I normally love Chik Fil A but this time they really dropped the ball. They forgot the crunch packet for my kale crunch side salad in my order so I got the (ridiculously) tiny side salad which is only kale but without the fruit and nut packet that is supposed to come with it. Instead, they gave me about 10 packets of EVERY SINGLE flavor of sauce for my nuggets which was odd because I only asked for two packets of barbecue & Chik Fil A sauce. The small size of the kale salad is bad enough (about 4 bites to the whole thing) but to not get the crunch packet to experience the full salad really annoyed me. I have given this location many attempts to make me a believer, but the lack of customer service and inability to give more than 6 sauces total no matter how large my order is lame. I ask to ensure the correct number of sauces are in the bag before leaving and am lied to each time. I went inside to get the remaining requested sauces during my last visit and was ignored by the 5 employees behind the counter that appeared to be available, as I made eye contact with 2. On 3-24-2020 I went to get dinner at their drive thru due to Corona virus only drive thru was open so we ordered 2 deluxe combo meals with large fries and large lemonades and extra side of large fries, when we went to pick up my food they did not confirm my order they just gave me 2 bags with food inside and my 2 drinks as I put one bag on my lap and looked into it and saw they had made a mistake and gave me medium fries. I then told the young lady that my order was wrong a short brown hair -Hispanic lady over hears me telling her my fries were wrong the lady in which I found out today after me not being able to even sleep last night and decided to call and asked who she was, I spoke to a lady named Nadia which seemed more apologetic over the event that transpired I asked her what was the lady name and title she then told me it was in fact that general manager (Dulce Jimenez) that was there yesterday. Dulce Jimenez then told the young girl to "get the bag back from her". I then handed them the bag of fries, "I then immediately thought why would they take bag back inside where other peoples food is on the same counter where they put my bag" I said wait why do you want to take this bag of fries back inside when I put it in my car and basically breathed on it!?????? What if I have corona virus? Not only she risked her employees along with other customers life's! Was she going to give those fries to another customer? This is terrible and I don't Think I will ever go there again! With all the corona virus going around this definitely should not be occurring! I was waiting in line there was no one in front of me and 1 customer in line behind me the cashier I believe his name was Jacob was too busy talking to his friend and flirting with them to help us out. Ordered a large order including fries, sandwiches, nuggets, and salads. Called in ahead so that they would have the order ready on time. When i got there at the agreed upon time, they hadnt even begun preparing the food. It was for a meeting so it had to be ready on time. After 30 minutes of waiting, i complained to the manager who was extremely unapologetic and really just wanted me to stop complaining. Finally, they had the food ready and we left. After arriving at the meeting, we noticed they forgot our 30 count nuggets. How do you forget 30 nuggets? I thought chick fil a was all about service. What a shame. Placed mobile order, then went to the drive thru, the employee told us to park and they will bring the food to you. First, there was no parking in the front, they don't have a dedicated spot for curbside pickup. How are the servers going to know where you parked? Second, the app. said food was ready but we waited 15min. and decided to go inside. Asked one employee, she said coming right up. Waited another 10min, asked another employee, same response. Waited over 30min, still no food. Got fed up and asked them to just cancel the order. Not once did any employee do anything, ask the manager, try to help. All were apathetic! How annoying is this place? They have a playground for kids under 3 years old. They always have big kids who are 6, 7 and sometimes older. They are so loud and my little one year old can't play. When I first pulled into the parking lot of this Chick-fil-A, I could have sworn the drive through line was for In N Out! Fortunately, I was dining inside. There were enough spaces in front of the restaurant, within walking distance. This was during their weekday lunch peak. Inside, it was decorated real nice. As we approach Thanksgiving, silk, floral centerpieces adorned each table. Relaxing music is piped through the speakers. It was cold in there, but keeps the spread of germs down. So they say. It was my boyfriend's first time ever dining there. He had met me for lunch before I began my shift in Irvine. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Cool Wrap. It tasted great, drizzled with my requested Fat Free Honey Mustard packet. My significant other picked a meal that consisted of a fried chicken sandwich, their waffle fries, and a drink. He enjoyed his as well. After, he ordered an ice cream cone and also commented on how great it tasted. The staff are super polite and helpful when clearing your tables or taking trays from you. My wife and I decided to try Chick-Fil-A. We had to wait in a ridicuously long line winding throught the parking lot, with no chance to look at a menu before ordering. Got out of line. Downloaded the phone app while sitting in the parking lot, then got back into line. Order was taken by young person standing in the parking, along with many others. Gave the order and moved a few feet. Another person took our payment. The drive-thru was slow, but I expected that. As for the nuggets. They are very small, appeared to have fake grill marks and fake flavoring. The nuggets were dry - all white cooked meat - and not satisfying. Fortunately, I have lots of sauce. Do not see a reason to go back when so many other restaurants have better food, and do not have the insane lines. read more

This is by far the WORST location and the "manager" didn't even care when I spoke with her about what happened. I came here with my 10 year old daughter and the whole time there were 10-15 kids coming in/out of the location the whole time. Came to this Chick-fil-A drive through and presented our tickets to the lady, but she refused to give a sandwich for all 4 tickets. She ended up only giving us one and everyone through the window was very rude. Isn't Chick-fil-A supposed to be known for their great service? Won't be coming back here again. This has been my go to location since moving back to the area, I've tried the Irvine Blvd. location (epic fail) and occasionally the District location but this is my tried and true location! It's close to my house and they always have my order right and there's never any hiccups no matter what time I come to this location! Unlike the Irvine Blvd location there toaster is always working and you can get your chicken salad sandwich extra toasted without being given some lame excuse that their toaster is broken but not offer you a different menu item -__- Their chicken salad as a side is delicious, I eat it on crackers or just by itself its so tasty! I'm addicted to their sweet tea and find myself here once a week taking home a gallon of it, it lasts well in the fridge and goes great with a slice of lemon wedge! I enjoy their iced coffee too! It's on my top list out of other fast food chains! They give you creamer and sugar and aren't stingy LOL! My food has always been great here, I've never left disappointed or unsatisfied! In the drive through I ordered two large spicy chicken sandwich meals and I only received one sandwich. We had to drive all the way back to get our sandwich and they didn't do anything for the inconveniences. At the Woodbury location when they messed up on one order they contacted me and sent me two free food passes. This location at the Tustin market place has messed up our order every single time I have been here, but it's the closest location so it's the one I go to. The store in Cerritos is great but the Tustin location is terrible. The last two times I've come in all the tables were dirty. Luckily I had wipes to clean a table. When an employee finally came out to the floor he partially wiped off 2-3 tables but left most of them dirty. Everyone is friendly, helpful, warm, welcoming and not to mention the place is spotless and spacious. This rating is based on my last 2 visits... After a day of shopping around I worked up an appetite and decided to come here for a good burger, unfortunately that's not what I got. I pulled up to the drive thru with great anticipation to put my hands on a spicy deluxe (with exra pickles,yummm). I reached into the bag pulled out the box and unveiled true disappointment. Upon my first bite I quickly noticed an odd taste. The burger itself looked decent but the veggies were utterly disgusting. The greens were rotten and the tomatoes seemed like they were cut a week ago to the point were they were see thru and had a weird slimy texture. I wasn't able to take another bite so the burger ended in their trash can. I expect better quality from chick fil a but today was an eye opener that not all locations deliver quality.
