive thru packed but dining area hopping so I would highly recommend this store it's great to see positive employees too that truly seem to care about their job!!! As this is a chain, you know the food-you know what you get. The main reason for my review: the dining room person that walked around. This man made us uncomfortable. Our food was okay-the temperature of all the food was lukewarm at best. I still have trouble understanding the very high price for such a little amount of food. I would not go here on my own-any visit is at a request from someone. The prices are just much too high to justify the small amount of food with meals. For this visit-I would never return to this location. I do not like that in the drive thru line, you are expected to know your order before seeing the menu. I know it's chicken but when you visit very little, I don't feel the need to pull up the menu on my phone for every visit nor should people with me. That is the reason for the menu boards. There should be two lines for customers-those who pre order & know their order & those that want to view the menu. It doesn't take any time difference on either end. Since the drive thru line was long, we went inside to get it to go. While waiting for our food, we sat in the restaurant having our drinks. An older man walked around the room telling us to download the app etc---no thank you. After about a 30 min wait for our food, we just ate at our table-again, this man visited our table too often for us to just enjoy eating & chatting with our group. We cleaned up our table and got some trash thrown away. This man also grabbed some of our trash. Here's where I have a HUGE problem: We had a couple sauce dips that we did not use (and they had food on them from our other food items). I understand not wanting to waste unopened sauces but this man took them out of our trash pile, wiped off the spilled food on them, & put them back with NEW sauces. WHAT??? If we didn't see this ourselves, I wouldn't understand why this happened. Especially with covid----random people have touched these items & these sauces were in the trash pile but yet, this employee took them out of the trash pile & put them back with NEW sauces. I was absolutely grossed out!!! I would not want to know the sauce packet I had was in a trash pile, had other food on the packet, and then had been in another order--but I probably have gotten one now seeing how this was handled. This should NOT happen at all. Especially with covid! Good golly. That is totally unacceptable. Employees need to understand proper handling of customer's food items. In no way should sauce packets used or not used by a customer be put back into a new customer's order---these packets were covered in food drips, put with other trash, and then put back like new. Disgusting. I would NOT visit this location---there are others in the area that you might not get this type of service. read more

I come here way too often to give it anything less than 5 stars. Delicious fast food, super friendly/nice/helpful staff, a little play place for kids, clean interior. Can't complain. Parking lot tends to be full during peak times, but I sneak across from the Chipotle or Big lots parking lot if that's the case. Staff comes around asking if you refills on your beverage. Forget all of the politics surrounding Chik-fil-A, let's talk flavor. Oh, uhh, what's that? The flavor? Yeah, the flavor sucks.

We were in town for a softball tournament from Michigan. The food was good as usual but what was most impressive was how we got our food. If you have ever ate at Chick-fil-A then you know how constantly crowded it gets, especially at 12:00 pm on a Saturday. I decided to take the drive thru instead of ordering inside. As I pulled up there must have been 25 cars in 2 lines. At least 5-6 employees were there to greet us to expedite the ordering process. The young lady was extremely polite, and had a menu waiting which I needed since we were at least 8 cars from the ordering screen. As I pulled up to the drive thru window I was greeted by name (which the first girl asked for to put on the receipt). The 2nd young lady who was at the window wore a terrific smile and and read back my order to a "T". We asked for multiple sauces, and my wife asked if they were all in the bag, to which she replied "if you asked for them, I guarantee they are in the bag" which she then handed to me. Of course we checked and she was right. Everything we ordered was in the bag. I gave a shout out to the whole crew through the drive thru window as they made this a pleasurable experience of which I had my doubts when I initially pulled in. The entire drive through process was no more than 3-5 minutes. Outstanding job to the folks at this location. It that short amount of time you put every other fast food restaurant with a drive thru to shame. read more

Every time we go to this restaurant, the staff is so very friendly, helpful, and cheerful, without exception. They are reason enough to patronize this restaurant. They are that good at what they do. My spicy deluxe chicken sandwich was wonderful. The chicken was juicy with a crunchy crust and just enough heat to make it delicious without being overbearing. The lettuce was crisp and the tomato was fresh. My wife had the Chic-fil-A chicken sandwich and described it as, "Delicious, like a piece of chicken on a bone, but without the bone, so juicy and yummy!" We each had a large bowl of chicken noodle soup. The stock was reduced until it was thick and viscous. It had so much concentrated chicken flavor that gave off such a wonderful aroma. The pieces of chicken and vegetables were large, but perfectly sized for a mouthful. This soup is not wanting for tender noodles, either. My wife has a virus, and the doctor told her that chicken stock made with the bones of the chicken helps the body combat the virus. This is homemade style chicken soup of the finest order! Ended up here since I was in the area for work and was looking for a good lunch spot. I've never had chick-fil-a before so figured why not? The place was BUSY - there were 2 drive up lines and the parking lot was packed. Instead of having people order at the screens, they had 4 employees working the lines and directing cars to the window. The girl who took my order was friendly & efficient, and was actually able to take my credit card payment right then and there which was nice. After a brief wait I was able to get my order at the window and head out. Total time actually spent there from the moment I pulled in the lot to the moment I left was 5-10 minutes at he VERY most which was impressive given how busy they were. I got a deluxe chicken sandwich with waffles fries and chick-fil-a sauce. Fries were good, sauce was tasty. Chicken sandwich was cooked well and was nice and hot but still juicy. However.. I wasn't impressed. It was very greasy and nothing special. I honestly am not sure I'd go back if in the area... it wasn't super flavorful, all I could taste was pickles and I was just disappointed considering the cult hype behind this place. That being said, I wanted to give this 3 stars but fast food places are hard to rate since it's likely not that locations fault that the food is so meh. So so impressed with the service I received just now! I have never been treated so kindly anywhere else. Chinemere was our cashier and he greeted us with a smile and took care to make sure our order was correct. He even gave us a second receipt when he realized the first one was wet. Once we were seated several staff came by to check on us, refill our drinks, and clear trays. The food was delicious too. I don't know about all chik-fil-a restaurants as I have only been to 2, but this one has the friendliest staff of any fast food joint. They seem to genuinely want to help you. I'm not even a fan of chicken in the fast food arena,but my wife loves this place and has drug me there many times. I like to experiment so I've tried a lot of the menu and for what it is it tastes great. You have to get the chikfila sauce though and pour it on. That's what makes it great.
