Food and cleanliness was great. Disappointed in the management to say the least... love coming to this Chick-fil-A with my family and friends. Visited tonight with my two daughters and left around closing time. One of the employees kindly asked the manager (whose name I asked for. Laylani??) what they should do before they leave. She then responded by saying, "I don't give a f***" I just wanna go home." My daughters are young, but getting to the age where hearing stuff like that can really start to impact their behavior. This is not up to the Chick-fil-A standards I grew up with. Wish the operator hadn't left so soon while I was there so I could speak to him and he could see how his employees act. Hope he reads this. We stopped by this Chick-fil-A in Huntsville with a bus full of students yesterday about Noon and were so impressed with the experience. We called ahead to let them know we were coming, and even with just 5-10 minutes' notice, the staff was incredibly hospitable. They were patient, kind, and handled the sudden rush with grace and efficiency. Our entire group was served in a timely manner, and the food was fresh and accurate.
