Only Giving one star due to the fact that my Drink and hash brown was the only thing correct with my order this morning! Went through the drive thru on a Good Friday morning hungry at that, expecting my order that I oh so love so much to be the best like it normally is which is the breakfast menu #6 Bacon, sausage, Egg and cheese biscuit (hold the egg) but I was WRONG! Had to drive back to the restaurant due to my order being incorrect missing the bacon .. had to turn all the way around and go back to the restaurant and re order my food again .. just to now receive it with only the biscuit, cheese and bacon not noticing the meal was incorrect until I made it to work not only once But TWICE! Called the store serval times by this time I'm already at work STARVING.. No answer from the store left serval vm's and all . 12:15pm hits I receive a call From Luis Garza the ruddiest manager chick fil ever could have hired.. i spoke with the gentleman and requested a refund and some type of compensation due to the order being incorrect and the inconvenience.. he told me NO to the compensation or rewards due to me not being a day to day customer at the location which is fine carried on to request the refund and also mentioned calling corporate due to him saying no .. processing to carry with the refund this man tells me that's he is not giving me an refund and to call corporate and once he receives an email from corporate about my experience he will further assist . Which is not acceptable! When my order was completely wrong .. told me to bring that I have my food and really no refund is entitled due to me getting my food... I don't know what restaurant any of these reviewers have been to. This is literally a storefront within a hospital cafeteria. There is no drive-through, and they don't serve many of the items that people are complaining about in these very old reviews. They serve the chicken sandwich, nuggets, and fries along with a few additional items. It's not made to order, so it may not be as fresh as your custom to, but I can assure you of familiar taste in a hospital setting is a good thing. read more

This location went from best fast food location in houston to worst fast food location in the holcombe medical center area (although jack on the box down the street is totally sketchy). I used to go here about 200-250 times a year. They used to have perfect, consistently good service. Then they started forgetting my salad dressing, dressing for wraps, giving me wrong orders, etc. Also their staff seemed to become 16 year old kids over night, always having a good time joking around while messing up my order. Around this time I was getting sick of chik-fil-a in general and i only went there because it was fast, consistent, healthy, and close to home. Anyway, this was a perfect time to give up the CFA routine because eating unpredictable chicken meals wasn't fun. Fast forward 2 years, and my girlfriend goes through the exact same experience. First mistake: gave her no salad dressing with her salad. Mistake number two: giving her diet when she asked for regular. She complained the second time using their website and she gave them my phone number (wish she didn't). Next week I get like 10 calls from Chik-Fil-A west u's management telling me how they need to resolve the issue because the corporate office flags local restaurants that get complaints. I assumed the voice mails were wrong numbers and I only called them back so they'd stop "incorrectly" calling me. I told the manager that I don't want to talk to them since I am too busy to discuss chik-fil-a matters (unlike now where I am pecking this essay out slowly on an iPad), and not to worry about it. But the manager was annoyed and frustrated. she told me she NEEDED to resolve it to get corporate off of their back. The manager then tells me she wants to meet with my girlfriend to discuss her experience. Umm weird. I also got the impression that she thought I was pretending to be my girlfriend or using a fake name when complaining or something. Kind of annoying because I could sense her pride in "figuring out" that it was me complaining when it really wasn't. Also she said they'd mail my girlfriend coupons for free stuff but they never did. She never expected freebies but why say it and not do it? The phone calls from management were weird, amounted to nothing, and her "I am doing this because we are flagged until we resolve this" attitude didn't impress me. She also voluntarily explained to me that the service is bad because they have really high turnover. Umm honesty is nice I guess. If it weren't for the new spicy sandwich and their delicious breakfast I would be done with chik-fil-a for a while. Bonus things I hate about chik-fil-a: Misspelling words on purpose is not funny and business would not suffer one bit if they dropped the stupid "cows can't spell" humor. The only people who are impressed by cows are 5 year olds who could benefit from exposure to CORRECTLY spelled words. Instead of closing on Sundays, just donate all profits to charities and churches. Some people want to work, and they can always go to evening service. I hate the little plastic cups full of cheerios they lay out to remind you how boring regular breakfast can be compared to chik fil a (although they are right). Edible meat mascot = stupid. Restaurants that blatantly remind us of the animals we eat are just obnoxious. I eat all meat. I hate the stupid cow gelling me to eat chicken. Just shut up and get a normal mascot that does not remind us that we are killing poor farm creatures. Ever hear if Grimace, Hamburglar, burger king "king" or "noid" from dominos? taco bell chihuahua. I placed an online order to be delivered to me. The order was placed at 12:21 I called multiple times to get an update on my order at 1:10 someone finally answered. The lady I spoke to told me they were short on drivers but that my order was ready!!!! as soon as she told me that i got a notification that my card was gonna be charged for the order. I called again around 2! I believe i spoke to the manager and I've got to say he was extremely rude. This location needs to have better customer service! And notify people of what's going on with their orders. I would give this location a 0 if I could! Ridiculous never buying from here again. Disappointed and embarrassed. I have never been mistreated at a Chick Fil A in my life. I visit different locations 2-3 times a week so today was a first. I ordered a chicken strip meal, salad and cookie. I asked the lady at the drive through window if I could have a fork. She told me there was one in my bag. She was clearly on edge and was literally hollering at people to drive up faster in line by leaning out the window. This was in the noon hour today. She was even being short with the poor kid that was outside the window helping her. I parked my car and searched for a fork. Instead I found a kids meal toy watch. I went back and literally walked up to the window with the toy and told her it was a toy and I needed a fork. I leave again. I park and pulled out all my food and saw it was a kids meal. Which should have dawned on me earlier but it didn't. So I go back through the drive through. When I pulled up to the window they asked for my receipt. Which I was not given bc she was too busy being ugly to people to hand it to me. I even apologized even though it wasn't my fault. Not to mention I had wasted 30 minutes of my time on my lunch break to get it right. I was literally embarrassed by her behavior. Am I really going to waste my time to cheat CFA for a 4 count chicken strip ? I didn't even get so much as a sorry. I have never encountered a hateful person at CFA in my life. You really can't be hard on a chickfila that's inside the hospital... it beats Hospital food! (Although MDACC has decent food)... regardless, many hospitals don't have a chickfila inside! Anyways, they don't have a full fledged menu but they have waffle fries, breaded nuggets, chickfila sandwiches with or without pickles, and the chargrilled sandwich... along with their lemonade and sauces. I generally love Chik Filet but this location is probably the worst one in Houston. I have only been to this location about four times but each experience has been subpar. A long line is usual at ChikFilet but the line at this location moves quite slow. I have never waited at any other chikfilet as long as I have waited at this one. In addition to that my food is ALWAYS cold. Each time i have ordered food from this location it is always cold. First let me say I'm a huge fan of Chick-fil-A.... so this is unusual to rate so low. It has to do with staff who act like it's no big deal to clean the counter tops while five people (2 patients and 3 employees) wait for them to put nuggets into boxes. The nuggets have been sitting in the strainer for min. of 5 minutes! This is located in one of the most prestigious hospitals in the world and these staff members should be ashamed that they have such a bad attitude. This is a first!
