This review is strictly for the service, most CFA franchise's are comparable in taste, it is fast food right, what can go wrong besides the fry oil maybe being old or stale buns, it is your standard CFA food for this location. The service here has never been outstanding, pretty average, but something happened the other day that made them lose a customer (at least for awhile) - me. I ordered the soup & salad combo but asked to sub the chicken tortilla soup for the chicken noodle. I was informed there was an up charge of $2 which was fine, I agreed to pay. Upon getting my food with the wrong soup, I was told that I was not charged the extra $2 and that to exchange the wrong order I would have to pay. This wouldn't have been a problem had I actually had cash on hand or had I not been in a slight hurry and did not have time to wait on the extra transaction. I work in the food industry and know that true customer service would have been, "here, eat the tortilla soup, the up charge is on us since we made the mistake of not charging your right in the first place." So instead of receiving a happy customer for life that thinks "hey this place is alright, they're fixing the mistake and they didn't even charge me," they're getting a disgruntled customer that is writing this all in a Yelp review. read more

Been to this location twice & both times we get a medium amount of fries in a Large order. I initially wasn't going to post a review due to the actual food being good. So after I finish my food I drink my large sweet tea that I ordered & it was unsweetened. Completely unsatisfied & will be going back to my alternate location from now on. I normally never have a problem with Chick-fil-A I love their service love their food however I found it very odd that I went through drive-through to order me a salad and the salads to me are pretty big I normally have two dressings I asked if I could purchase a additional dressing because I only have one the manager look at me and said no and walked away with an attitude I didn't understand is why I couldn't purchase it this is never happened before any other location you can purchase another one to go with your salad read more

I appreciate it very much, it is very clean, neat, quality Exellent for fast food and they are always having different events for the family. Not my best Chick Fil A experience. My chargrilled chicken breast was a little dry today. But more importantly, the cashier made a couple mistakes: 1) I ordered a meal, which is supposed to come with a medium drink. She gave me a small. Not that big of a deal, but I had to refill after every 4 or 5 drinks. It seriously looked like a kiddie drink. 2) I asked for my meal to come with a side salad, and then I also asked for a small fry too. I didn't get the fry when they delivered my food to the table, I pointed it out. The cashier did not ring the fry in, so they made me pay for it. I've always had great Chick Fil A experiences, so I'll chalk this one up to an unlucky day, but hopefully it's better next time. read more

I love this location! I always get great service as well as nice little perks. They are always quick to get people in and out even when there are a million people there most days. Two reasons why this CFA is getting 5 stars from me: 1. The soda fountain and tea containers are accessible to patrons, so you don't have to go up to the cashier to ask for refills. I only know of 1 other CFA in Houston that has this set up (on I-10 and Silber). 2. I may have been really lucky, but my sandwich had the largest chicken breast that I have ever received at a CFA. That big piece of meat being inside me was incredibly satisfying. Hopefully future sandwiches from this location will provide breasts that big. read more

This is definitely not the same crew who works the lunch or dinner rush. I only came in for cookies. Took almost 10 minutes and they were already made. The cashier checks to see if they have them, turns around, tells me yes, and I agree to purchase the 4 that are available. Within a minute, the person who prepares the food tosses the cookies on the dispenser and the staff just look at them. I'm the only person of the 2 that are in the location that ordered cookies. They sit and sit for minutes. The lady closest by literally watched the cook toss them there to be bagged. Unacceptable! read more

This location used to give amazing customer service and was quick and efficient with the service as well as with the quality of the food. Over the years not only does the drive through line take forever, but the food is nothing to keep coming back for. I now come to chick fil a as a last resort where as I used to eat here almost every other day. The bread from the chicken sandwiches are old and stale and the fries are almost always never fresh. I'm done giving them chance after the fifth mistake, I think it's time to stop going to this location. I usually go pick up at chick fil A. They usually always do a great job. Today I didn't feel like leaving the house. I normally don't do delivery services because of the incredible service fee involved. Today I decided to try it. When I googled chick fil A delivery, I link through Yelp to grubhub popped up. I seriously advice both Yelp and Chick fil A to disassociate your name with this delivery service. They quoted me 20-40 minutes. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes. The food was cold by the time I got it. When I called to find out where my food was, the "customer service " rep told me there really isn't anything I can do but wait. I asked for a refund because I just spent $30 on two meals at chick fil A and it late and probably cold. I asked to speak to a manager. I waited on hold for 10 more minutes for the manager. While on hold, my food arrived. No remorse from the driver, just excuses. The bad thing is I can't take the tip away. When the manager finally picked up, he apologized for the food being late, but that was it. I asked for a refund and he told me he would refund me for just the food that was cold. The fruit cup and drinks I still had to pay for. That is the BARE MINIMUM of what he should do. I work in a customer service industry and know it's the whole experience, not just the cold food. Do not use GRUBHUB. They do not care about their customers. It was the first and last time I give them my hard earned money. read more

I love and only ever order the Spicy Deluxe Sandwich, Chick-n-Strips, Waffle Potato Fries, Strawberry Milkshake, and their sodas (of which never taste flat, unlike other fast food chains). This goes for every Chick-Fil-A I've ever been to (12 different ones to be exact!) -- to me, their quality of food is second to none in the fast food industry. Their track record in consistency isn't spotty like other fast food joints. Your chicken is always done right. The restaurant staff are superb and the aim for customer satisfaction is on level with how Amazon operates in its industry. It's really unfortunate when you know what time breakfast ends. You get there on time to order. Everyone inside the restaurant in line gets what is requested but when I get to the front I'm told I can no longer order breakfast. It was 10:47 on a Saturday and breakfast ends at 10:45. Obviously I was in line and you saw me so the least you could do it make my order since I got there on time. I hate getting shitty service. I could understand if I was in the drive through and you had no way of seeing when I got there. I also hate that only one person was ringing up which made the line move slower but as soon as 10:46 comes someone else wants to get on register and tell me I can't order breakfast. Ordered breakfast on the Chickfila app at 10:15 for 2 spicy chicken biscuits, when I was in the area it notified me to click "prepare my order". Once I clicked on that around 10:32 it said they were no longer serving breakfast. I went inside and told them my situation a lady in the baby blue shirt (maybe supervisor) told me they were no longer serving breakfast and had no more biscuits left, so I had no choice than to order lunch... while I was ordering I overheard the cashier next to me ringing up another employee saying they only have chicken biscuits left for breakfast items... so I told my cashier "how come she just said they have chicken biscuits..." and she seemed shocked when I confronted her. Behind the smiling faces. What you don't know ... Did you know employees are not allowed to park at the store? Cars get stolen and broken into, then chickfila ducks responsibility cause they make you park at Walmart or somewhere else. They stole the catalytic converters off my wife's Toyota. Replacement cost $3,100 + labor. On a chickfila income. Really ? So next time you see the smiling faces remember, some times you smile or laugh to keep from crying. read more
