I'm a huge Chick fil A fan! Always rave about this place to friends and family. I've had pretty much everything on the menu. Their chicken tortilla soup is so good. I also go for their chicken noodle soup when I'm sick. I always get the charbroiled grilled chicken sandwich with their delicious waffle fries and diet lemonade. The grilled chicken sandwich is only 3.5 grams of fat! The breakfast here is so good.....those chicken mini's! Yum. Also try the sausage burrito and hash browns, both are great! Try their chick fil a sauce and Polynesian sauce. Fan of both. Honestly, most expensive but best quality fast food! As well as great service!!! read more

Came here last week and ordered takeout for my fam and was extremely disappointed. I ordered several Deluxe Sandwiches and Waffle Fries. The sandwiches were plain and dry and the fries were the most soggy fries I ever had in my life. They way the fries looked, it seemed like the oil wasn't hot enough and they just sold me soggy oily fries lmao. Not sure if this is the norm, but this explains my experience here. read more

When I did takeout, and of course the order was wrong but I had to drive far to get back home so I tried calling them and 3 other phone numbers that supposedly connect to the chick fila restaurant and they DO NOT ANSWER and I know business so I know they do this on purpose so the customers won't call to complain!! Probably the slowest chick fil a I've been to. Mobile ordered and hit "I'm here" before I got here and they still took 15-20m for them to get my food ready. Are mobile orders on the back burner compared to drive through or walk in customers because they seem to be getting their foods a lot faster. People who walk in after me to order got their foods way before I got mine. No one really checked on my status when I asked other than them asking if I clicked "I'm here" and they just said wait. This Chick-fil-A restaurant location is the BEST! I mean the BEST. I love the awesome Staff inside and outside. It is the Staff that makes this place a winner in my book. They are cordial, professional, respectful and most of all greets everyone with a smile. I know it's tough these days but a smile is so important. I like Edwin, Amber, Ashley, Anthony, Lucinda, Raquel, Dawn, Elicia, Joshua, Kevin and the rest of the Staff. I am so happy to go to this location. The staff here I feel work as a team and get along with each other. They have everything under control. The flow of traffic is at a good pace and the food is brought to you hot, especially the fries. I just want to say Thank You to the Chick-fil-A owners and upper management that opened this location here. This is the most inefficient Chick Fil A around. Every other Chick Fil A I've been to, the drive through is really fast where cars only pause to take orders and they never really stop. At this particular Chick Fil A, the morning drive through took 20 minutes to order and get food with only 4 cars in front of me. The operator here either needs to hire more employees, or get their team faster at prepping. My coffee also came with sugar on the side and no spoon to stir. The chicken also had hard pieces in it. Huge shout-out to the staff member who saved the day for my daughter (on a hot day after school with friends). She went to order a frosted lemonade, but couldn't find her debit card. Defeated, she sat next to her friends who all had food and drinks. She felt like garbage. Not that she "needed" a frosty drink to survive, but it was embarrassing and she was bummed. The staff member who talked to her at the register wasn't going to let her go empty handed, so he walked over to her, said he "had an extra one," and gave it to her. This location is a 3 at best. I feel like Chick-fil-A is typically known for good customer service but this location doesn't stand out for those reasons. This location, like most, is very busy so maybe the employees are tired of dealing with the high volume of people (which I don't blame them) but paired with overcooked chicken and average fast food service, I think 3 stars is fair. The chicken here seems to be over cooked very often. The inside of this location is maintained pretty well considering the amount of traffic especially teenagers and students. I wanted to write this review to acknowledge the team they have working at this location - they remain consistent at providing the warmest customer service. I embarrassingly visit this drive thru at least once a week out of convenience of living down the street and being too tired to cook something after a long shift. If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never given a chick fil a bad review specifically for their passive aggressiveness and horrible management.. Oh and their customer service-yes! I can't believe it either. But now I understand why this place is not busy at 6pm on a Thursday. I can take the slow process of ordering of new employees, the young people gossiping behind the counter.. That's