As I went through the drive-thru for lunch, I was greeted by a beautiful sight -- small American flags proudly displayed at the entrance, standing tall and radiant. As I moved forward to place my order, I was deeply touched to see that each branch of the U.S. military was represented by its flag, thoughtfully arranged for all to see. They not only got all of the chicken orders wrong but when I received my fruit cup there was cheese and an unknown substance inside the container. I didn't order anything including cheese for there to have been cross contamination within my order. This Chick Fil A is by far the best Chick Fil A I have ever gone to. The food is always perfect consistently. However a guy named Andrew who worked the drive through the night of 1/13/23 made the experience unforgettable. He is an exceptional employee with customer service of that I wouldn't have thought I'd ever experience at a fast food restaurant. He deserves every blessing that comes into his life. I wanted to put two stars because I LOVE chick fil a and what they stand for but I should have put 1. This chick fil a is one of the worst ones I have ever been to/worked at. Staring with just being a customer first. This is the slowest chick fil a. Their systems are incredibly inefficient and they have chosen to pick employees that have no desire to be there and give no pleasurable interactions. The food is almost always wrong or missing items and when you bring it to certain employees attention they give you attitude and act as if you just cut off one of their limbs. Crazy amount of wait times for something that should be convenient. Parking almost every other person and waiting on food that should be made in a "fast food" way. Now onto the working part of the job. I have worked at multiple chick fil as in multiple cities/states, this is the worst one i've ever experienced. Starting with the coworkers. It's a very toxic environment with different clicks and people consistently talking behind each others backs. This starts at the root with the actual owner of the restaurant. He barley comes in, and when he does, all he does is stand there with his arms folded correcting the workers on what they're doing wrong instead of filling them with positivity and determination. He also plays favorites and is always negative with anyone who is not a said favorite. He has let the people who are just money hungry and disinterested in treating the people below them as anything more than a worker. The people leading the restaurant do not try to create relationships with the team members and treat them with no respect. I can name a few names; Kate. Ary. Maci. Bry. Beulah. Samantha. I can name on one hand the few employees that do. Hannah who has worked there for a very long time without getting the recognition she truly deserves. Grace who is the sweetest girl and basically keeps the restaurant together everyday when others don't do their job. Carlie comes in everyday and works as hard as she can also gaining no recognition. To add on the quality of the restaurant is so bad, they do not clean properly, their systems for cleaning are horrible and inefficient as is the whole way the restaurant is ran. Lastly if you're thinking of visiting this particular chick fil a I would strongly advise against it. Especially if traveling you may add up to an extra 30 mins on your trip. If you're thinking about working here or moving up in the program. Don't.
