When we open our food bag, the boxes of the sandwiches were soggy. We ordered two of the Spicy Delux Sandwiches. The sandwiches looked like it was thrown together. The bread was so soggy that the moment you touch it, it would fall apart. We never experienced this before with ANY Chick Fil A joint. We didn't finish our food cause it is not appetizing anymore. Had a simple order - nugget meal and kid's meal. Obviously was too much for them to handle, because they didn't give me my daughter's chicken or toy...just french fries and milk. Chick-fil-A is already my favorite fast food restaurant, this location however has so many other amazing perks that makes it my number 1. The staff is respectful and very sweet as well as helpful. I had my sons birthday party there last year, and they where there to help me with the set up were accommodating as far as the changes in the food order. My family is obsessed with Chick-fil-A. We come to this location at least two times a week. This morning, we came in to this location to have breakfast. We always wash our hands first. While we were in the restroom, a Chick-fil-A girl/woman wearing a red Chick-fil-A shirt came into the restroom and used it. My son was still washing his hands as I saw her come out of the stall and go straight into the kitchen. I literally watched her in disbelief. I decided to just leave but my son was adamant that we should tell a manager. We asked for a manager and when he came to us, we told him. He didn't seem to care so we just left. Hands down the best service out of any that I have been to. The managers were cleaning during lunch rush! Never had any issues with this location until recently when it's become a consistent issue picking up my curbside meals. The last few times I picked up my orders the order was either incorrect, had the wrong/ missing sides and most recently I had ordered two meals and one of the entrees was completely missing. It was very inconvenient to have to drive back and forth to pick it up and to make matters worse it was a hassle having to explain to three different people the situation of just trying to pick up the missing entree which they tried to make me pay for twice even with the code I was given for just the entree. I visited during their grand opening so I will need to go back to further review them. It was very busy and there were @ 11 employees taking orders. I have eaten at other Chick-Fil-a's in the past but my experience here was very different. I only ordered a shake and I expected to set aside and receive it in a few minutes like the other locations. Instead I took a seat in the lobby and was told they would bring it to me. I was given some type of item to put on the table. I cant really describe it as it was different. Well I sat and waited and waited and finally someone asked me if I had been helped and I explained I had been waiting for over 20 minutes for a shake? Well they went to check and a few minutes later they arrived with my shake and offered me a gift card for a free sandwich on my next visit. I will go in for a real sit down in a few weeks after they get the kinks out and update my review then. read more

I eat at the Greenhouse location. I absolutely love eating here. I admire the way they provide such efficient, fast, service at their drive through. The employees are always so polite and nice. THANK YOU to all the employees for showing such good manners!!!!! You guys are a GREAT example for the little ones that are in the car with their mommies. I also want to mention one thing. Last summer I saw a chick-fil-a location on 1960 near I45 North. They covered the entire double drive through lanes with a roof. This provided the employees and customers protection from the rain and gave the employees shelter from the summer sun. There were also fans and lights installed throughout the covered driveway. I also noticed the outside employees had a vest with pouches that held the SOFT reusable ice packets against the chest and on their backs to help keep them cool. Let me be clear, it was the SOFT reusable ice packs. NOT the heavy hard plastic ice packs. That was really impressive to me. Perhaps Greenhouse location should do this for their employees. read more

This place seems to be getting a lot of flack. I went to use the free sammich coupon they sent me in the mail as part of their opening. Problems? The only problem I had was that maybe their staff is a bit too enthusiastic with asking if you like your food. I could barely take 2 bites before someone was asking me if I was happy with my food, if everything is okay, etc. That said, they may have been doing it because of all the poor reviews here or elsewhere. This may be their effort to increase customer service and keep on top of any issues. So otherwise, the fries were just as good as at any other CFA storefront, the lemonade was just as lemony. So took my 4 year old son in to play and have lunch after playing in the kids area for a while came out to sit and eat but was turned around cause I had a large bill to make payment. Very upset that they didn't accept my money I followed up with a call to get further information on why I was turned away the manager who answered the phone informed me that they don't but a Gm or assistant manager can take the payment cause it has to be checked verified then put in the safe when the young lady denied my payment the assistant manager was right next to her taking orders. Since I was a person of color and at the time restaurant was filled with white customers It felt real racist. As a establishment that based it company off religion I can't see how they allow racism inside the business and franchise I would never attempt to dine at this location or any other Chick Fil A restaurant ever again was my son favorite restaurant until we was racially discriminated against. read more

I work near near this location so I find myself going heer quite often. Pros: Easy to get to, great, friendly staff and the food is normally pretty good, a few times my fries for cold and my sandwich a little on the cold side but it's still pretty good! Cons: The parking is HORRIBLE, the is drive-thru causes accidents sometimes for those coming off the highway and a majority of the time, people do not follow proper instruction on how to enter and exit the parking lot. All and all I would say this location isn't too bad, not my favorite but I don't mind eating here. read more

This is the first time I've actually came inside, I have two kids with me that wanted to play. First stop, bathroom where there was no soap and no hand sanitizer.I am a frequent customer ar Chick Fil A so I've amassed a treat or two. I wanted to redeem my spicy deluxe reward but am not too fond of the lettuce and tomatoes so I asked that they be removed. Would you believe I was told that they would have to change me for removing the lettuce and tomatoes because the sandwich "came that way", seriously? Anywho, I proceeded to order and received French fries that tasted as if they had been cooked in burnt grease and a spicy sandwich that was cold and a piece of cheese that was just slapped on there. Because I was dining in, I took my food back to the counter where a manager Dalia (sp) was. I told her my concerns and she said with a nasty attitude might I add, "well what do you want, new food?" She then took the food and threw it away, I presume. I waited, and waited, and waited and then I saw her whisper something to another employee and hand him my food and he proceeded to give it to me. Customer service must not matter to some. I can say I won't be back and will continue to frequent the Mason Rd Chick Fil A. Not only is the parking lot and drive thru a complete disaster, today an employee jumped in front Of my moving vehicle because, according to her, I was not in the right lane. She stood in front of the car for a good two minutes yelling and wagging her finger until a manager came over to move her away, the two of them laughing as if any of it was funny. Great location, friendly staff, food always good! Parking/drive thru line can be a bit daunting for first timers but after visiting several times you learn the ropes.
