I had a great experience with Hunter last night! I came and his service was on point and excellent. He was very polite and was very helpful with some menu suggestions when I asked him if different things were good. He also added a special accommodation to my drink which was a half diet lemonade and half Hi-C fruit punch! Managers- please look at hunter and recommend him to become a trainer! The young ladies inside were nice and the service was good. Food was the same as always. Our problem was with the people working in the drive-thru. We decided not to go into the drive-thru because of the absolutely HEINOUS looks we were getting from them. I literally just went with my sister and we weren't doing anything but you could just tell the teenagers working the drive-thru were absolutely insufferable because of how unhappy they were to be there. They looked extremely pissed off that we would even show up to the drive-thru. We had to go inside. We were so embarrassed. I can never show my face on 74 again. We visited Saturday at about 3:15 pm. Food was fine. Customer service was fine- once we actually had someone help us. There was a lot of staff but they seemed to be doing anything other than helping the long line. We were trying to dine in. This store was set up pretty weird. There were only two registers available. This was also the dirtiest CFA I have ever been in. The bathroom was very dirty, tables were dirty, and the floor dirty. I'm not sure I would return to this location. Typical for Chic-fil-A, their food and hospitality are always A1. The issue they need to address is the speed of service. On multiple occasions, I have been the first guest in line, and rather than have my food delivered at the window, I've had to pull into the loading zone, and wait for someone to bring my food. I often see, what looks to be, the entire staff walking into the building, mere minutes before opening. They are either not prepped to go, or they are woefully slow. Either way, it is an inconvenience, and makes me regret coming to this location. read more

Good to have the dining room open. Order was correct although we kept having to ask for condiments, extra napkins, eating utensils. Food was good. Only problem was the lack of CLEAN tables. The few that looked fairly clean looked like they had been swiped about 3 times and left with crumbs. I swear the best chickfilA in North Carolina . They always keep the same energy I remember I forgot my wallet at home and they still gave me the food and said come back when ever to pay for it. Chick-fil-A is great every time. It's always consistently delicious. This particular location surprised me today with their efficiency at the drive through. Our line was at least eight cars deep and we had quite a few menu items. Total weight time was less than five minutes. Are they paying their employees a lot more than other fast food joints? This is one of the busiest Chick-fil-A because it is on Independence Blvd. The staff if friendly and your meal is served quickly. Have used both the drive through and dine in at the restaurant. Always order the Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich, Waffle Fries- they are so addicting and unsweetened ice tea. It's like a weekly treat. read more

This is a great location. They are always clean and have good customer service. It's the only chick fil a in Indian trail, but they certainly are worth it. Fresh food with healthy options is always a plus. Drive through is different where you have a person outside taking your order and paying at the same time. So everyone mostly knows Chick-fil-A. I mean the food is great, actually pretty darn good. Milkshakes are the bomb. You can go healthy with any meal practically. Staff is always friendly, clean restaurants, and the drive thru they have down to a science. Since the pandemic I know for me drive thru seems easier, and so does everyone else! This particular Chick-fil-A has truly conquered this potential problem of take out and drive thru. They have designated spaces to curbside delivery. This is great because you enter the space number and they don't have to try and figure out which grey car your in. (Or red or whatever) Some have it where you just park anywhere. It's a lot easier than the drive thru, just order it on the app and they come right out. This is by far the best way in my experience. read more

To say the response was feeble and inadequate would be couching the sentiment in the kindest of terms. I feel rather insulted by your attempt at restitution. My family ended up sharing two sandwiches among the three of us for our meal. While not worst of situations, far from the best. For a sandwich missing from our order, you essentially offered a refund that can only be redeemed at Chick-fil-A, and only certain ones of those. For you to offer a "free sandwich, on us", a sandwich that we already paid for but didn't receive, is an affront beyond the pale. Completely disorganized. After waiting in line for over 20 mins at 2pm on a thursday, I encounter an employee that was less than friendly and refused to make "well done" fries. I asked why and she said "because it compromises the product." To which i replied: yes it makes it better. I'm a customer and I prefer that they be crispy and she said she wouldn't do that.