all okay. Just don't mess my food up and argue when there is a mistake, if that's what I ordered initially. Clearly they need to explain to their employees that a grilled chicken salad doesn't come with grilled chicken. It comes with chicken slices. Not the same thing. I asked if I could just purchase a chicken patty and have it heated. They couldn't do that and or offer any suggestions. They just argued with me staring it wasn't on my receipt when you order a grilled chicken salad with the chicken warmed up I should get that... I come here frequently and didn't want any drama since it seemed like the manager was looking for an argument... I'm like I'll pay for it. It got me so upset that even the offer was overlooked and she still continued to argue. Um I can go to Ralph's and buy an 8 dollar salad. I used to live nearby and go here all the time, and the quality at the restaurant has gone down significantly! I always get a spicy chicken sandwich with small fries. The sandwich patty was so thin that my bites were mostly bread. The fries I got came with like 3 waffles and some bits on the bottom. Perhaps they're reducing quantity to save money due to the pandemic, but I am perplexed at how drastically the quality has decreased. In addition to that, my friend had requested ketchup through his order on the mobile app. On every food item available, he added a note asking for ketchup. His order came with no ketchup. As a resident around that area, I come here almost every time for chicken. The service is ok to great depending on the employee but majority of the employee are extremely kind and sincere, and I love how there are various employees there, from young to old, different nationalities, even people with disabilities and I love to see various workers there serving. This is the first time I've been in this location, but have used the drive through a few times. I suggested coming between 11-11:30 or else the parking lot will be a wretched hive of horrible drivers. I came in today to specifically try the NEW MAC AND CHEESE! It did not disappoint at all! MAC AND CHEESE was really good! Melty and hot. Perfect balance of noodle and melty cheese. Can I order it by the pound? SMOKEHOUSE BBQ BACON SANDWICH was also good. This was the first time I've gotten grilled chicken sandwich (besides the wrap) from Chic-fil-A. I usually get nuggets (the best chicken nuggets IMO) It seems likes it's marinated in Italian dressing? Amazing stacked with lettuce tomato and bacon, and sweet BBQ sauce. I had to add a little extra from a bbq sauce packet for a more enhanced bbq flavor though. Pile it on Chic-fil-A!! It's a BBQ sandwich! Customer service is great, as it is at every location. At this location, Rappi and Vicki were great help! One should comprehend why they are America's favorite fast food chain. So happy they introduced mac and cheese to their menu!!! 2016 YELP 100 CHALLENGE - 004/100 I have been wanting to go to a Chick-fil-A for a really long time. Like years. I've heard so many people rave about it, but unfortunately I have never lived near one so I've never gotten the chance to go. After my coworker INSISTED I had to go, I persuaded my boyfriend to take me this weekend while we were in Irvine. I knew I wanted to try the crispy chicken sandwich, so I got the one that comes with the lettuce, tomato, and cheese. I also heard the sauces were really good, so I tried the Polynesian, honey mustard, Chick-fil-A sauce (honey mustard + BBQ?), and buttermilk ranch. I got a lemonade as my drink. I loved the crunch of the chicken sandwich. The bun was a little disappointing-looking, and did not seem that fresh, but everything else was good. I felt that the sandwich was a TAD bit bland, but the sauces really helped. I also really enjoyed the waffle fries, which paired REALLY well with the Chick-fil-A sauce. The Chick-fil-A sauce was BOMB and totally made the meal like 100 times more enjoyable and flavorful. The hype is real! I also really enjoyed the lemonade. It was their own lemonade from a pitcher rather than basic Minute Maid from a fountain machine, and it was super good! Flavorful, sweet and sour, and not watery at all. I got a refill to go for the road. So good! Overall, I enjoyed my first visit here! Food was tasty, Chick-fil-A sauce and the lemonade was delicious. Had a great experience here this morning. Chik-fil-a at Woodbury town center was considerably busy being today is Labor Day. My girlfriend and I ordered at the drive through and our order was taking just a bit longer than normal - but still not very long at all. Adam was assisting at the window and took time to ask us how our day was going. We are headed to the beach for the day off and Adam was very friendly and maintained nice conversation while keeping the work flowing and helping the staff that had questions. I really appreciate the small gesture while the restaurant was so busy. Busy is better than boring and small wins achieve victory. Thanks Adam!
